The service with Aura Air Duct Cleaning was very good and professional. They worked hard and managed to resolve the issues I had in my air ducts. I’m very satisfied and already feeling the difference in the air circulation at my home. Thank you!

Scam. Be aware of the fake good reviews here. This is a totally scam company. And they use different names and locations to do the same scams. One of their other businesses is Houston Air Duct Cleaning. Some of other one star reviews also gave their other business’ names. They actually just came to vacuum and clean your vent. They won’t do any real duct cleaning job until you were told you need to pay another extra thousands , which is “a special discount today” when they are in your home.

HORRIBLE! I would never recommend this business if you’re serious about getting your ducts clean. I called at 2:37pm today and asked if they could come today for a duct cleaning. It was very important to me to get my ducts clean today because I have bad allergies. If they couldn’t do it today that’s okay I would have found another company to come out today. Instead I got the run around, they said someone will be there from 4:00-6:00pm they told me multiple times a technician will call me with a ETA at 5:58pm I called for to confirm if someone was still coming. They confirmed and said “yes someone got dispatched I will talk to my manager so the technician can call you with his ETA stay by the phone” then the guy hung the phone up on before I can even say anything else. It’s now 7:28pm and there is a NO SHOW. WASTED MY WHOLE FRIDAY EVENING WAITING ON THEM! This company is a JOKE. Please do yourself a favor and never contact them.

SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LOOK AT THE REAL REVIEWS, NOT ALL THE FAKE ONES.Please, whatever you do, run in the opposite direction. The short story is they scammed me out of $725 and refuse to refund it.The longer story is that I read all the good reviews (all obviously fake upon further investigation) so chose Aura to come out to clean my dryer duct in the home I just purchased. Alan swindled me into allowing them to perform another service because it was “too clogged” and then raised the charge that same day after doing the service (or at least I thought they did the service). Our dryer still didn’t work well, so we asked them to scope the duct with a camera to prove it was clear, especially since I expected to pay $129 but paid $854 for this extra required service. Alan came out without a camera and said they didn’t own a camera, so they supposedly purchased one but then never came out to prove their work was complete despite their promises. When he was here, my partner realized that 80% of our duct was blocked leading to outside of our house. When asked, Alan admitted he was aware of it but that he did not tell us. This is pure negligence and put my family at risk for a house fire. See attached photo to see significance of this issue. If we didn’t inquire for them to come out and notice that the duct was blocked, we could have had a house fire, not to mention that our dryer still wouldn’t work and lint would build up again.Since then, Alan, Maya, and Robert have all lied to me and deceived us, among several others with Aura Services. I was told if I cancelled my Chase dispute (to request my money back) then they’d refund me. That turned out to be a lie too. Please look at other bad reviews because it’s evident they make a business of scamming unsuspecting homeowners. What a concept to clean ductwork that customers can’t see into, so who would know if it was even done. They have admitted that they were at fault and stated they would refund but have refused. I am out $725 and had to have another company come to fix the structural issue that was the main culprit. Aura Services does not care about their customers. They care about money and deceiving anyone they can. Avoid at all costs.

We had Gabriel, Michelle, and Carlos out today to clean our ac ducts and vents and fix a water leak. They were very friendly polite and professional and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend!

Avoid them at all costs. Had them come out in April 2021 to remediate mold. They charged me $3,250 and were supposed to install a UV light to prevent the mold from regrowing. 3 years later, I started seeing mold around the house. I called them to come take a look to figure out why and lo and behold, that UV light I was charged for back in 2021 was never installed. I paid another $1350 to get it installed and the mold cleaned up again. Ive been trying to get a hold of them to address the issue given they screwed up the first time. The first couple of calls were answered and I was told a manager will call me back. I never heard back. Ive called back a couple of times again demanding to speak with a manager and now theyre just hanging up on me. Shoddy work and crappy customer service. Go elsewhere if you want a decent job done.

They did a wonderful job. Gabriel and Alan arrived on time and highly professional. They cleaned our AC system like new and were very respectful. I highly recommend them.

Gabriel did a great job with our gas fireplace cleaning. He went above and beyond to get it looking pristine, and he made sure the exhaust point on the roof was screened properly to keep out insects. I would highly recommend this company’s services.

