From Chicago moving to Texas new build. Derek and Hannah made the home inspection process seamless. Im working with no realtor, and I needed someone trustworthy and professional. This team is highly professional and extremely thorough. I had people in construction view the report and they validated my opinion. Derek did a very thorough inspection of our current house that is getting built. Our inspection happened during inclement weather and so he came an hour earlier to make sure everything was done. He provided us with pictures, videos, and verbal/written explanation. When we were present for part of the inspection, he guided us step by step on the concerns he has detected and what the next steps will be. He responds and communicates in timely manner. My husband and I will be doing our final inspection with Frontline Inspections!

Derek was very thorough and looked over all of the concerns I had then gave me a brief review afterwards. It was also raining that day and he still got up on the roof and evaluated the area. The report we received was in detail with pictures included. I also have pets and he did not seem to mind that they wanted to wonder around.

My husband met with Derek for the last 30 minutes or so of the inspection and Derek was able to explain things and give my husband a brief summary of his findings. The report came in that same night and was detailed and helpful. The customer service was great! I would use them again.

Derek was prompt, professional and thorough on my first year inspection. Derek made sure to point out specific major items that needed attention and explained why they were deficient. His inspection report made it difficult for our builder to argue against needed repairs. Will definitely use his services again!

We have had two homes inspected by Derek, and we have had excellent experiences both times. Most recently, Dereks thorough inspection and documentation and amazing turnaround time allowed us to advocate for ourselves with a builder who was pressuring us to close by year end with unresolved issues in the home. Dereks work allowed us to negotiate extra time to inspect the home and saved us from purchasing a home with significant problems. Dereks inspection is very thorough across all home systems, his report is detailed with photos, video, thermal imaging, and educational narrative, and the online payment and inspection delivery systems are very professional. Derek has also been very responsive to questions from us and our realtor both before and after the inspection. We highly recommend him!

Derek did a fantastic job inspecting our home. He took pictures of his recommendations and safety concerns, and presented them to me in person in a super approachable and easy to understand way. He then wrote up the report and shared it within 48 hours, as promised. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Derek. The first time he went to inspect our house (new construction) he noticed it wasn’t ready for inspection. He recommended couple of things be completed by the builder and only then he would inspect. He was kind enough not to charge anything for that visit.Later during subsequent inspections he explained all his findings in detail and provided a professional report. We also had a follow-up inspection done after the builder closed his findings.Derek was both thorough and prompt, answered all our questions and met our deadlines. Overall we were very impressed with Derek & his professionalism & we highly recommended him.

Derek was very professional and courteous. After I filled out the questionnaire on the website, (which was easy to navigate) Derek called within 30 minutes. He answered all my questions and was able to make appointment quickly. Derek was very easy to work with. He would reply to my emails after hours in the evening. When it came time to schedule the actual inspection he agreed to do it on a Sunday. Derek is very knowledgeable and his report was thorough and easy to follow. Outstanding Service. Dereks was ontime for the appointment. His report was both informative and to the point. Combined that with videos, heat imaging and regular photos made the report even better. Since this house was a new build, the issues will cost me thousands to repair once warrant runs out in one month. I strongly recommend Derek to complete your home inspection.

We moved to Tomball, TX from Indianapolis, IN. Being new and unfamiliar with the area we didn’t know anyone and had to rely on our instincts to locate the best inspector we could. My husband being retired from fire department looked for an inspector with similar background. We are so glad that search brought us to Derek and Frontline Inspections. The initial inspection report was the most thorough we had ever seen. Derek gave an extremely deep account of any concerns and their corresponding remedies along with pictures and video. We had an extremely difficult sales experience with a seller agreeing to and then not repairing those items among other issues with seller. Derek returned to home on multiple occasions on short notice to meet our realtor (as we were still out of state) to check and double check the current conditions of repairs. I can’t recommend Derek enough and know anyone would be happy with his service. We, unfortunately, have continued to have issues with repairs and or remodel issues performed by seller. He has graciously answered any follow up questions or concerns we have had. We don’t plan to sell or move anytime in near future but would definitely use Derek again if needed.

First time homeowners!-Derek did an amazing job, was very thorough and explained all the items he did as it would show what he was looking for. We purchased a new build home and he helped point out details and imperfections that had yet to be taken care of. He also took the time to explain different things like the irrigation system and the care of a new AC unit.
