If you’re stuck, they have wonderful directions to offer. You’ll sit with one of their designers to enhance your vision. We were lucky to work with Steve Clifton and his team at Scene One Interiors helping us along the way with interior design and selections. Once construction started, our foreman, Kyle, was fantastic with communication and realistic expectations during each building stage. The company kept us in our building budget with top-of-the-line options. We’ve lived in our new home now for almost a year and it’s truly been a dream home. Trinity Estate Homes did a major remodel of our home, which included the major portion of our first floor home in Wilchester subdivision. The remodel included removing a wall, installing a steel beam, custom cabinets and woodwork, plus all other normal remodel elements.The job was done under budget (except for upgrades which we ordered).Trinity finished the project 2 days before the promised date.The main reason that we highly recommend Trinity Estates is that they care about their clients and their homes. They are honest and reliable. They are involved in the process and it is a pleasure to work with them.If you have them build or if you buy one of their finished homes, you can be sure to get a quality home which is well built.

The Trinity guys are fabulous, professional builders - they built the highest quality, custom home for us and we absolutely love it. From start to finish, I felt we worked together on all aspects of the process - from finding the perfect lot, attending meetings with the architect with us, to closing out the final punch list. Because they know the neighborhoods, they have great information on the best locations and all about HOA rules. The follow up service that Ron provided was outstanding and they are still there for me when I have a question. Because the home is completely custom, the timeline may be long, but our home is well worth the wait. I highly recommend them!

The team at Trinity Homes did an incredible job with our full gut job remodel and 2nd floor addition. They came in under budget and 2 weeks early. Their team was super easy to work with and we had no frustrations and they made it easy to make on the fly changes without a bunch of additional cost. 2 years later and everything is solid and looking good. Troy, John and the team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. We had a total rebuild and are very happy with the result - they helped to relax us during what is a stressful process. They supported the turn key development always willing to add expert advice and ideas, they truly helped create our home.Their care stretched beyond the handover of our front door key to after service. When we have had small problems they have been there to help us. Patricia in their front office is brilliant.

Having many experiences with builders and construction companies, it is very difficult to be endorsed as the best, but that is exactly the title I place on Trinity Estate Homes. They hired true craftsman that delivered their services on time and budget. Why didnt we remodel before.

Buyer Beware!!! Trinity Estate Homes builds a quality, well built home, and they are even offer a good value. The owners and employees are all very likable too, but I would strongly advise any Buyer or potential Buyer against making final payment to Trinity until ALL of your requested punch list items have been finalized!!!!!!!!! Dont make the same mistake that I did. I relied on verbal assurances from Trinitys personnel that ALL remaining punch list items would be dealt with post closing in a quick and efficient manner. Were they? No, not at all. Where are those employees now? Gone. Is Trinity going to stand behind those promises and assurances? Nope. After two (2) years of trying to finalize the punch list items I am now forced to seek legal advice on some of the remaining unfinished items. Frustrating. They should stand behind their product and employees and stop slow playing their customers.......they were WELL compensated at 20% of the cost to build. It is shameful the way they handled this.Trinitys follow up after the sale is horrible. Of all the new home builders that I have dealt with over the last 20 years (3 different builders) or the renovations / remodels that I have been associated with (1), Trinitys customer service is in a class of its own.........and I dont mean this in a positive way.

The TEH guys were a real pleasure to work with. They are professional and responsive, and take a collaborative approach to building your home. Moreover, they are good folks, which means a lot since you spend a considerable amount of time with each other over the building period. The online project management and approval tool they used really impressed me, Many custom home builders dont seem to like transparency and accountability, but TEH went the extra mile to make sure we were all on the same page before taking steps in our project. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a custom home in Houston.

Troy and John and team are great to work with and build a very nice home. We were very pleased with the communication throughout the process. Trinity has a great vision for what works / doesnt work and we highly trust them.

My wife and I were very fortunate to find a 2 year old Trinity built house that was for sale by the original owner. We were considering to build with Trinity a year before but were hoping to find something to move into immediately. My review is based on what all Troy did for us when he didnt have to do anything since we werent a customer of his. Since this was the first resale of a new house in the neighborhood, finding comps were difficult because custom homes never make it to market where comps are taken. He searched his files and found comps of other homes he had built. Another example is our inspector found a vent pipe that needed to be resealed. By this time, the warranty had run out so I asked Troy if I could hire his guys to patch it. He said dont worry about it. Ill take care of it no charge. Troy had no reason to go out of his way to do the things he did with how crazy popular Trinity is in Memorial. This says a lot about his character and about the man that you will be dealing with in your build.

I cant say enough good things about Trinity Estate Homes. All three of the owners are helpful and caring. They respond promptly and genuinely want things to be done well. I would absolutely use them to build a home again.

We really enjoyed working with Troy, John, Ron & the team. They are focused on the details & are great communicators. Quality is top notch & we couldnt be happier with our home.
