The townhomes are well-maintained and offer a comfortable living experience. The layout is spacious, and the neighborhood has a welcoming feel. Plus, my neighbors are nice and friendly. The maintenance staff is incredibly helpful and efficient, addressing any issues promptly. Overall, it’s a great place to live for those seeking convenience and quality.

Amazing Duo of Presley and Shannel. Professional, easy to talk with. First met Presley who was friendly and patiently listened to what I was looking for. Then I met Shannel who is friendly and attentive also. They explained the floor plans and available units to my liking. Both my spouse and I were very impressed with their presentation and kindness, and that made the deal for us. We thank both of them for their assistance with making our recent traumatic experience of house fire comforting with the service they provided.Thank you very much and God bless 🙏

During my recent visit to The Oaks at Grand West, I was very pleased by the outstanding customer service from the sales rep, Presley. The community, her approach, and her service were top-notch. Thank you for making my time and visit worthwhile.

Customer service is the best here I must say, its also a great community, but the ants , spiders, are ridiculous, I have been spraying and spraying they just keeps coming, there were baby spiders in the guest restroom all in the tub , cant seem to get rid of ants and spiders, now mice are entering in the garage, I have set up traps and everyday I go to my garage theres a mice on there, the schools in the area I would not recommend had to put my kids in a private school, homes are beautiful dont give me wrong but the price is not worth it , and plus there is no amenity the park is not for the kids ,its really for the dogs 🐕, this community is great for something to start off in ,but not to stay in long term, when the hurricane came i thought this house would blow away, it shake tremendously it was so scary, so when a hurricane hits @a 3 on up cat get outta there!! Leasing agents are the best here.Oh and one other thing dont loose your job or fall on hard times , they will file eviction and will not accept none of your payments, things happen in life thats outta your control sometimes thats life , but just heads up what to expect at this property, God bless you all seek God before jumping into things sometimes we move with our eyes and not with our spirit, the price is not worth the area and the schools , and like i said there is no amenity, Im not trying to convince nobody not to move here , im just being 💯 i just moved outta here , if someone would have in lighted me before moving here I would have known what to expected God bless, the four and five ⭐ you see are people who just moved in , pay attention to the ones whose had experiences here 3 plus months and see what they are dealing with , 3 plus months you should still be like its 3 weeks, but things changes once you move in

Extremely disappointed. Ants/termites all in unit before I moved in. They are in every corner of the house with no pest control... Cracks everywhere, microwave had water in it almost electrocuted... week later still not able to use the microwave... water in dryer when moved in, unusable, maintenance non existent. Still have not received a trash can. Tour your unit before coming here to ensure you have a safe place to stay because this is not safe. Friendly staff Presley and Naomi are amazing, but this has not been a good experience moving here.

I’m completely satisfied with my unit….. The issues I did have, were quickly resolved….. And so far, the community is well kept and quiet…....

I just stopped by to view The Oaks at Grand West, and I wanted to express how much I appreciate the exceptional customer service I received here. The beautiful community combined with the superior customer service truly made my experience memorable.

I’ve lived here for almost two months and my experience has not been the best. There were several issues when I moved in including cracks in the lower kitchen cabinets that still have not been fixed. These homes are poorly built and the materials used are cheap! The washer and dyer in the homes are horrible however if you want to bring your own you are responsible for storing the ones that are provided (which are awful and don’t clean). There are cracks in the shower and bathtub. It’s like they got tired and didn’t finish painting the kitchen cabinets. The baseboards have cracks throughout the home and get worse over time, the painting is awful and inconsistent throughout the home, the floor is coming up, ants are crawling everywhere and to top it off they builders couldn’t event be bothered to cut the blinds correctly to fit the windows! It would take too much space to list all of the issues and cracks associated with this place so I’ll just advise you to be careful as it is a great location but that’s about it!

I have lived here for about a month, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I love the location and the look of the homes. I am coming from an apartment, and I love having my own garage and backyard now!

Just moved in 7 days ago day 6&7 no power dont know how I suppose to feel the only house in the subdivision without power. The power breaker getting wet in the inside sp thats what causing me to lose power. And to call emergency maintenance and to be told that we cant get to because of the storm and I cant get you no time fame on a update. Sent someone out to fix the breaker but they didnt fix the breaker box to stop the water for getting in. Call emergency maintain again and this time I was told at this moment Im not worried about the power in your house we worried avy the ac and the icebox. Dont get me wrong they talk about a room putting my food up for me but I didnt pay all that 7 days ago to be unhappy...What Im use to is a maintenance team that well send a vendor out to fix the problem

For a new community they have everything together! Move in was stress free and Shannel made the move in process beyond smooth!