Came out to clean my ducts and found mold so I had to do the deep clean with sanitization for $1300 (called around and this price is about average for HVAC mold cleaning). The men were very nice and professional and I would have given 5 stars from the service, except for what I noticed that evening upstairs. They got primer on my walls and installed my vent upside down. I had JUST repainted my condo 2 weeks prior so I was furious that he didnt mention it to me. I messaged the technician the next morning and he did the right thing by apologizing and offered to send someone to touch it up. I ended up doing ityself. I would hire them again because I do feel like they were professional and very communicative about the process and treatment and this was one mistake that hopeful they will be more mindful of next time. But moral of the story is always keep an eye out.

My in-laws in Katy, hired the company to perform a dryer vent cleaning for a cost of $85.00. The four-man crew was approximately an hour late arriving to the residence and upon arrival the technicians split up (2x techs to perform the dryer vent cleaning and 2x techs wandered off upstairs without consulting the homeowner(s) present downstairs to perform a free HVAC System Inspection). After a hour the crewman lead told my mother-in-law: Maam, you have black mold that needs to be taken care of today. I have a special rate my supervisor approved for $3,189.00. She declined the offer and stated that she only requested a vent cleaning and nothing more. Her entire HVAC system was replaced after Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and is still under warranty. This is a classic scam that we experienced two weeks before with ABACUS HVAC & Plumbing who we paid $99.00 to do a HVAC check / tune-up and was told we had issues (coil leaking freon - 30lbs low) but were running a special for $7,158.00. I had a reinspect performed by another HVAC contractor who found that my units were actually on the border of being over-serviced (140 and 150 lbs of freon respectively). Following the AURA crew departing my mother-in-law attempted to dry a load of clothes and smelled the dryer burning at which point she shut it off. I came over to inspect and found that the dryer vent had been clogged by the AURA technicians. I detached the dryer and connected a high-power leaf blower to the dryer connection to the dryer vent piping and blew out a copious amount of debris; see pics attached. After clearing the dryer vent, I reconnected the dryer and ran a load of clothes and smelled no further burning odors.Im guessing the loss of business due to COVID is pressuring some service providers to generate business at the customers expense. This type of unethical practice should not be condoned but seems to be a trend so please be on the look out.

Alan and Kenia came to our home for a job task and went well above what was expected. They work great as team and communicated with us every step of the way of what was being done. Very Respect and showed consideration of what we wanted and expected. They laid down covering for our furniture and even keep the work areas very clean. Scam company, try to scam over $3k when in your house. They don’t do real duct cleaning just use normal vacuum and pretend they’re cleaning.

He took video of what he saw in my attic and explained the industry standards and what product he would be using to help cover and insulate my attic. Alan made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Tanks to the team from Aura Air Duct Cleaning, my house smells and feels so clean and fresh. They cleaned my air ducts and the dryer vent as well, did a great job and provided me with all the necessary info. The decision was not easy as my air ducts were in a very bad condition and it wasnt cheap at all, but I dont regret it at all. Very recommended!

They did not do the job they were supposed to do. Not only they didn’t show up on time; they didn’t show up at all. For two days I waited. No communication. The explanation that I got was really shady. Very bad experience! If I could have given them zero stars, I would. I hope in the future they learn to communicate with their customers , but even more -to do the job they promised to do.

We recently moved into a new house and found out that there was mold in the air ducts. I called Aura Air Duct cleaning out for remediation services.Upon completion of services the service rep stated they would send before and after photos of the remediation. In an effort to obtain the photos, I have emailed the front office multiple times with no answer, called the front office and been informed they were not in possession of the photos, and texted the service rep for the photos.After failing to obtain before and after photos I decided to spot check the air vents. There was mold inside the first 2 vents that I checked.At this point I am very disappointed and feel hoodwinked.

