Naturalcare Cleaning Service

UPDATE: I have been contacted by Naturalcare and we are working toward a resolution. I will continue to update this review accordingly.I am a chronic positive reviewer, and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review about a business. We hired Naturalcare for a one-time Deep Clean as our regular biweekly cleaning person doesn’t offer this more in-depth service. I have not heard back from the business about the stainless steel appliances that they have damaged with this clean. Our stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator all have peeling and scratches from the cleaning product and/or scrub that was used. Because the business has not responded, I do not know what was used on our appliances. Regardless, there should not be someone cleaning stainless steel appliances if they don’t know how to properly clean them. All of our appliances are less than three years old, and I am highly disappointed in not only the cleaners but also myself for not doing my due diligence and checking products before they were used. They did a fine job on the floors and bathrooms, but I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that has damaged expensive appliances.

Jonathan did a fantastic job on the deep clean of my one bedroom apartment this morning. He paid great attention to detail and followed through on answering any questions I had about the technique or coverage for the service he was performing. Toni stopped by once he was done and she also touched up a couple spots during her review. I love the attention to detail Naturalcare pays to their cleaning services and they certainly go above and beyond!

We recently had our newborn in late January and natural care cleaners have been amazing since we’ve been having them clean our home after our new arrival! Maxine did our most recent cleaning and she made sure to ask us if there was anything she may have missed while she was here and was very sweet to our cats. Our home looked amazing when she was done.

Our company has used Natural Care Cleaning for over a year now and they have been organized and consistent in scheduling and bookings with great communication. Mai lets us know when she is on her way and does a great job cleaning our office. She always has a great attitude as well!

Used them again for the 1st time in 2 years (moved, had a child). I walked in the house and could feel the difference. They cleaned exactly what was asked, no more- no less, and they were done in the allotted time. Mena B. did an excellent job! Great attention to detail and she is so good at organizing. I love NaturalCare because we have pets. They get the household all tidied up without any harsh chemicals. If you’re sensitive to smells or don’t want little paws and feet picking up harsh chemicals, they’re the perfect service.

I really appreciate Natural Care Cleaning Services & their use of pet safe cleaners.Jonathan was friendly, and had really great attention to detail. Even got stains out of my kitchen tile grout that I had given up on.

After using several other cleaning services, we have loved having Maria. She is great with our dogs and professional. She is always meticulous and leaves our house so clean, but she also adds little details like folding our towels or the edges of our toilet paper to make it feel like a hotel. I got a deep cleaning a little over a month ago and paid about $500. One of the cleaners arrived outside of the scheduled time after I specifically asked them to arrive during the window because I had a work call. The cleaning was alright. My house is pretty clean already and there honestly wasnt much difference after. There was still dust left along baseboards and window ledges but the cleaners were polite so I wasnt going to bother with a review. The problem is that we discovered a broken picture frame a few days later that no one reported. The broken piece was hidden behind a computer console so was not immediately noticeable. I contacted the company and asked for the tip back along with $50 for the broken frame. It has been almost a month now with weekly reminders from me and I still have not received the full amount. Ill be using another company next time.

Our Naturalcare Techs Breanna and Adrienne did a great job deep cleaning our house. We will be having them back at some point.However the 1st tech to arrive was almost 15 minutes late and a dirty rag and scrub brush was left in the upstairs bathroom. This was a “recovery” or redo clean and I was pleasantly surprised that it was offered to me. Lucas and Toni came in and really wowed me. They cleaned under my couch cushions and steamed my tile floors and everything looks great. These two were pleasant and quick. They made me feel comfortable as I was kind of embarrassed that I wasn’t happy with the first clean. I’m glad I was offered a second try and took it. Thank you both, truly appreciated your time and hard work today.

I had Naturalcare come out and do their get it clean service yesterday. Lesbia, Michelle, and Toni were really great and the cleaning results honestly exceeded my expectations. They were so kind to go out of their way to minimize disruption to my elderly cat, who has difficulty with strangers in the house. I appreciate the kindness they showed to me and my pet, as well as the care in cleaning my home. I felt the price was reasonable for the size of the house, time required, and the quality of their work.

I spent 441 dollars on a “deep clean” for my apartment. What I received was not even up to par for the most basic cleaning package I could have bought.The floors were left incredibly dirty. There were old footprints, balls of hair and dust, and dirt left everywhere. See the pictures of my brand new sock after walking on the “deep cleaned” floors.Bathrooms were grimy, and the floors were not even mopped. Tubs and sink covered in soap scum.None of the light fixtures in the home were even touched.We paid extra for the “inside fridge, oven, and window” deal. Oven was not cleaned thoroughly and windowsill was untouched. Window locks were sooo dusty.None of the furniture surfaces (dining room table, tv stand, dressers) were wiped down.What a waste of money. I spent more time taking the pictures and typing up an email to the company than I saved for the amount of time I would have spent doing the cleaning that this crew did.

Rylee has cleaned my house a few times and each time I come home its spotless! She does a great job, and its so nice to come home to a clean house. Would definitely recommend.

