I love having my own private apartment at New Hope Housing-Rittenhouse! This place has been a blessing to me. The rent is reasonable and I can set up my space the way I want. The manager, Mr. Steven Smith is very professional, and hes serious about getting things done. Great place to live if youre trying to get a new start on life! πβ€οΈπππ
I love residing here. The manager here is respectful and will get things done.
Seems to be very secure, quiet and clean!
Everything breaks, crazy people knock on your door late at night, stalkers and men that prey on young girls with weird rude staff at desk, drug addicts everywhere & nosey government spies. Never will I ever go back there again Lord.
When i first called about information about availabilities the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional . Now ive seen the commercials about how friendly these places our warm and inviting .I didnt get that at all. Her tone and attitude horrible . You would think i was trying to take her job. No helpful info. Just was told i cant help you come in fill out application and its going on the bottom of the pile and hopefully we get to it . Then hung up wow
After reading the other reviews I have to say, I wouldnt feel safe as a physically disabled woman moving to Rittenhouse just to save $10/month for the risk of dealing with drug addicts trying to rob me or ex convicts or having my car broken into. A shattered window is a costly to fix & where I live now is safe and doesnt have roaches or felons, so. π€·
I thought it would be a step up from living in a tent but iI was so wrong and the bullish:t that goes on here is rediculous! Starting from the top down. With the exception of a few good people this place is the worst place Iβve ever stayed in my life. If I could rate in half a star I would but Iβm giving it one star because it has taught me an invaluable lesson. There is always a motive or a reason people want to help others and I forgot to keep my guard up when I was offered an apartment here.i should have seen the problems here but chose to just use blinders and was off of Crack Cocaine for 5 years plus before moving here . People are so ignorant here and inconciderate of others if you want to go downhill in life move here!ππ
I love it!!! You have to pick and choose who you associate with when it comes to the tenants. The staff is AMAZING!!! The activities are AWESOME as well!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Very friendly staff. Counselors on site to help residents reach goals and enter or reenter society. 24 hour check in at the front desk. Comunity services such as bible study. Small library on site. Computers available to residents. Free WiFi though the signal is very weak depending on your location. Building also has an elevator and is handicap friendly. Units are furnished with beds refrigerators and microwaves. Also there is a kitchen on site for the residents as the individual units dont have ovens or cooktops. Laundry rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. Beautiful court yard and a community room. Movie nights and convoys to the grocery store monthly.
The tenants that Ive been visiting recently could all use some space saving furniture, including me. This place is supposed to be refuge for low income households and I havent heard one peep about these interior design concepts from faculty for three years. The giant baLLast in this pLace is quite an eye sore to me without good company, i shaLL caLL it Trap EZ.
I went there few times to help my buddy to get groceries , staff is so rude and cruel with the tenants, many times at the parking lot while waiting for my friend I had people coming to me asking for money in a aggressive way , offering me drugs to buy , I thought it was a program to help them to reinstate them to the society, Iβm sure there is great decent people there , but the ones that approached to me scared me and asked me to go to away and not come back .
Finally, home! Im so tired! Almost to my resting place, I feel! And thats truly a Blessing!
My home full of people who gotba second chance but most residents as they like to call us are not very good human beings
HOUSING FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT AFFORDABLE BUT CAN LACK CIVILITY AT TIMES EASTERN STYLE LIVING BEING THAT THE CONCEPT BECOMES FROM PENNSYLVANIA
They have a great second chance program for people that are homeless and want somewhere to live and they also help people on parole out of prison to get a place to live.
Very nice and cute housing with plenty of activities for the residents my friend lives here
They threw me out made me and my bf break up, all because I threw a paper clip, i have a disability dont punish me because of it
The entrance here is clean ,but they have German Roaches very bad, need to heck tenants living area regularly for bugs
A place to call home. A place offering HOPE for those that once was hopeless. A place to find healing of body, soul, and mind.
So grateful to be a resident here! Well kept property!
I have a question about this place
Nice clean place yet front door staff was rude and unaccommodating
This is not at all the place of what it appears to be, slit of corruption, discressjon, discrimination, favoritism, violations, maintenance employee is as well corrupted
Very dangerous place to be there the brake in to your vehicle even at the day time be very carefull
Its home. Peaceful, quiet, lots of activities. π₯ night, π night, bingo night
Tha rent is so reasonable and it is almost always quite