Alan and Kenia were the service text that came out to my home they were on time they called and let me know that they were on their way. Once they were here and started the service Allen advised me of an issue. With my duct system Having mold in the vent. He was able to show me pictures then Treat it he was able to show me how it was done he took a video. Alan was very professional and very thorough. I think he’s a very valued employee and I look forward to having him back out to My Home.UPDATE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Warning ‼️Make sure they are in your area, I used them on one of these FB special cleaning, Which I believe there were others from my area, they came out, did the cleaning and a mold treatment in main vent, where they said mold was present. I paid them over 1500 dollars. Which included a 3 year contract. I have been calling since February for them to come back out, they are supposed to to seal the main vent, I get the same answer they are working to get someone out to me. Today they said they don’t service my area 😡 so now I have requested a refund for the contract and just pay for the original special they ran in my area that they don’t service. She said she will check on that. Guess I’ll be calling them again next week. BEWARE TOOK ME FOR OVER1500 dollars

In October of last year I called aura to come clean the dryer vent duct at my business. I was quoted $99 for the cleaning on the phone and online special.The red light on the dryer came on and it wouldn’t dry. Aura came the following day promptly and accessed the issue.They cleaned the vent and the dryer thoroughly. I was a little frustrated that the main guy Dor told me they had to charge me 4 times more than the original quote to simply get on the roof and clean out the top duct. (The truth was the top of the vent was actually on the side of the building so he lied about going on the roof even thought I asked multiple times did you go on the roof?) he showed me no photos of proof of going on the roof.4 months later I had the same issue. Red light was on again at the business dryer and it wasn’t drying the items. Gabrielle from Aura came out to clean the vent again. I had a year warranty on the previous work in October. So I didn’t have to pay again. He did was wonderful job and was very professional.In hindsight with the 1 year warranty it was worth it but without it I would have definitely been scammed. It was very frustrating and seemed scammy for the 4X up charge for “getting on the roof” but they did a good job and I recommend communicating very clearly and watch them closely to ensure you’re getting what you’re quoted to pay prior to the work needed.

Speed Steam LLC doing business as Aura charged over $1,200 for the vacuuming, mold treatment, mold control and disinfection and anti-bacterial treatment of the AC and ducts. Spent one hour vacuuming the box and nothing else was cleaned. As soon as the AC was turned on, mold flew everywhere, and not even the return air duct was cleaned, all the dust was still present. How they can claim to give three years of warranty and on what is beyond me. Just another scam duct cleaners with no history and a bunch of fake made up reviews.

Managed so poorly, I cant even comment on the actual service quality (one can definitely assume) because my appointment magically vanished TWICE. Called Friday and asked for the soonest available which was Monday and given a window of 2-4. Monday rolls around and its 3:40PM, I call them and they say that my appointment is actually on Tuesday (which I would never schedule because I WFH on M&F, not T-Th), yet I just went with it and took the day off. Well, Tuesday at 3:20PM rolls around and I havent heard or seen anything so I call back, aaaaand they say they have no appointment for my address or name—nothing—and then they started to try to pass the blame on me asking me which number I called...ummm the same number I just called YOU at, and they said they would have the manager call me back (certainly I can trust that Ill get a call back, right? ha). Yeah, I never got that call. Absolute TRASH service and management. Likely a blessing in disguise.

This company has refused to reimburse my elderly mother $2,000 after she canceled a service well in advance. This is defrauding the elderly which, carries a 3rd degree felony. We just want her reimbursed. Taking advantage of an older adult is highly disgraceful. I wonder how often this company does this to other older adults?I just called this number, I told them what the issue is, they placed me on hold, said they would call their supervisor, and then came back on saying that the supervisor is supposed to give me a call. I asked for the supervisors number, the lady on the phone says she can not give that to me. I asked to the supervisors name and the person on the phone gave me the first name and when I asked for the last name, she said she doesnt know it. Then she hung up on me. This is a shady shady business. I bet the office location is an empty space. Well, I guess we are going to find out.These crooks never righted the wrong. They will act as if a manager is trying to reach you on here, but it is a call service who will say they dont even know the managers last name. This business needs to go away.

