I’ve had many home inspections done over the years and Hitetech exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with Joshua and I cant recommend him enough. From start to finish, Joshua was incredibly professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. He conducted a meticulous inspection of the home, leaving no stone unturned. We had a great experience with our inspector Keith! Not only was he incredibly thorough with his inspection, but he took the time to explain everything in the report clearly and in a way that put our first time home buyer nerves at ease. We had paid for a sprinkler inspection, but were refunded this whenever it became clear there were no sprinklers on the property. Additionally, it was raining too hard during our inspection to do the roof inspection with the drone or the sewer scan. I assumed we would just be out of luck with those, but Keith was willing to return the next day when the rain was done (even though it was his day off)! We would highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Hite Tech! They were able to get out to inspect our home promptly. Joshua did a wonderful job inspecting our home, showing and explaining what he saw and giving practical recommendations. He knows his trade so well and does a great job explaining it. We had the initial report by the end of the day and within 24 hours had the full report, including the report from the lab (mold), and practical recommendations for the way forward. We knew what he had found and recommended next steps. What we learned is already making a difference in our home!

Hired Hitetech for my home inspection and got a very detailed and a very good explanation of what needed to be repaired and what is recommended for the builders to touch up on. Great communication, on time and even worked through the out side inspection in the rain. Highly recommend as I have already let my neighbor about HiteTech for there home inspections. Keith Holderfield was a phenomenal inspector. He ran into some road blocks and was very kind and helpful and came back another time for my buyers. Would definitely recommend him and his company. Their report was very well detailed.

All I can say is Josh and Keith are the BEST. I got their numbers from my Realtor and she did not disappoint me. When I called for a quote, Josh was so nice and walked me through the process of how to book an appointment for inspection with them, and I was able to get an appt at 8am the next day. Keith was my inspector, not only showing up on time but he was so professional. He invited me to come over when he was almost finished. Walked me through and explained all his concerns. Then he emailed me the full report within that day. The report is very detailed with picture and explanation. Dont walk, run to them for all of your inspection inquiries. They are the best and very affordable.

Paula inspected my new build twice before I closed. The reports were thorough, and she was very helpful in our phone chats seeing that I didn’t live in Houston at the time. Reasonable pricing compared to the other companies I called, and I’d recommend them to friends.

Paula was my inspector and she was exceptional. We spent 4 hours doing a deep dive inspection around the house from foundation to the roof. She was very detail oriented and answered my questions as we walked around the house. I received a detailed report a few hours after we were done.

Cant say enough about how accommodating and thorough of an inspection company this is. Prices were great and a discount was even provided if you booked online and if you paid in cash. I hired HiteTech to perfom a mold inspection/investigation and anaylsis after visible mold was discovered after finding water intrusions in multiple areas of my new build home. They were very patient with my questions and concerns prior to hiring their company. Their owner provided detailed information on how testing is completed, and did not try to push uncessary testing. He explained to me how adding additional types of testing, while financially beneficial to their company, would have no real benefit for my needs and only increase my project cost. I spoke with Dave first and he got everything set up for me in the time frame that I needed. Tyler Roberts performed a home inspection that was very thorough to include thermal imaging for my new construction home. David at HiteTech was absolutely amazing on inspecting our potential first home! We were able to schedule him quickly (a plus when option periods are usually 10 days). I spent almost 20 mins with Rachel when booking David. She took her time to explain what we were to expect, going step by step. David was extremely thorough! He has years of experience in the industry and it really shows. There were minor things with the house that you could only see if standing in a particular spot. It showed the detail work David did from top to bottom of the house. During the walk through we got to ask him all types of questions and he was good at estimating how hard something might be to fix.Also the report was above and beyond what we were expecting. He has an amazing format with lots of pictures and VIDEOS! It was great to know that we could take those videos and show a contractor the issue. I have always had a high respect for home inspections as I have a family friend in LV who also is a home inspector. Anyway, our inspection was performed by David. The best words that I come up with to describe my experience with David was thorough and professional.Thorough in that he walked my wife and I over every item he went through during the inspection. From the review of the loose roof shingles to the potential standing water concern on the side of the house. The inspection walk through went about 2 hours, and it was time well spent in my opinion. I didnt feel rushed and David wasnt going to move on until we felt good about the assessment of the specific item he reviewed.Professional in that David was courteous, polite, patient, and hands on throughout the whole process. It was easy to schedule a comprehensive home inspection on relatively short notice (2 days) using their website. Michael inspected our newly constructed home prior to closing and did an outstanding job. Communication before, during, and after were on point. The inspection was thorough and well documented with both images and videos in the final report. At the end of the inspection, we walked through the house and he explained the findings and recommendations in detail. For example, small leaks detected by FLIR, need for waterproofing caulk around external attachments like outlets, etc.Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided and will be using their services again.