We were moving our son into his grandfathers condo that had been rented for years. The renter left the place a PIGSTY, and we sought professional help in cleaning it. Thank heavens we hired Naturalcare Cleaning Company! They responded to our inquiry almost instantly, made an appointment in the next two days (even though that was right after Christmas), and sent a team of three professionals to do the job. The workers were fully-equipped, competent and professional, not to mention very polite and well-spoken. Most importantly, however, they WORKED. When the job proved even larger than they had counted on, they called to give us the option of finishing it a slightly higher cost. And it was so worth it. The people worked like Trojans, spending at least 8 hours cleaning from top to bottom, and truly salvaging the condo as a residence. Well done Naturalcare! I will tell everyone who is interested that yours is a great service.

Johanna and Johnny were our technicians for our Maid Service and were punctual and so efficient! Our upstairs blinds were super dusty and Johanna and Johnny worked diligently to get them nice and clean. They also got our sinks and toilets sparkling. Johanna helped organize our picture frames on our dresser and attached a loose picture to a larger, framed picture of our family which made us smile because it was so thoughtful and personalized. At the end, she apologized for not being able to clean everything which was really sweet of her and by no means their fault. We did not realize how dusty our blinds were! Johnny worked on our oven and it looked like new. They focused on the areas we asked them to and we really appreciate their communication. We also loved the finishing touches on our toilet paper and towels. Thanks Johanna and Johnny! Thank you also to Nick who contacted us and answered our questions beforehand and Angela who was so cheery and provided great customer service. There was also someone who contacted us a few days before the clean whose name we can’t recall so thank you to her too for her wonderful customer service!

This housekeeping service has a very respectable owner. About 1 month ago, my girlfriend booked this service based off of the highly rated reviews that were given on Google and on here, Yelp. She thought she had done the best she could by researching companies with high ratings. We werent left too pleased.After the 1st cleaning wasnt exactly what we expected for the $140+ cost for our 2 bedroom apartment, we reached out to management. They replied that that understood & would be sending out another cleaning crew to make sure the cleaning that we paid for, was accomplished appropriately. They sent out another cleaning crew. The problem is that this cleaning crew actually did a worse job than the 1st one did.We promptly reached out to management with our concerns, once again, and awaited a response. That did not happen. After notifying management on 10/22 & not hearing back by 11/5, I decided to leave a public review on Google & here, on Yelp. The review was very negative.Immediately the owner reached out. He was very nice and genuinely seemed to way to rectify the situation, not just repair the review status. He refunded the money we paid & apologized, even offered explanations for each step of the process that was done in a fashion less than expected.My original review was categorized much lower than this one.The owner, Chad, is the reason I edited this review and increased the rating.I dont have plans to book them for another cleaning, but I appreciate the fact that he reached out to remedy the situation. That says a lot about the owner. Had he offered to clean a 3rd time instead of refunding, I would have given him the chance. Im not mad & now appreciate his customer service.

Were very happy with Naturalcare - they do a great job and use natural cleaning products. Every time we see that it is Michele we are so happy and know that she will leave our house in the best shape. She never disappoints, is very easygoing, and we feel very comfortable with her in our house. Always fast, friendly, and they have never cut corners; in fact they go above and beyond to clean areas near the ceiling and above the lobby that need a long extension brush.Also Maria helped me drain my master bathroom sink, which saved us hundreds in plumber costs! She is so hardworking and diligent. And I hope she gets credited for going above and beyond!

Treats your home like her own. Will request her every time!I have been using Natural Care for more than half a year now. They come by twice a month and always do an excellent job. They communicate with me often about my appointments and are flexible when I need to adjust them. I had an emergency a few weeks ago and they were very understanding. They even rescheduled my cleaning the day before without a charge. My husband & I both work long hours and we typically aren’t home when the housekeepers come by. We trust them completely and haven’t ever had any issues. I highly, highly recommend this company for long-term housekeeping services.

Sandra did a wonderful, detailed job cleaning my home. Im very particular with an eagle eye for things that get missed and I was pleasantly surprised to see she had cleaned all the corners where so many other cleaners miss. My granite counter tops are so shiny, they look wet.And best of all, there was no chemical smell left behind.

Recently had a deep cleaning done by Juliana and William, and I couldn’t be happier. Literally everything was spotless. They don’t just dust a shelf, they very delicately and deliberately dust around and underneath every single thing on that shelf. I don’t think the showers have looked this clean since the day they were installed. My floors and baseboards look spectacular. I will definitely be hiring them for cleanings every month, could not be happier with the results.

I had Magaly today, and she always does a nice job for me. I was taking nap when she came, and she is so quiet and could finish it. We had a power outage and she just kept working until the power came back. And the non-toxic cleaning agents are really boon to my allergies.

After my last cleaning company went out of business, I came upon this one. The customer service is amazing and they are extremely attentive. I specifically asked to Cara to clean my place every two weeks and she does an amazing job. I never have any complaints and she’s very good about communicating both her arrival and departure times.

By far, the best housecleaning company I have ever used. Their communications are friendly & timely. All of the people that have come to my home have been exceptional. I am super happy that I have found them!