I tried calling your customer service number twice, both times the connection was bad and I was in an area I never have trouble with. The customer service rep could apparently hear me the entire time but there voice was cutting out. They actually took a tone with me and got impatient even though I was not doing anything wrong!Then I tried to email you, couldnt find one on your site, tried using the ask for a quote box on your site to send it and it gave an error message, another dead end. I am hoping that you will get this.Then I sent this message to your Facebook page to see if you would respond to that, its been over a week, you HAVE NOT.I am emailing you to let you know I am unsatisfied with the service that was performed a couple weeks ago. We booked a regular cleaning for somewhere around $80 I think it was. We were told we had mold and were upsold to $600 mold removal service. The bill came due at the end of service for around $720 with hidden fees. After they left we noticed there was a lot of debris left in the house around the vents. It was on our computer desk, bed and floors. Also they marked up the walls with soot/dust all around the vents and did not clean it up. All of that I could have dealt with. But now, not even 2 weeks later, the black spots around the bedroom vent (why we called in the first place) have returned. Whether it is mold or not, your service did not adequately clean our vents if it is still in that condition and we were gauranteed by your technician that the $600 service would kill the mold and bacteria 100%. We would like a refund of our money, I do not think having you redo the job would be to our satisfaction. Please advise.Then after not responding to this message for over a week, tried calling customer service again, no answer. Left a detailed message and waited to be called back. It has been about 36 hours no response. Worst. Service. Ever.Picture taken was from one of our vents. It was cleaned by us after they left and this amount of (whatever the hell it is) accumulated after less than a week.It took my wife and I about a half hour to scrub the walls clean with magic eraser. All of that I could forgive if you had at least done what you said you were going to do and took care of the problem we paid you for.

Within 24 hours, they remediated the mold, added uv lights to the units and provided a 5-year warranty for our piece of mind. Their pricing was more than fair, they left our home clean and sanitized! This company serviced my house yesterday. They had no regard for my furniture or belongings. They did not cover anything or ask me to cover my furniture. Instead the just poorly handled the old insulation and ducts full of mold and dust so now there is dust and paint all over my furniture and house. They even left a bunch of pieces in my yard. They stood up on my bathroom counter with advising me to remove my stuff when they shouldve used a ladder. Then the technician asked for a chair which I let him and he just threw it in the back yard. Ive been asking for videos of before and after of what was done in the attic and I have yet to receive it. I called to spoke with a supervisor to and one has not contacted me back.

Our water pipes leaked when these people from Aura Services came to replace our ducts. Of course they will never accept the fact that it was them who caused it. We spent more than 7k to have our AC ducts replaced plus the damage that they caused to our water pipes. We had to have the ceiling fixed too. Dont ever call these guys. When we did call to complain, we learned that the head of the group led by a man named Guy does not work with the company anymore. Go figure! We had no choice but to spend more money for the plumbing problems that they caused. We will never ever trust this company again.

We hired this company to clean our ac vent which had mold in them. Guy and his co-worker were very dedicated, knowledgeable and hard workers. They didnt leave until the job was finished around 9pm. We had two miscommunication issues but the company made it right in the end. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Their quality of work was excellent!

Scam! Avid it! They come in and lie to you and tell you they can fix your AC problem but end up they just try to clean your AC vent and scram you! They charged me $1900 and did nothing, they I call them back they blocked me. And look everyone, they changed 3 locations in half year! 100% scam!

I called about a dozen dryer vent companies and Aura was priced reasonably, booked my appointment without hassle, showed up promptly, and got my dryer vent cleaned well.It was quite frustrating calling so many companies that cost over $200 or won’t tell you a price because they want to come over to your house and give a “free estimate”.Aura was simple, to the point and did a quality job. I highly recommend them if you need a dryer vent cleaning.

The service team led by Alex (3 guys) in Houston came out promptly for my dryer vent problem. They were very professional, courteous, and informative! They quickly diagnosed the vent problem and explained the solution and repair needed. They offered a fair & reasonable price rate and completed the job in 1 hour! They followed COVID 19 health guidelines and were very neat/clean in performing the vent cleaning that was in my attic.... I could not have requested a more professional and competent team to complete my project!!!! I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family!!!!

Jonathan explain every detail on the work and his crew were great in completing the job. He assisted throughout the home after the work was completed. My home is a manufactured home and it was difficult at times and I wondered if anyone were able to handle the job. Jonathan and his guys were able to fix my home. I highly recommend them. My dryer was no longer drying my clothes, so I called them in to check everything out. The technician Arturo was very helpful in explaining the process to me and my husband. His crew did great work, they pulled out a huge ball of lint from my dryer pipe. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely turn to AURA next time I need work done!

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling from our clogged dryer vent and they were able to clean the vent and repair the issue in a timely manner. We have had our air flow ducts cleaned in the past. This company, by far, was the only cleaning service to do an extremely careful and thorough job. They do everything including sealing perimeter of duct entries into floor and in other areas to keep out dirt and pests. Their work was fantastic: the air in the house was fresher and cleaner. It made an enormous difference. I highly recommend them.

