A wonderful place to live. Established, stable community with beautiful homes, mature trees, and friendly neighbors who helped each other out after Harvey damaged some of the homes at the front of the subdivision. Very safe with 24/7 security patrol and no cut-through traffic. Location is very convenient to the Energy Corridor, Memorial City, and even downtown via the Addicks P+R. Great elementary school and daycare options nearby, and restaurants+farmers market within walking distance.
