Villa Adora Apartments

I dont live here but how is it that the office is supposed to be open untill 5 , its 4:30pm and its CLOSED . ( according to the sign its supposed to be open untill 5)

I lived here for three years and never had any issues. When ever I had an issue I just emailed them my maintenance request and it would be done the next day. I left because I wanted to live closer to my parents. Place has security during the night and the staff is nice. I left during Hurricane Harvey, and they helped me out with giving me a couple extra days without charging me extra. Definitely recommend this place! As long as you keep your apartment clean and take care of it, you should have no problems.

I find Villa Adora to be a family oriented place. The management is very responsive to my apartment needs, the apartments are well kept with the feel of living in a new home, they do resolve complaints made against neighbors and improvements are being done.Though not perfect, overall I prefer to live here than the neighboring complexes. Believe me I know because I’ve visited them!

Disgusting and infested with roaches. Always going up on the rent and it takes them 4 days to fix things. The place is tearing apart there were always cracks in the wall. They have new management every 10 months!! Did I also mention that its infested with roaches doesnt matter if your clean or not they come out of the vents and they build their beds in the walls. This complex needs to be shut down!!!! Do not move here especially if you have babies you dont want roaches crawling on them !!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!neighbors play loud music all the time went to front office 3rd time and manager said I was just over there, are you sure its loud?. THE NERVE! like id waste my time talking to you. it got so bad my husband and I had to rearrange our bedroom to the living room. They shut off the water all the time without any notices. You have to pay for a remote for the gate yet the damn gate is open all the time! we are moving soon and we cant wait to leave this place!!

It’s nice, a lot of space inside the apartment, nice staff and manager. We have being living here for ~3 years and we never had problems.But There’s not a lot of space to park inside, Oh and sometimes (some) neighbors are loud but is not always. But yeah that’s about it .

Too many roaches awful for living felt like they were crawling all over me at night. Fridge always had critters getting in. One of the painters painted over a roach i though it was a wood chip. IM SO SERIOUS PAINTED OVER A ROACH!! Fumigation did absolutely nothing the day we came back to our home a roach was crawling across the floor like nothing happened. The Maintenance Pest Control was mediocre and a joke. They did things i was doing boric acid and raid.

I just moved today on May its 11.30pm my A/C is not working called the emergency line and you know what they told me ohh im sorry im not going i have a 1 year old and a 5 year old im going to have to sleep without no ac because your lazy maintenance staff. thank you so much guys you made my night.! Stupid ass apartments this is the worst place to live and the maintenance SUCK. You should fire all of them.

Worst apartments ever....poor management,walls tearing apart,dealing with leakage all the time,almost times ac not wrking.if u make any complain to the leasing office,theyll probably respond in like 3weeks.cant wait to get outta here.if possible,they wont get any star.

Horrible they do wrong to poeple bad please dont come there horrible the worse they will go in your place with a key and they like to watched you and be noisy in your own life horrible place is a nightmare to lived there with crazy staff and the Manger is the worse one.

UNSAFE PLACE. You can hear gunshots at night.

Dont try to rent there because the manager Yanira is not professional at all, she does things the way she wants, she takes things personal and if her acquaintances who live there dont like you, shell take you out, Ive always fulfilled my rent and shell take me out now I even have I have to change my daughters school. The employees are very gossipy, everyone who works there feels like owners of the property.

HORRIBLE COMPLEX DO NOT LOOK FOR A HOUSING HERE, THE MANAGER YANIRA SIMPLY THINKS THE OWNER, AND IS NEVER WILLING TO FIX ANYTHING AND HER RESPONSE IS LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT HERE, too many cockroaches and bedbugs obviously the bills are too high and one parking space for each apartment RUN THIS IS NOT A GOOD family PLACE THERE IS NO PARK FOR CHILDREN MUCH LESS SAFETY AND YOU LOOK FOR HELP IN THE OFFICE ALL THE TIME THE DAUGHTER AND THE ENTIRE FAMILY OF THE MANAGER WHO WORK THERE SAY SHES NOT ON VACATIONEYE!!! The worst property so far,1/ You can wake up without a car even if you have your own parking lot.2/ They assault you at your own door.3/ They charge you even to look at the office4/ Even if they know who crashed your car, they dont show you the cameras unless you have ties to the manager.6/ They charge you for water that you did not use.7/ emergency maintenance is rubbish.8/ the security that is watching you find them asleep in their cars.9/the pool sucks.10/ the income is high.

These apartments dont let you go if you have lived here for eight years. I lived here for six years and they tell me that I have to pay for the portfolio after I lived six years and that if I dont pay that they wont give good things about me, what do they say because the deposit that I gave will go to the other owners but Whats my fault that they dont claim to ask for the deposit that I put in? They dont want to lose, only one loses, the tenant loses. They never want to lose. They are no good without a garbage apartment. The truth is that if they dont move there, they are no good.

They are very nice and the apartments here in Villa Dora are very quiet. The best thing about that is that they are well monitored with a security guard at night. They are very quiet. They are very clean. There are many security cameras all day long. I recommend this apartment. people, God bless you always

Quiet apartments, friendly staff and when you report damage they fix it quickly but there is not enough parking you have to leave the cars outside and many hit them and no one responds and there are many cockroaches

The best apartment I have found in terms of friendliness, nothing has ever been assaulted or opened. I recommend it, the prices are reasonable.

Thefts at every moment, they stole my tools on two occasions and there is not a day when they do not open vehicles to steal.