Gabriel and his team did a wonderful job cleaning our system. They were very kind and professional. They took to the time to show and explain the state of our air duct system. We booked the Platinum Package - Air Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing ($245), but after the teams inspection we ended up needing a more in-depth cleaning than we had initially anticipated (about 9x more). The before and after is amazing!

I found Aurora Air Duct Cleaning via a Google search because we needed to have the chimney cleaned in the house we just purchased. The two young men who showed up, David and Alan, were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they clean our (nasty) chimney, but they reattached and secured the liner. When they were packing up to leave, they noticed dust coming out of an air vent. We already knew that we needed to have the ducts cleaned, and they were able to do this as well during the same visit! They discovered mold in the air ducts and cleaned everything out. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I recommend this company highly, and David and Alan are invaluable assets to Aurora. These young men detected and eliminated a direct threat to our health on what was supposed to be a routine chimney clean, and I am tremendously grateful!

Amazing experience with Josh and Johnathon. They helped me with all the black mold that developed from a leak with my ac unit. The Ac unit was put in by a guy who was recommended to me from a neighbor, but wasnt sealed correctly. Excellent services and helped with my dryer duct too for free. They were incredibly sweet and also gave me another recommendation for an ac person they trust. Guarentee 3 year warranty with price as well.

Jonathan Malul and his team have been great to work with. Jonathan was very clear at explaining the details of the work that needed to be done. They gave us a good price compared to another company for duct replacement, and did a thorough cleaning of the unit. They were punctual and cleaned up once the work was done ( which they accomplished in a very timely manner). I would recommend Jonathan to anyone that needs any Air duct work done.

I called at 10am and spoke with William. He was able to get two technicians out by 2pm on the same day! Jonathan came with Alex in the absolute HOTTEST part of the day and worked so hard...in the ATTIC! They got everything in the attic done and even swept up any mess that came out of the vents. We received a very fair price and were very please to also have a 2 year warranty. I can recommend Aura with no reservations.

This has been a refreshing experience! From booking to invoice, Aura did everything effectively, promptly, and professionally. Alan was very detailed in his description and explanation of the services that were needed and there were no hidden or “oh, by the way” surprises. Alan, Elmer, and Kevin were super nice and professional.

I called Aura Air Duct on 07/08/2020 and was given an appointment for 07/09/2020. Very easy and fast to make an appointment. Crew arrived one hour within my window time and got to work. We found out we had a lot of mold and dust in our air vents and they recommended a deep clean including anti-bacterial products. The supervisor in charge also checked our unit and said everything was working appropriately and only recommended the deep cleaning at the time. I appreciated that because you never know when companies are trying to sell you extra services. He showed us videos and pictures before the work was done. While up in the attic we had them check for uneven flow in some of the rooms and they found out some of the flaps had moved preventing air from coming out. All vents were moved, cleaned and painted so they look bran new! The only warning I have to give is that that the products they use are hospital grade (GREAT!) but the smell is strong, while they were cleaning we had to step out several times to catch some breath outside and the smell lasted for about 18 hours but after that it was gone. After the cleaning we have noticed such a HUGE difference in the air flow and quality of the air in the house, I have noticed since then I dont wake up with a stuffy nose anymore (less than before) I sill have some stuffy nose but I can tell cleaning the vents helped. We got a 2 year warranty for the service so next year we call for the ducts to get clean we only have to show them receipt to cover cleaning if anything is wrong. Of course we still have to pay for basic cleaning ($90) which is a steal. The crew also offered to clean all carpet after before leaving but we declined as we wanted to deep clean the house due to dust that came down from air ducts being clean. I WILL DEFINETLY CALL AGAIN!!

We had Tom out to inspect, clean, and treat the air and dryer ducts in our home and the service he provided was outstanding! He was very friendly and efficient. I really appreciated that he took time to thoroughly explain how the systems worked and what work needed to be done. Prices were competitive and I plan to use Aura again in the future.

I hired this company to clean out my dryer vent. I was Quoted $97 dollars, when the crew arrived to clean out my vent. They informed me 5 minuets into my cleaning that to deep clean my vent would cost me $700. I informed them that I could not pay that amount. They then did a quick clean for $105 and told me if I do not do it my house will probably burn down. I have called 10 other dryer vent companies that told me that cleaning out blockage is included in their prices which is not the case with this company. Do your homework, call around and ask what the service included. This crew was in my house for a total of 10 minuets and charged me for a quick cleaning service. Go with another company, I do not recommend. Waiting on another company to come and actually clean my dryer vents properly. I do not recommend.