Brittney is amazing, so sweet and communicative and extremely thorough in her cleaning. We have a newborn and a dog and she is so accommodating of having us in and around the house. The finishing touches are so nice as well, she leaves treats for our dog and little gifts for our baby. I was charged $580 for deep cleaning that wasnt even done. Both cleaners skipped so many areas in the house that were supposed to be taken care even by the regular cleaning: bathroom shelves were not touched, no vacuuming in the walk-in closet, skipped the whole laundry room, bathtub didnt look like it was washed; backsplash in the kitchen was wiped partially; blinds were not dusted properly, a shelf was completely skipped in the bedroom. Baseboards were not wiped or dusted, the cleaners sprayed the cleaning solution all over the kitchen counter even didnt mind moving things around to avoid the solution to get on bread box, kettle and other appliances; and even with that, skipped some stains around the kitchen that were so easy to wipe.Im very disappointed considering I paid so much and the office assured me that I dont have to worry about anything, the house will be taken care of. It wasnt.

I have been skeptical to hire a cleaning service after having so-so experiences with previous ones, but it had been over a year since we had a good scrubbing in our house, and with two very hyper toddlers running around, it can be really challenging to keep up with it in a 3 story house.Our team was so awesome and went above and beyond, even cleaned under the beds and dusted the shelves in the closets (I have asthma and it’s really hard for me to do these tasks). They even helped me bring up my groceries!

Johanna and Jonathan were friendly, efficient, and made sure my needs and expectations for maid service were met. It was easy to continue working at my home office with them helping us around the house. Bonus Johanna left dog treats for my two pups and a nice handwritten note.

Natural Care does an amazing job of cleaning my house and has great attention to detail. Everything is always organized and in place and the house is sparkling clean. I have never had any issues with them not showing up on time and customer service is responsive and gets you rescheduled quickly if you end up needing to do so. All of the cleaning technicians have been great but Emma really stands out - she is so sweet and I love having her come by, and there is always just a little something special about the house when she is done cleaning. They (and especially Emma) are also great with animals and are careful about not leaving the door open, not letting cats out, etc. I couldn’t recommend Natural Care enough.

Brittany was amazing. She is very courteous and a very hard worker even with the mess of a kitten. The house feels like it has a just moved in fresh smell. She got every nook and cranny on the deep clean and areas I wasn’t even expecting! I feel inspired to even organize other areas!! We are so happy with our service. 100/10

Great cleaning service. We used them when we first moved in and then had deep clean later where Brittney, Megan, and Juliana did an amazing job, even pivoting around some things to work around our schedule and get everything done on time. Jasmine was an absolute joy amidst the chaos of the morning with our twin toddlers. We were able to have a brief chit chat and then had to leave but I honestly felt in great hands without providing next to no instruction. Since our toddlers were in rare form today they had all my attention :) and she was very aware of that and quickly reassured me she would be good so that I could return to my morning. Such a gem.

I had a great first experience with this service! Our cleaners, Jasmine and Angelica, did a great job focusing on the areas that we requested. I was very impressed with how sparkling clean our bathtub turned out! Would definitely use this service again. We did the deep clean and it took about 2 hours between the 2 of them to complete our apartment (800 square feet). It was also very easy to communicate with the office staff in a timely manner, so great job there too!

If my experience was solely about the cleaning my review would be 5 Stars. Claudia was punctual, thorough and efficient, as well as pleasant to me and my kitties. I wanted to book her again immediately!HOWEVER, the business aspect of Naturalcare Cleaning was alarming.A first-time customer, I paid for the cleaning in advance. After it was done, I got an email asking if Id like to leave a tip, and I asked $20 be added. Instead, I was charged me the full amount for the cleaining again, plus $20. I noticed the error the next day and called the company.I was told the manager was out for the weekend, but would address the error first thing Monday. Nothing. I called again Tuesday and left a voicemail message. No response. I called again Wednesday and spoke to the receptionist--who seemed unconcerned--who assured me the manager knew and would fix the problem right away. On Thursday I sent an email detailing my attempts to have the issue resolved. No response.Finally I asked my credit card company to intervene, and my account was credited. I never heard an apology or explanation from anyone from Naturalcare.Not a confidence building way to gain more customers.

I was due to have foot surgery last week and wanted to start my convalescence with a super clean house. This was our first experience with Naturalcare, and it was fantastic!! Kaylee and Antonio did a deep clean for us (including windows). They were professional but very kind and engaging as well. I felt completely comfortable sitting with my injured foot up while they cleaned around me. I was impressed with how hard they worked and how also steadily. (They weren’t taking text breaks every 15 minutes as we experienced with another cleaning service.) The entire time they were here, they were on the move. By the time they were finished, my house looked and smelled clean and fabulous. They even dusted my DOORS! One of the things that impressed us the most was their all natural, fragrance free steam clean service. My husband is severely allergic to all commercial fragrances. We have had cleaning services before who, rather than clean, just masked the dirt with strong perfumes and called it done. Naturalcare actually CLEANED and left nothing behind but the smell of fresh air. We are so happy with this company that we plan to have Kaylee and Antonio back next month and every month hereafter! I can’t recommend them enough!!
