Its peaceful, clean, and comfortable. This is what you make it. Theres very good neighbors in the building and surrounding areas. The Metro bus #20 is right around the corner going either downtown or towards the transit center. Plus theres connecting lines like the #29 and the #28. Plus you have several good restaurants right in front of the complex. Theres also one more Metro bus line. #80. And it takes you right through The University of Houston campus. The #28 will take you right to Walmart on S. Wayside.

A decent place to live for those who need a little help. The apartments are small by design so as to not overwhelm the easily effected. There is always a class for those in recovery, and a smile for those who had a hard day. Kenny is on the desk during the evenings and he is there to help and keep the residents safe. A very nice man!!

I have lived here for 4 yrs. and I love it. The staff is amazing. Its affordable and everything is included in my rent. Less stress. I am very happy!

I have lived here for 3 years, its better than where I was living, in the streets, & at my age, it was no fun, I turn 71 years ago the end of next month, glad I am off the streets.

Its been a wonderful living experience. The staff is wonderful, the growns are are manicured, they take care of where we live we live of where we live
