Dario/Air Dynasty in Houston, TX did an excellent job in diagnosing my home heater during the Tune up visit. He explained everything, took photos and advised why the heater blower needed attention. After seeing the photo, 19 years of dust build up would warrant a cleaning to prevent issues and provided info on the status of the heater capacity as well. He was thorough and professional. I have already requested him as the tech to do the job. Great job Dario!

Air Dynasty’s “follow-up” telephone call certainly worked in their favor. Initially I was perturbed with Air Dynasty as it appeared the company was only focused on the “big ticket” item(s). Be that as it may, when Grayson called to inquire about my previous experience w/Air Dynasty I said I would never consider them. Grayson “cared” enough to attempt to make it right…..and he did. I noticed a problem with my furnace that Air Dynasty installed. I called almost once a week for about 2 months, sent an email that was never responded to and I felt dismissed. That’s why I gave 4 stars. That being said, I tried one last time and Efrain answered the phone. Come to find out there was a problem with the paperwork. As I spoke with Efrain he was willing to look into it and found the issue. 3 hours later two techs showed up and addressed all my concerns. Throughout the process Efrain was in communication with me, and I knew exactly what to expect. Thank you Efrain for taking the time to listen, look into it, and resolve the issue. If I would have talked to Efrain from the beginning I would give 5 stars.

He came out and gave a quick quote, out in the Katy area.I have poor circulation in my home and he suggested that t was because hot air was getting trapped in the rooms, and the rooms with poor circulation were because the hvac system was getting too them last. He suggested adding some returns in along with other suggestions that would really make a difference. Definitely knows what hes doing

Daniel came to do the inspection for my HVAC system. He was waited for at least 30 minutes forme to show up in my house. He did manage the fastest and polite inspection which I was comfortable with. He diagnosed a failed capacitor on my 3 year old air conditioning system. He also added a drain pan float switch. And finally also chemical cleaned the system. Don’t ever use these guys. In 2022 I had these guys put in a new AC unit. In 2023 I had them come fix a condenser since it went out. Charged us 4 k to replace it even though we have a warranty. The other day, AC went out again. Had a guy come out and he told me that the motherboard was fried and was gonna be another 4k to replace it. Had another guy come out from another company and told me it was because the thermostat popped off from the wall. Simple fix. Had nothing to do with the motherboard. Biggest scammers. Take your business elsewhere.

As it turns out, our units do not require any repairs. Anthony the coordinator and Steven the technician are both honest and great, we completely enjoyed the experience with them.

Dario D. Was great at inspecting and giving me diagnosis, found that my motor was moving slowly and the blowing motor was extremely dirty. I live in the Houston area and would highly recommend this service.

Our technician was Adrian, in the DFW area. He was punctual and professional. He came out looked at the system and was knowledgeable. Gave us a competitive quote for a complete system and we are happy to have gone with them.The installation crew was awesome and fast. They kept us updated and explained everything, as well as cleaning up before they left.Overall, great service.

Technicians are great! Randy came and did a thorough inspection and communicated well. The team that did the install last year was fast and efficient. The sales and customer service team suck. They are often short, it is difficult to get people on the phone, they dont communicate among themselves, I always feel like they are being less than honest with me, and their admin skills leave much to be desired.

The service was great don’t get me wrong, and so was the person who was in charge of the crew. Interacting with his boss at the office was unfortunately less than pleasant. If they agree to a payment plan, they might just change their mind on you and inform you of a potential police report. As much money as we paid for a complete overhaul of our system, I would’ve appreciated a little better conversational professionalism. If you need practice with how to be mindful when speaking with people, then take some time to practice it.

The tech Dario that came to the house was informative and great. He was on time and he made sure i understood everything that he did and checked. He found that my primary drain line was clogged and helped find a solution. Would definitely recommend

UPDATE 12/23: The good news is that weve now successfully had our new system installed. The installers arrived at approx. 6pm on 12/21 and got right to work. They seemed like they knew what they were doing. We supplied them with a few items to help them out here and there (e.g., Shopvac because they only had a small hand vacuum; also a work light since they only had head lamps). Akim arrived and seems to be their technician who is local to the area, and he was very professional and personable. All in all, the install itself went as expected, and were happy with our new system so far.Overall, Id give the install 5 stars. I give the communication from the office 2 stars.My advice for Air Dynasty: please be more transparent. Let people know that the system is being picked up in Houston and will then have to be driven to Dallas. Be more realistic about when they will actually arrive. When you say our install is scheduled in the window from 12-4, we assume that it will start sometime during that window. When you text at 11am that the crew has picked up our system, we assume that theyll be 30 mins or an hour out. When you text at noon that theyll be there in 1.5 hours, were fine with that. When the next text says theyll be there between 3-4, thats still OK. But when you text after 4pm to say that theyre still 1.5 hours out, that is when we get upset and feel like weve been strung along.Still, the system seems to be working great and the team that installed it did a good job. Im very thankful for that.

