I live minutes away from this community & actually go to a wonderful church just down the street. One day I happened to pass by after a park visit with my children to see the homes. They are gorgeous & have very well thought out floor plans! I love that they are building in this area which is only growing & improving! The new construction homes are in a gated community, only a few minutes from major highways centrally located to venture into the hot spots of Houston, the medical center, or Pearland & a very reasonable drive to Galveston & a short drive to nice parks! This builder offers several different floor plans of two or three story homes-some with garage, includes nice design features, & energy efficient as well! Love the price points, community site plan & home options! Their sales consultant Keith was very helpful & kind!

It was an absolute joy to work with Mr. Lacey Houston of K Hovanian Homes. He made the process of getting a New Construction home in the Cloverdale Community extremely pleasant. Before initiating communications with Lacey, I’d apply with at least 10 lenders, but nothing went quite right with the process at that time I was sitting on my sisters patio and just exhausted with the stress of purchasing a home. I decided to just forget the whole thing. I looked at the K Hovanian Homes website before, but never thought that I would be able to actually get in one of those homes. However, as God would have it, I decided to just give him a call and see what could happen. I called on a Sunday and by Wednesday, I was on the road to a new home. Lacey is always professional, available, and well-versed in the process of purchasing a home. I am grateful to have gotten in contact with him and I’m sure you are in the market for a home. You would also receive the same service.
