K Hovnanian had some really nice properties that I seriously considered. The property agent, Hai Vonguyen was really genuine, accommodating, and helpful. He made me feel like family and was transparent about the properties that were best suited for me financially and personally. I would highly recommend him if you are looking at purchasing a home in this area. You will not be disappointed in the customer service, expertise, and resourcefulness of Hai and the other agents. K. Hovnanian builds the most beautiful homes! Their homes functionality, design, and attention to detail say so much about who they are as a company. Jessica is amazing and will make you feel like family when you work with her. She truly cares about who she is helping, and her professionalism is next level. I would 10/10 recommend buying a home with K. Hovnanian if you are interested in buying a home. This is a great location close to NRG stadium, Medical Center, and The Galleria and perfect for an investment property or as a beautiful place to call home. My sister and I went to shop the Jefferson ll 2176in the new subdivision Alicante; the young lady that greeted us was very sweet and informative. I told her that I didn’t know what sq footage I was interested in because I honestly was only there to shop the model and she wasn’t aware of that.The model home was nice until my sister and I went upstairs to the second floor, there were two trash bins over filled to the top with trash and the toilet next to the kitchen was full of urine and paper towels. That was a turn off, obviously no one bothered to clean the home before potential clients came to do walk throughs.The restroom being literally next to the kitchen was a turn off especially while being in that condition was disgusting.Nevertheless, the home is beautiful yet has a few functionality issues and architecture issues.

Out of all the places I could host my FIRST home buying seminar, I chose K. Hovnanian Homes Alicante! YAY US! This community is perfect!! Nice open floor plans for entertaining, because who doesn’t love a good part-tay?! Nice contemporary look to fit the new ‘home’ trend. Moments from EVERYTHING, however, perfectly tucked away to call home. I LOVE IT HERE! It’s 10-15 minutes from the med center. A few more highway miles to downtown. These homes are in my top 5 list fs. Beautiful Homes in Houston Texas and is surely what anyone could ask for! When they say dream home I get it . These houses are very beautiful not to mention the community walk.

Beautiful neighborhood and love the amenities! Alyse was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t work with anyone else!
