We recently purchased a home out of state and had Jacob conduct a three phase inspection for us. He was always on time and very thorough in his inspections. At the end of the inspection, Jacob would always provide us a report that explained all of the issues that were identified and even included information on what building standards and codes require so that a laymen would understand it easily. Some of the reports he provided for the inspections had over 90 pages with pictures and diagrams so it felt like we were there during inspection too. If there was anything that was confusing, he would always be available for a call so he could explain what the issues were. During our inspections, Jacob was able to find the smallest details including missing screws and insulation material, and even areas where the builder did not paint properly on top of the door. When we were shopping around for inspectors, we noted that Jacobs pricing and services was very competitive and he even provided services as part of his inspection that others charge hundreds for. We are very happy with his inspection and plan to hire him again soon for our warranty inspection.

We were to get a home inspection done Tuesday July 9th, unfortunately we were hit with hurricane Beryl. This hindered the inspection date until Wednesday July 17th due to not having lights. Mr Cho kept in contact with us making sure we were ok and working with us until power came back on to do his inspection promptly. Let me tell you, if I could give more starts I would! His inspection was very thorough as is his report he sends. With Mr Chos inspection, I was comfortable in making my decision with the next step in my home buying process! Highly recommend!

Communication with Jacob was incredibly easy and he answered most of my questions in advance through email. I was looking to have a home maintenance inspection completed to help point out any major concerns or repairs that we needed to make for our house. Thankfully Jacob pointed out some drainage issues there were contributing to a foundation problem early enough that we can resolve.The inspection report turnaround was very fast and Jacob included lots of photos with some videos that we are able to reference. He also left a home maintenance book for things to keep an eye out as well as an annual plan.

Recently hired Jacob Home Inspection to complete a new home inspection. This is the second consectutive time I have hired Jacob as the quality and detail provided for the home inspection is second to none. Jacob does a through inspection of the property and is an expert at detailing in the report for ease of use when taking corrective action with the new home builder. At first everything seemed fine, but when my builder for my home last minute told me the home was not finished and I couldn’t do the inspection, the inspector Jacob hit me with a $350 fee for cancelling (which is EXTREMELY high in my opinion and the opinion of my real estate agents and saws representative for our builder). And he demanded his payment within 1 hour. Fine, whatever, I paid the cancellation fee even though it wasn’t my fault and I had signed a contract.BUT THEN I messaged Jacob again thinking he charged me $450 for the inspection, but I told him it was a misunderstanding because the charge was due to something else, and he misread my message and threatened to get his lawyer involved and told me to stop attacking him.Ummm no was attacking you haha. Anyways I will be moving on to another inspector who is not so rude and demanding. Be cautious if you use this inspection company, they seem very money hungry.

I should have provided my review Jacob sooner...but better late than never I guess. Jacob inspected the home I am buying about 3 weeks ago. Jacob was very professional thorough. He answered every question I had during the inspection. For every deficiency he found he took the time to explain in detail the causes, effects and solutions that I should request of the seller. He provided thermal imaging just as advertised. He had a fair price for my 1 level 4bdroom 1955 sq feet home. When he completed the inspection he provided me with a home owners maintenance and upkeep book personally written by him. My inspection report was provided 24 hours later.

I used Jacob services in several of my home inspections and he never lets me down. He has great personality and very knowledgeable when doing a home inspection. This men knows how to do a detail inspection report and provides solutions. I strongly recommend him he won’t let you down.

Jacob is very detailed and professional. When I am onsite, he explains all the issues and recommends the actions should be taken. His report is much more detailed than any other reports that I read in the past from other inspectors. This is why he is Certified Master Inspector. Found Jacob via Google. He came 15 mins earlier than the appointment time and didn’t waste any time until my realtor reached there to open the door by started inspecting things outside home. He took around 2 hours to complete full inspection. Later I arrived, he then explained me for 30 minutes of all the deficiencies found in the newly built home. By the end of the evening, I got his full report with all the details. I recommend Jacob for any home buyer. He is thorough and detail oriented.

Jacob came out and did an inspection on a home I was looking to purchase and advised me of some roof damage.
