He took note of many small details, but the best part was that he saved us a ton of money by recommending that the roof be replaced (a complicated job because of solar panel installation). Even our realtors didnt think the whole thing had to go, but their own roof guy confirmed the rec. Good thing to know *before* you buy the house!We also appreciated the detailed printout of the inspection findings. Everything went according to schedule. The scheduling was very easy and Kevin accommodated my complicated planing and in fact gave us a very expedited appointment depsite his busy schedule. I was late and when I arrived Kevin had already started. Everything was done extremely professionally and cant say I found anything negative in the whole process. On top of all that his price is hard to beat.

Kevin was very flexible on scheduling. I had originally scheduled an inspection and then the builder ran into some issues pushing everything back 2 weeks. I got with Kevin and he was very understanding and accommodating. Even the day before our new inspection date, I had to push it back a day and he was able to work with me on that.Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me the inspection report that evening and provided additional information about maintaining a new build home. Would definitely recommend him and will most likely reschedule with him at 11 months to take care of issues covered under our one year warranty with our builder.

Highly recommended. Kevin has performed two home inspections for us (2018 & 2021). Excellent treatment in both of them. He is very responsive, even on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). He has been very flexible in terms of schedule and has arrived on time to the appointment (he got earlier than us once). The inspection report is clear and complete, and it is ready the same day. Additionally, the cost for his service is very reasonable.

We had Kevin from American Dream Inspections come out to inspect a home we had made an offer on. He was able to come with just 2 days notice (crazy market!) and did a fantastic job. Not only was he at the home early, he was extremely thorough and pointed out the issues he found before even writing up the report. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped to explain some of the issues and what it would take to fix them. He sent the report within a few hours and the report was very thorough. Easy to read, well documented, and had all of the major issues in a single section to easily summarize the problems. I will be using Kevin again when we need another home inspection!

We arranged a schedule and Kevin completed the report on time as promised. The report was available via a password protected link, I paid, and got the full report. Very detailed and exactly what we needed. Ive already referred him to another person who is looking for an inspection. This guy is first class. I would use him again for sure!

I really liked Kevins report! Very detailed with red outlines around the issues and master list of repairs needed for real estate inspections.

Two major defects were not recorded during inspection, which I found after closing, Out of respect, I contacted the company via email and included photos. The response was to inform me that I was wrong. I hadnt bothered reporting the visually obvious undermined driveway or clear signs of wood boring ants. I must be mistaken about those as well. Dont hire this firm, seek a professional. But hey, you get lots of unlinked, poor quality 3D photos that you dont need. Dont hire a photographer; hire a home inspector instead and save your money.