I had a heating system tune up today and Sterling came on by and evaluated that aspect, as well as the previous work that was done to make sure everything outside of the heating system was good. He was not part of the team that did work a few months back, but he still took the time to review the overall system. I appreciated his work!

Wish I would have known not to trust the google reviews. I’m not sure why this company has so many positive reviews on Google. Check out yelp, Facebook, and indeed very low reviews. Better Business Bureau gives them an F. Something is not right and this company misrepresenting theirselves.We have had the worst experience and never has the company tried to really rectify their mistakes. They just try to convince us to spend thousands more $$$$. We had our old air conditioning unit for 12 years and never ever had the same problems.Air Dynasty replaces our whole HVAC/air conditioning and heating about 1 1/2 years ago. Right after the new insulation we have major problems. We had water damage to the ceiling due to excess condensation, draining issues that effected our bathroom, days when our air just quit because of damper issues, and now our heater does not work as it overheats and shuts off. We are under “10 year” warranty but some how it covers very little and now we are being asked to pay almost $4000 in labor cost. BEWARE of this company. Every repair person that has come to fix the issues caused by the new system has tried to tell us that to get the problem fixed we needed to pay extra.

I have been dealing with this company for more than two weeks, the people they send dont know what they are doing. Likewise, they were sending different technicians every time who were not communicating with each other about what was happening in my house. The management is also very unreliable and even unprofessional. The office personnel forgets to put your call in mute while they are making fun of the customers. I had to deal with them because of American Home Shield. But trust me in this, If I had the chance to give them negative stars I would. Run as fast as you can if you come across this people. At the end I end up contracting anoter company who fixed my problem while they could not figure out.

Dario did a great job! Showed up ahead of schedule and did not leave until work was finished. For my ac repair he replaced the thermostat, added refrigerant, cleaned the condenser and evaporator. Dario was very helpful and I greatly appreciate his work. He was able to diagnose it quickly and do the quick repair. I am however upset that even though I purchased this system a year ago I had to pay $500 for a fuse which went out while I was not home for no reason. They tried to tell me that it was due to changing the thermostats which I explained I did after power was not being received by the thermostat. They also tried to sell me $4000 worth of maintenance work. Dario, however, was extremely helpful and I appreciate his work. I live in Katy.

First thing Im told before the technician ever looked at my AC system is youre most likely going to need a full new AC unit or for any repairs $2500. Just pricing alone I would advise anyone to go with another AC Company. Do yourself a favor, go to a real AC technician who doesnt have dollar signs in his eyes when he knocks on your door to service your AC unit.

Dario a technician from Air Dynasty came to my place in Bryan, TX and was able to find the problem, which was the compressor. He was professional and knowledgeable. He left without fixing the problem and hours later the Air dynasty called and asked for $4500 to replace the compressor given that they installed the entire unit (new) last year and its under their whats so called warranty of 10 years! Just be aware!

Randy was really great! His customer service was fantastic, very kind and very thoughtful, while also being extremely knowledgeable. This 5 star review is for the Air Dynasty AC/Heating technician Sterling, and not a review for the company Air Dynasty AC/Heating.We recently had our Fall inspection done on our AC/Heating system and Sterling the technician was very courteous & professional while he was inside our house which can be a bit hectic especially with 4 inside dogs ... 2 big dogs, and 2 little dogs, but Sterling was a trooper and did the inspection and only got jumped on once by my 110 lb Malamute BG.I HIGHLY recommend Sterling, if youre able to request your technician for whatever service you need done next.

The young man sent to evaluate our issue was very thorough and explained what the issue was causing the heat for the down stairs. The control board was bad, the other issue was the furnace is a Lenox and it was not compatible with the Goodman AC equipment. If this told to me we could have purchased a Goodman furnace and hav one bill, now we have two bills which is not what we expected!! Now I have to spend 4000.00 to replace the furnace. As far as I’m concerned Air Dynasty should pay for the new furnace??!!!

Update - I am changing my review to 1 star but would go negative stars if I could. I was told today they would replace my compressor after being told since Friday they would fix it. The time frame they gave me came and went even though I was told the tech was on standby...I just needed to pay $1,800 in freon even though I have a contract for 10 years parts and labor with no freon exclusions (I still dont understand why I had to pay for freon). At 3pm I was told the tech was on his way he was just running late from another call. At 4pm I was told the part did not come in and it was being shipped even though earlier in the day they said they had picked up the part. Time to get professional help with this issue.Update - Mr. Bruce has helped locate the part, and I should have cool air today. Thanks!Air Dynasty did an amazing job installing my units in 2019. Fast forward to 2024 when the compressor goes out and Im now on day 5 of no answers as to when I will have ac again. What a waste all the money I paid for a warranty they do not honor.