Dan the Tach that came out to clean our vents was great! He arrived within the window he gave me and called when he were about 20 minutes out. After checking the furnace system out he quickly set up and got to work. He sent the camera into the return vents for me to see before and after they cleaned 🧹 Wow!! What a difference it was!!! He cleaned deep into all the duct work and also cleaned the furnace itself, Dan from Aura air duct cleaning also checked my dryer vent and determined it was in good shape and did not need to be cleaned right now, Overall a great experience with Aura air duct cleaning I will be using them again when the time come.Thanks a lot to Aura air duct cleaning in Houston TX

Alan, Douglas and Carlos did an amazing job cleaning both of our AC systems (ducts, blowers, plenum box, and coils). The job involved pulling out the blower on one of our units for a thorough cleaning. Alan was great at communicating throughout the process and shared before & after photos/videos of the various components of the AC system. I highly recommend them for this type of jobs.

Aura came to clean our air ducts on June 15, 2020 for the 80 basic service special minus 5% new customer coupon discount with tax was to be 82.65. The technician did his initial inspection and showed us a video of mold in our plenum and 1 vent. Stated it would be 599 plus 39 to remove the mold from the plenum and 1 vent where mold was seen visibly. I informed the technician that was too much and way more than we had anticipated spending. The website had a 2nd coupon for 10% off for 2 or more services. We negotiated for the 15% off as long as we gave them a good review. We agreed as they were here and we wanted the ducts taken care of. So they spent another 15-20 min sprayed a chemical and kilz paint in the vent and stated the mold would be covered for three years as long as we called them out yearly to clean the ducts. Upon leaving they stated we would only need to change the filter every three months. I immediately changed the filter as we had just paid to have them remove the mold so I wanted to start with a fresh white filter. Our filter had just been changed the previous week but trying to keep air clean for everyone in the house.Pros- 1) they provided us with education on yearly cleaning- honestly didn’t know we needed to as the ducts were installed in 2017. 2) they removed the mold and cleaned the air ducts 3) provided us with a video showing before and after.Cons- I will leave that to another review as this was the good review...I will only say it would be nice if the company returned my phone calls re:concerns. This review is close to being changed as I’ve called 3x to express concerns and ask if someone can come back out. 2x I was sent to voicemail with no return phone call and 1x I spoke with a lady who stated she would return my call and it has been over a week with no return call.

**update** I had an honest AC guy come out who was willing to replace all my ducts, box and everything for less then the amount this company charged me to clean. He informed me the black stuff in the box in their photos is not mold, please do your research. He took me with him in the attic and showed me how half my current ducts were visible and not insulated at all. Aura never made me aware of anything. He flat out told me companys like Aura who do duct cleaning are the biggest scammers. He told me exactly what they would say to scam people and that was exactly what Jonathan told me. I really hope nobody falls victim to this company. I have reported this company to the BBB as well as KPRC. *BEWARE* its been a week since I spent 2 grand using their services and its been issue after issue. I am now told its not their fault and they want to charge me for a technician to come and check. The manager I spoke with was sarcastic and said that I have to understand the companys point of view which I find difficult to do with water dripping and ruining my dry wall! Possibly causing electrical issues! BEWARE after this whole experience I wish I would have went with someone else. I DO NOT recommend this company. Furthermore, it looks like I was charged more then double what everyone else was charged for mold removal. Jonathan really conned me on this job and I will be contacting the BBB. These people are crooks.

Jonnathan, Alex and Leroy got the job done today. Were happy with the service. They came out during the summer heats, inspected and made good suggestions. We got deep cleaning done to remove molds and dusts.

Jonathan came and helped us and provided great service. We called two other companies who said $200 on the phone and then showed up and gave a quote of $1,800. Jonathan came and did a great job and also identified a major issue that the other companies missed. He also installed special equipment to prevent other issues. I highly recommend them their services are matched by none. Also, they were very friendly and took precautions for social distancing in light of current events.

