Ricardo Saldana provided superb, second to none customer service and expertise in diagnosing and replacing one of our electronic thermostats. He also noted additional issues in the attic with an evaporator coil. He took a video of the issue in the attic and this was immensely helpful to be able to see and understand. His complete overview and explanation of our system and this issue gave us the heads up so we can plan for and proceed with scheduling. We tremendously appreciated his expertise and his recommendations which we will follow up on.We built our home 23 years ago, and AIRTEAM provided our original air conditioning equipment, which we then replaced about 10 years ago with more powerful and efficient units. We also have an ongoing maintenance contract with AIRTEAM, which has been well worth what we purchased it for. Our work today was discounted because of our contract. Given how vital AC is to our home, having a trusted professional gives us great confidence and gratitude for our ongoing relationship with AIRTEAM and the amazing professionalism and expertise provided by Ricardo.

We had our 10 year old Lenox unit (2nd floor, leaking evaporator coil, Compressor issues) replaced with a 3-Ton TRANE XR15 (Condenser, Evaporator Coil, Furnace) full system. I had the unfornate experience to have both my Lennox and ADP coils that were only 7 years old to fail. The Lennox was catastrophic and the ADP had a leak. After wasting money with Abacus Plumbing, I called Airteam. Their technician (Jesus) tested my system and found the leaks. Airteam contacted me immediately to get my install scheduled and Airteams pricing was by far the best. The team that completed this install (Alan and Javier) were courteous and professional. The care they took with my install was great. They took the time to address my questions and left the work area better than they found it. While I am dissapointed with Lennox for having to replace my coils at 60% of average life, I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Airteam. Great job!

Furnace went out 01/08/25. Called Airteam and scheduled appointment for the next morning. Received a call around 8:00.am from Debra informing me that Johnny would be at my home in the next 15-20 minutes. Sure enough Johnny and his associate Daniel showed up as promised. A few hours later furnace was up and running. Both techs put boot covers on so they wouldn’t track in any dirt. Guys were very careful and respectful of our home and property. Could not have asked for a better result.

Had an issue with my AC and Johnny and Daniel took their time to diagnose and address the issues fully. It took over 6 hours due to faulty wiring and they were friendly and knowledgeable throughout. I highly recommend.

We received our annual service today by the Air Team professionals, Johnny. Service was prompt, professional and respective of our property. Serviced units, changed filters as requested and provided future enhancements to protect system. They even disposed of the old filters for us. Highly recommend AIR team to my friends and family for professional service on HVAC.

The sales team I had were technically competent in the details - which isn’t always the case with many HVAC companies. I had need for a high end multizone system and they had the expertise. The installation was top notch - no trash left behind, no short cuts during the installation, and importantly, no overstretched wires or duct work. The final check out and commissioning was also top notch. These guys are top flight and get my highest rating - 5 air registers.

We just had Airteam do a full HVAC system in our house and the experience was great. Cody coordinated everything and their installers went out of their way to make the new installation much more professional than the original one in 1994. They were fantastic.

First off, the Airteam came out very promptly to diagnose and fix our A/C unit. Ricardo S. was our technician and I’m so glad that he was. For starters, he let us know early what time he would be there and he was there AT THAT TIME which you appreciate when you are without air . Then when he arrived he had a very pleasant demeanor and was extremely attentive when we explained to him what was going on. After assessing the problem, he communicated what had happened very clearly and thoroughly. He was so informative throughout his entire visit at our home. Besides fixing our A/c unit, He informed us of so much stuff we did not know on maintaining our entire cooling/heating system in the home and also provided some preventive measures for us to take for the future. The technicians, Johnny and Daniel, came on time when the company said they would. Once here, they looked at the problem and agreed with the previous technician and change the part indicated. Was without heat for a few days during this cold front. Called this morning and they squeeze me in for an afternoon appointment. The service Technician Jesus Zavala very professional and polite. Told him only cold air was coming out the vents, he diagnostic quickly got it repaired and have heat again.

Adan and Will were very professional during the heater check if our new install from the summer. They were very helpful in getting my app and thermostat back working together after changing internet services. They were awesome to work with.