They were at my house a few years ago or so via a home protection contract. The guy was obviously sales versus tech and didnt do anything other than take pictures and recommend complete replacement. It was simply a dead capacitor on the unit. Now they will not stop calling me trying to schedule checkups. I have lost track of how many times I have asked for them to stop and that I was not happy with their service and the calls persist.

Daniel came in the morning as agreed over the phone the day before. I asked him to find the problem that made my AC stop working, but I also asked to check for the entire system as I knew the system was not new. He was polite and knowledgeable. Before he left, he explained to me that someone from the company would call me shortly after reviewing his report to discuss the options. During the call I was told that the other parts of the system will probably have still a few years left but advised me to replace the condenser because the motor was dead (no surprise here, the condenser was 18 years old). I appreciated his honesty as he didnt pressure to change the entire system. I had urgency in having the work done asap because I work from home and my house was 94 degrees. He told me that he would have the technicians coming in 2 hours. The technicians, Jose and Manuel, came within the time promised. Upon their arrival, they realized that the front and back doors of my townhome were not wide enough to pass the condenser through to be installed in the backyard. Jose and Manuel, then, had the idea of transporting the condenser over my neighbors fence and then over my fence to get to the installation spot in my backyard. Then, they called two other technicians from the company to help transporting out the older condenser and transporting in the new one as the lift of the condensers were quite heavy for two people. It took about an hour for the other two technicians to get to my place. Once they did, the transport and the work went smooth and they were all respectful and courteous. I appreciate the hard work of these professionals and the overall experience with this company.

This company is very shady. They were sent by my home warranty company to fix my leaky AC. No communication from them on when they would be out for about 3 to 4 day until I followed up called. When the tech came, my husband was home he said it was fixed, but he found some a coil that needed cleaning, I asked how, as we just had it serviced. He said because of the leak. It would be $600. to clean the whole system and $200 for the 1 coil. I told him to do the coil and paid over the phone. Mind you, they should have advised the warranty company 1st & as I was out, I didnt think about it. I just paid. Only to later find out they never notified the warranty company and charged me which they were not supposed to. Only to not show up to clean the coil I paid for with my Ac still leaking. When they were called to ask when they would be there, they said that the order was canceled because Frank Delgado said that the cost was not profitable to do the job for $200. As a job like that is $1198. So why did you advise you could do it for $200. And now they will not honor it. If I could offer negative stars I would.Replying back, the scope of work did not change from the time your tech reviewed it from the time of your 1st quote to the time of the 2nd quote, so do not lie. Your employee blatantly said his boss Frank Delgado said that was not enough for the work as it was a 2 man job. When your employee called to advise of the issue and offer the quote 2 days before he said it also was a 2 man job and the cost was $200.Do worry, my next step is BBB for your shady practices July 6th rebuttal.

They are quite knowledgeable and work hard to get the best financing at a cost that is extremely lower than other companies! Josh is extremely personable and keeps in touch with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied with the service. Ken is a wonderful soft-spoken man and is not pushy at all! These two personalities are highly recommended. I will always use Air Dynasty, not only for a new system, but also any further repairs or maintenance!

Great Service All Around !! Miguel was able to diagnose the problem right away and gave us a thorough explanation of our system on why it wasn’t cooling the house.After that, Frank sat down with us and discussed the pros and cons for a new system or repairing the existing.For us, it was an obvious decision to get a new system since the one we had was more than 25 years old.We close the deal with Frank around 2pm and THE SAME DAY AT 5PM a 2 man crew showed up to install our new system.They only took about 3 hours to complete the whole install for a 4 Ton unit !!We just bought this house so this was an unexpected expense for us but thanks to a financing company they affiliate with, I was able to get 12 months NO interest to pay for the unit.I recommend anyone to use this company for their HVAC needs, you won’t regret it !!

After 3 attempts with another air conditioner who only wanted $$. I told my home insurance company to switch with another company. I cannot praise on how well this company handles customer service. Michael (the rep) checked all 3 AC units outside, vents and attic to ensure what level of conditions each AC unit has left. Horrible experience and a waste of time. The person they sent out was a salesperson and not a technician. He (Ken) was old and too clean to diagnose a broken AC system. He came out for a social visit. I had to keep telling him I was working. He (Ken) broke the attic ladder and now the ladder that was working perfectly fine when he came will not go back into the attic. I called their office and spoke to Gerard and instead of trying to resolve the issue with the ladder he kept trying to sell me their services. He said he spoke with his person (Ken) that was a reputable employee and he said he didnt do it. Do not use these folks. I cant stress that enough. They are interested in sales and not quality customer service. The right thing to do would have been for them to send someone out to fix the ladder. But no, Ken said he didnt do it and his word is gold. All I know is that it was working fine before Ken came out and now its broke. Even after telling Gerard I wouldn’t use them because that wasn’t the issue I called him on, he kept trying to sell me their service. Why would I use them? Youve already cost me money, because now I have to pay someone to repair a ladder that your salesperson (who shouldnt have come out) broke. Theyre also way overpriced in their services. Their quote was bigger than everyone else I called out. Dont use them.