Well.... I’m editing my previous review after noticing that nothing at all changed after spending a monstrous amount of money for the duct cleaning. They came back, and blamed the two employees on my review which aren’t working there anymore. Last time I checked we were dealing with AURA, not the two individuals who came here.DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY, get a UV light installed in your unit, and keep changing your filters in that unit every 6 months, that’s all you have to do.Review from 6 months ago:Rebeka and Angel were great.First time our ducts, vents and whole system gets such a deep cleaning and sanitation, the two previous companies we dealt with never did a deep cleaning like that. They also cleared the clothes dryer vent, and it was unbelievable to see how much it was clogged.

I called Aura duct cleaners because my house wasnt getting cold. They came out and informed me that they will go ahead and have the duct cleaned as I had requested but they also found mold in my AC. Renting out the property, I had to get approval from my landlord to reimburse me for the cleaning done. The technician that came out told me if I do the cleaning now, it would be $499 for the cleaning and if my landlord does it, it would be $699. I did not receive a written estimate so I called the office to receive it on a Friday and was told I had to wait for the technician to write it up, would be done on Sunday when he is back for some reason. Called Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. No one could tell me if the estimate was ready or when it would be ready. Called today, Wednesday, to check the status of it and was given the runaround again. Talked to a gentlemen and he told me that the estimate was not ready, and I was a bit upset because surely if the technician could give me an estimate on site, how hard would it be to have one written up. The gentleman who I was speaking to hung up the phone on me.I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and will not be using their services to have my AC cleaned. I urge everyone who is looking to use their services to find another company as I did.Update: after posting this review, Inna from Aura reached out to me saying that she sent my quote.....only because I made the review. She informed me that because the technician was on holiday and that I called the call center (even though that is the number listed) they do not know the technician personally and they had to text him. I dont understand how that is on myself as a customer. In a way, she tried to make it right but it was unfortunately too little and too late.

UPDATE: 5 star to 1 star ratingA little over one year later, weve had several duct issues since the work was completed. The 3 year warranty was not honored. The woman we spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional, so we asked that the manager or owner call us immediately. He did, and stated that we will make sure you are 100% satisfied. Well we are definitely not.Recently we went up into the attic and saw the poor quality of the work done to the entire duct system after just one year, we called to have a vent inspected by Aura, because the air flow was very poor. As they were inspecting the vent in the attic (with my brother up there guiding them to the vent along a well lit and planked path) one of the workers decided to leave the planked path and walked onto the insulated dry wall. As you would expect, he then crashed through the ceiling, causing a whole new problem... they then refused to allow us to use our own contractor to fix this huge hole, and proceeded to quote us $400 for the original air flow problem they had caused with their shotty duct work. Later in the day their contractors came to repair the ceiling and once finished, it looked like the ceiling was drooping as if there was a leak in the attic. Very dissatisfied at this time. Gabriel, the manager, was shown the pictures of the ceiling patch work and agreed it does not look good. He is trying to rectify this situation for us, which is appreciated, but it doesnt fix our original duct issue.... we will see what happens....Excellent and professional work. We were not expecting the large amount of mold in our ducts or the high price to take care of it all, but Tom was so professional and explained all of our options without pressuring us. His knowledge, and his crews diligent work, corrected the problem in just 4 hours while the whole family was home. I especially appreciated the organic, pet/people safe cleansers they used.

Aura is amazing! After my allergies going crazy and discovering that there was mold in my air ducts their team did an amazing job clearing it all up. The management and team were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

After reading through their website I called and hired this company to clean my air ducts. First off they showed up outside of their scheduled window without any warning. On their website it describes how they clean air ducts, which sounds fantastic and thorough but in reality they have different levels of cleaning so youll likely not get what youre anticipating. None of this was explained to me and I ended up paying for a service that only did partial the job I was looking for. My biggest complaint is that the website states We will remove each of your vent covers so that each air duct can be fully cleaned from all openings but the techs never left my attic to clean anything. Also from their website We will always remain professional, greeting you and going over the services you requested. We will explain the whole process in detail and answer any of your questions. Obviously this was never done because I was left wondering why they never even looked at my air vents, much less took them off to clean. The workers were very unprofessional, they barely spoke to me, knocked over the baby gates on the stairs and even had the audacity to pick up personal items off a table just to look at them. Regardless of covid, but especially in this time of covid, why on earth someone would pick up my personal belongings is beyond me unless they had ill intentions. Another line from their website We will go over the details of your finished air duct cleaning appointment, answering further questions, and showing you examples of our work. None of this happened. I was told they take before and after pictures but I never got to see them. I honestly dont even know if my ducts were actually cleaned.Overall I can not recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with a professional company who is upfront about their services, set expectations and meet them and send professional technicians to care for your home.