Saldana preformed our biannual M/A yesterday. He arrived on time and was very curious to find out if we were having any issues. He did the maintenance check quickly and with little disruptions in the house. He did discover a problem with one of our thermostat. We expect to heard back from him soon as to finding a resolution. My cooling unit stopped working at 12:30pm. I called Airteam but the service department was on lunch break till 1pm. I called the sales team who then took a message for the service team. At 1:01pm the service team returned my called and immediately sent out a technician (Ricardo Saldana). Ricardo was very professional and explained the diagnostic steps. As soo as he was able to diagnose the issue, he fixed it, and explained all he had done. I am so grateful for the immediate response by Airteam as it was 96°F, and to Ricardo for being so knowledgeable. I will surely request that Ricardo be assigned to all my maintenance services.

Excellent customer service. We were very pleased with the service we received from Mazdak Najand. He was very detailed and answered all of our questions regarding the maintenance service to the heating units.

Johnny and his assistant (sorry I forgot his name!) were great! They checked out all possibilities to determine why my daughter’s AC wasn’t working, tried numerous sources to locate a control board after hours, thoroughly checked unit after board was installed and discovered other issues with original design and install by builder that if not detected would have ultimately been risky and would have caused a repeat of the problem. They stayed as late as it took to get the job done and make sure our daughter was cool and safe at her house. They are the absolute best AC repair guys!

Forrest and the AirTeam crew did a great job for me at a great price on a new Trane system when my 25 year old AC finally kicked the can. Forrest was very knowledgeable and I was impressed that he actually took measurements and did load calculations instead of just going off of the square footage of my house. AirTeam did a great job with the install and got it done nice and quickly considering the amount of work necessary to replace the whole system and fix ducting and such.Its no fun having to spend so much money all at once just to maintain comfort in your home, but I dont think I could have found a better company to work with for this frustrating event. Very pleased with the price, the service, and the support and will certainly be working with AirTeam again in the future when the need arises!

Price on the unit beat top competitors and I received a new customer discount which made my decision to go with Airteam as my installation and service provided going forward. I was impressed with the team doing the installation of my new Trane unit. They are courteous and careful.

More praise for AirTeam. I had an issue with the support structures under my A/C Condenser. AirTeam agreed to send a team out to fix it under warranty.Very please with the sales, installation, maintenance and warranty work they have done for me.After hurricane Beryl my A/C was functioning but my iComfort Thermostat screen was dark. I called AirTeam on Saturday to report the issue and they promptly returned my call and committed to provide a Monday service call. By Monday morning my A/C stopped working altogether. Ricardo was the technician who came to my home. He determined the issue and didn’t have the part I needed so he located one , traveled to get the part and returned to complete the installation of a new thermostat. He got my system running and cooling and even helped with iComfort app setup. His professionalism, knowledge and repair work was excellent. I was apprehensive about getting the system fixed and Ricardo did everything he could to assure me he’d get it resolved and he did. Over 20 years as an AirTeam customer I’ve been consistently pleased with their support and Ricardo is an asset to their business. I greatly appreciate AirTeam and you should give serious consideration to this business for your HVAC needs. If you request Ricardo for a service call you will not be disappointed.

Airteam was amazing to work with. They came out within a couple of hours. The workers were extremely professional, kept everything very clean while they worked and after. They identified that I needed an electrician and explained to me what they were seeing. After the electrician left something still wasn’t right. I called again and within a couple of hours they were back. (Mind you this is all while they don’t have any power and are having to do things manually from the storm) Ricardo Saldana came out and he was extremely professional, very timely, and fixed our issue! From Yearly Maintenance Plan to Replacing one of my house units ALWAYS Good Experience.I’ve been using Air Team to maintain my A/C & Heater every year since 2017 and they always lived up yo my expectations.Few Months ago one of my units’ compressor seized so they advised me to replace the whole unit for a better warranty which is I did. After horrible experiences with other hvac companies, we began using AIRTEAM Heating & Cooling nearly 3 years ago and have been extremely pleased with their level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Today, technicians Johnny Nguyen and Daniel arrived to diagnose an issue with our upstairs unit. They were kind, considerate, and knowledgeable about the symptoms and suggested (and implemented) the fix. They assured me that if there were any more problems I could call and they would return straight away. I trust them and I trust the AirTeam company, since they have yet to let me down.