Yes, Dario was very observant, friendly, efficient, checked everything very thoroughly and explained in details when I had questions about my unit. He is definitely one of the better techs that I have had come out. He found a leak in the copper tubing, capacitor needed to be replaced, inside and outside unit needs cleaning.

The young man, HVAC technician, Abraham G, came to my home two times in 3 days to ensure my air and heat were working after a real estate inspector triggered breakers and claimed system not working. Dario came to service my AC unit. I had my 6 month appointment in March and didn’t realize trust what he was saying. Nevertheless, I called again and Dario explained everything to me prior to sending the office what he found. He cleaned my system, replaced capacitor, and place a hard start key. Once he was done he explained everything that he did, showed me before and after pictures and answered all my questions. I feel great about decision and will request him for my 6th months inspection. The system is now ready for the Houston heat.

Dario was the technician that came out to diagnose my AC unit. It hadn’t been working for a week. He was very professional & nice. He explained to me all he was going and how much time it should take.When I called that afternoon after receiving bad news from an electrician with my home warranty (AHS-crap) I explained the issue and since my AC unit was installed by them I was hoping the 10 yr warranty would cover the issue, but I was told they could have someone come the next day but we were at our wits end being 🥵! Our dog was following us around the house whimpering & even my snake was suffering, trying hiding under his water bowl to stay cool. Once I explained the length of time we were without AC they were able to have Dairo come out about 2 hrs later.Although, a bit skeptic if the components of the furnace where actually fried I went ahead and just replaced it because I knew my home warranty would likely pull the same stunt as everyone just wants to purchase a replacement instead of actually fixing the problem.. our capitalist society….Anyway, Dario was excellent.The installation process…. Not too pleased but…. We have air now.

I requested a technician to tell me what’s going on, I’ve been trapped without cool air for 5 days. This company sends me a sales guy by the name of Alex acting like a giant douche with his iPad. My house is not distributing cool air properly because the vents needed to be opened, instead of showing me that he tells me I need a full system when I just replaced it 10 years ago. Then almost walks into my brand new flat screen TV. Him and the guy that I originally spoke to Josh need to be fired immediately for strong arm tactics because I called this company looking at the good reviews. Now I find all these bad reviews only after I had a bad experience.

Beware!! SCAM. They push the review system hard to get this overall rating which is misleading but check Better Business Bureau, F.I bought a whole new system and 18 mos later it’s failing and they want $5k to 10k more to fix it. The excuse was sometimes things just break and their warranty only covers almost 25% of the repair costs. SCAM.Find another vendor and save yourself the trouble, time, and $.

I had my AC until replaced back in 2021 thru Air Dynasty because the unit that was built with house was fifteen+ years old and was having issues with it. On today 01/25/24 they came out for a routine maintenance service and all is good. My technician Mr.Terrell did a outstanding job, he was very knowledgeable and informative with what he was doing and explained to us about the unit and its capacity. Dont do any in-house financing with them!! I almost had a lien put on my house because of a issue with my debit card on file (it had expired) & they never reached out to me by telephone or e-mail. Luckily I had a service issue before this happened & that is when I discovered the issue of missed payments that required I settle up before service could be provided which I happily. I was treated very disrespectfully by a male employee who I will not name. He did not even want to help me figure out the underlying problem (expired debit card). I figured out the problem on my own, called in & this was confirmed & corrected with a different female employee. What still bothers me is not his disrespectful behavior which was witnessed as I had him on speaker but the fact that he also said the owner and he were waiting for me to miss 1 more payment and were going to put a lien on your home. There was never any effort made with me prior to this to alert me there was a problem so this must be their usual way of business. As a senior citizen & as a human being deserving of respect, I was shocked at this behavior as was my husband.

Kevin was extremely nice and professional. He gave me two recommendations to extend the life and function of our unit. I was not prepared to do those on today and he did not try to push the recommendations on me. I will definitely complete the recommendations in the near future.

Abraham arrived on time and was very friendly. He got straight to work - and after a little bit - our AC was up and running again. But he didn’t stop there. He checked all the vents with a laser thermometer. He recommended that we get a cleaning for the attic unit and ac compressor outside. He thoroughly explained to me what the issues were, how to address them. While he was in the attic, he noticed how bad our insulation was and he suggested we invest in having that done soon as well. Abraham represented Air Dynasty well. I’m glad he’s our technician.
