No crime very quite. However, the home owners associations are communists who want to control everyone. I would say dont live here if you want freedom especially if your paying a high mortgage. ALSO THEY WILL COME ONTO YOUR PROPERTY THAT YOU PAID FOR AND TAKE PICTURES. HOA If you see this come find me and talk I have better ideas to run an hoa rather than you old people in there.

Quiet, nice neighborhood located close to I-45 and moments from Clear Lake and Pearland. Weve been here over 10 years and still love it.

I purchased my first house here, and I really enjoy it. The neighborhood is well kept, and everyone is very friendly. The HOA is also very active, but not overbearing from what Ive seen.

Weve lived here for 16 years. Its a great place to raise a family.

Housing development? Its my short cut when Dixie farm road is too busy.