Our AC was not working properly, taking a long time to cool down, occasionaly stoping and giving various error messages on the control unit. We called the AirTeam. They were very busy (during the heat wave in Houston area in August 2024), but they said they will send one of their technician when he has time between scheduled appointments, and give us a call with 30 to 60 min notice. That’s exactly what they did. The technician Orlenis was very prompt in his arrival, put his shoe covers on as he was getting in our home, identified and solved the problem, keeping us informed along the way. I would definitely recommend AirTeam.

I have two units in the house. Ever since we moved in, we noticed that one unit was oversized and the second undersized. I had a couple of companies look at the undersized unit, and they proposed very expensive solutions, even after replacing coil and outside condenser on the undersized unit. I spoke with my builder, and he recommended talking with Airteam. Darin at Airteam proposed the ideal solution, which was to swap out the two units. This was a major surgery, as one of the units was zoned. Airteams technicians performed flawlessly and professionally, and were done in a matter of hours. The entire house now cools like a charm. They explained to me exactly what was done, rechecked all controls, replaced air filters and also came in the house to also fix a noisy air intake. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work, and theyve made me and our family their new lifelong customers!

I have to say its been a while since I felt this good about working with a contractor of any kind. Cody was a great person to work with from start to finish on replacing my two complete 3.5 ton systems. His team was also just as great . They were very polite and protective of the interior of my house. I would highly recommend Air Team and Cody for your HVAC needs.

Initially i was disappointed because there was a lack of communication. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency so I called, canceled appointment and thought i had rescheduled a new one, however, my wife received a call confirming the initial appointment. We made the caller aware of the change and stayed with the new appointment.Secondly, we expected a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. That didn’t happen either.With all that said, once the technician, Jesus Z. arrived everything went great! He was very knowledgeable, kept me updated with all the inspections he was doing and even explained and sold me a yearly maintenance package, which i was happy to purchase from him. We had the option of 1,2 or 3 years and we decided to go with the 1 years to see how everything went.The only reason AirTeam isn’t getting a 5 star is due to the communication issue which seems to have been corrected. I’ll update again if it has not.Update: The call to us not being received 30 minutes prior to visit was due to an electrical outage caused by the storms/tornados a few days prior.2nd update: Jesus Z. came by to do summer a/c check and I’ve decided to change from 4 to 5 stars. We received the prior to arrival call and Jesus Z. was knowledgeable and thorough.

Great job by the folks from AirTeam! Recently replaced my old AC unit with a new variable-speed Trane unit from AirTeam. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit in one day. The primary person I dealt with was Orlenis Pupo, who did a good job of answering all my questions and taking care of all of the details. He even came back very quickly to address an minor issue that popped up shortly after the install - good customer service!

Excellent Work on Spring Maintenance Checkup! Jesus and Frank arrived, put on booties at the door, explained what they would be doing and got to work promptly. Checked upstairs HVAC unit and then went outside and cleaned AC unit and tested it. All looked ok this time. Maintenance fee was reasonable and covers AC check in Spring and Heat check in the Fall. The air conditioner broke down third time again in the peak summer, this time the issue with the AC compressor and clogged pressure sensor. Ricardo Saldana provided not only excellent service but went above and beyond to make sure that our heater repair was done before the final walkthrough for our house sell. He was also very professional and we would request him in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had Air Team install 1 new Lennox Air conditioner in 2017 and 2 others in 2019. 1st complaint: no access panels installed at all2nd. Had them for repeat maintenance. This past one June 11 they did not even wash the coils. They never even noted that both lines were blocked. Have had them service the units every year, now wondering if they had even done that. I asked the service technician to check for mould bc I had found some mould in a closet and around a light fixture to be told there was no mould. 10 days later the upstairs unit stopped working. So I investigated a little further. Mould on drywall and around all lights in media room and all over the air conditioning vents in attic. Had Mooro Air-conditioning team out and found all the problems with the units and blocked lines, could that had not been washed in 3-4 years. Just absolutely disgusted!!!!!! Long story short the upstairs unit had been cycling off for prob a year which caused the mould all over media room as every time it went offline it was actually off!!

One of our AC units at our new house unexpectedly quit. We reach out to several vendors for quotes and AirTeam came with a very competitive price and were very flexible with scheduling. Jorge Diaz and Oleg came out to help with uneven a/c issues. One bedroom on the bottom floor was hotter than the other rooms. Airteam replaced my old AC and heating system. Very professional. They inspected the old system very thoroughly and gave their recommendations. They were on time, very professional and clean job. It started with Johnny and Daniel service call. They expressed concerns about our aged equipment and the explained the costs on repair. It was time. We agreed as our system was very old. We decided to go forward with a complete new installation. Johnny advised his concerns for a heat load test. Then Forest and Scott came out the next day and tested, and measured all our areas (coil and heating up in the attic), confirming the equipment recommended by Johnny and Daniel, was correct. The scheduled installation crew “Geovanni Team” came in and did an impeccable job. They got the system installed with precision and respected all the areas with protection from debris. The system in the attic is clean, along with the duct work. We recommend Airteam to anyone who wants a dependable Trane system along with the dedication this company offers to their customers, their 100% satisfaction. Adan then came out to inspect the install and gave us the “how to” on our new system and made sure we were completely satisfied. Just had my house units serviced by Mazdaq, and felt compelled to leave a review because of how impressed I was with his service/knowledge/professionalism. From the moment he came in, he was extremely polite and very easy to talk to. Once he started diagnosing the units, he started explaining the problems he found and what he was doing to fix it, on a level that a non-technical person could easily understand. He knew exactly how to efficiently and promptly fix the problem. I am really impressed with his skills, and can only hope that he will be the same tech I get when we do our yearly maintenances.

My house was built in 1992 and AirTeam was the HVAC installer. I am the original owner. AirTeam has been my HVAC service contractor EXCLUSIVELY for the past 32 years! I replaced both up and down units in 2021 with Lenox. I worked with Cody Pelatari to get this done and have continued my relationship with him as my connection to AirTeam. I have ultimate confidence in him and AirTeam. They have been exceptional to work with. Trustworthy, efficient and a great family business!As example, Cody arranged for a condensate drain line piping correction to improve condensate removal. Technican Juan Flores was assigned the work and showed up on time and made the correction in a most efficient manner. He came up with an improvement to the pipe routing which will allow even better drainage. Johnny Nguyen with AirTeam had come to do the routine pre-summer PM on both of my AC units. He was very thorough and even pointed out that the surge protector on one of my ac units had gone bad. I’ve been using AirTeam for 16 years because I know they will only send out very knowledgeable technicians like Johnny.

I had a wonderful experience with Airteam. I contracted with them to completely replace my HVAC system, new duct system, and insulation. Their prices are fair and their quality of work is superb. My 50 yr old house has been given new life! You can tell that they put great integrity and quality their work. They resigned the duct work in the house and my house feels cleaner and fresher. My only complaint is that they work too hard! I had to kick them out every night because they were extremely dedicated to the job. I have been an Airteam customer since I purchased my home in March 2006. A problem which arose 2007 was resolved to my satisfaction. I have always been pleased with the services offered and with the courtesy of the technicians.

Airteam installed my two original systems in what was then a new house back in 1996. Over the years their service and care has been amazing. Another great example came last week and again today on a follow-up call from Airteam Service Tech Orlenis Pupo. Last week’s semiannual service agreement call to inspect the air conditioning system revealed a possible issue due to Orlando’s not being happy with upstairs unit pressures. After some checking he discovered a separation in one of the air connections and said he wanted to check back at the office for fixes. He was back today after I had been communicated with by the office and in an hour, had repaired the problem, the pressures are now correct. The complement is that he took a personal responsibility to understand why those pressures didn’t seem right, and fixed the problem. It concerned him as if the unit was his own.This is what I have come to expect from Airteam and once again, they and Orlenis came through!Thanks and keep doing what you do and how you do it!