I was trying to clean my air ducts by myself and probably messed it up even more. So I Decided to schedule an appointment with Aura Air Duct Cleaning after my friend recommended me to. I am very pleased and satisfied with the services I had and the technicians were very helpful and friendly. They cleaned all the air ducts and also cleaned my dryer vent. I highly recommend them and will use them again next year.

AURA Co came to treat our Air Ducts today. Wife and I are very impressed about the lead guy Gabriel. The crew was punctual to our scheduled appointment. Aura came to my home to clean my dryer vent. It turned out the vent was clogged all the way to the rooftop.. the service technician did a wonderful job showing me and explaining to me the problem. Thank God I called when I did my house could have caught fire. My experience was excellent it was easy to get a appointment with the company and the service technician was very informational and professional.. would definitely use them in the future.

I had these guys come to my home to clean my air ducts. They were full of mold and dirt. I couldnt ask for more polite guys. They showed me the problems with my entire system and I could not believe the difference they made. They even showed me the before and after pictures of the inside of the ducts. Awesome job. I had been working on getting my fireplace fixed for awhile and hadn’t been able to figure it out. Of course it worked perfectly when they came and we couldn’t get it to act up to see the problem. They let me know the chimney needed to be cleaned since it hadn’t been cleaned in years. While cleaning it, they noticed a loose wire on the thermocouple which could’ve been causing my issue. It’s been three days and still working perfectly. I’m glad I called them out!They didn’t show up in time zone they told me because they had lost my number. Turns out they googled me and located me through my office number. I was impressed with that, a lot of companies wouldn’tve gone the extra mile to locate me. I would call them again with any other issues!

Gabriel did a wonderful job in cleaning my chimney. He also went out is way to explain to me how to turn it on as it was my first time using it.

I used this company to clean my dryer vent. After they performed service, I still had issues and I called back. Thankfully, they sent the same technicians out to check the vent. After they verified the vent was clean from the dryer side, they went on our steep roof to clean from the roof side. The technicians were courteous and stayed until they felt the job was done. The lead tech, Aviad, answered my many questions.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I called Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for an estimate Thursday 2-4. At 4 oclock I had yet to hear from anyone and I jumped through hoops to get any sort of communication. When I finally got through they rescheduled my appointment for Friday today2/26/21 8-10am. At 10am I called to figure out when my tech would be showing up and all they told me was they would call me to let me know where they were. I didnt get a call so I called back 20 minutes later for an update and then got transferred to a supervisor. So by this time Ive already had two of my appointment time frames missed and hadnt heard a word from the company.  When I spoke to the supervisor and voice my frustration he told me his hands were tied and that if the tech didnt call or show there was nothing he could do.... I never got the service this review is for the receptionist and supervisor who did the bare minimum to troubleshoot my issue of communication. If you like being left in the dark this is the place for you!

Alan, Carlos and Alejandro came to clean our dryer vent and identified some blockages and problems with the exhaust pipe that were causing our issue and were a serious fire hazard. They were quick and courteous in the service they provided and we would use them again.

Excellent customer service and very professional. They arrived on time, took pictures to show me exactly what they would be working on and completed the job in a timely manner. I had a missing screen on the outside vent which allowed birds to fly into the vent coming into my home. The birds had built a nest inside the vent and had died in the vents. It was disgusting. These guys got it all cleaned out and I am a satisfied customer..

Aura came out and cleaned our air conditioning unit. They found mold, got rid of it and sealed it to prevent it from returning. Mo was our technician. He was very professional, fast, and cleaned up around the house well. We made an appointment with another company who flaked on us twice. These technicans came when they said they would. I highly recommend thier services!

These guys did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. Turns out there was a birds nest in the vent and they cleared it with no problem. They were prompt and very responsive and made sure I was happy with the job.

Besides, I was asking you to remind your crew that it may not because the drying vent was not clean enough, it might be other blockage issue(and it turned out that I was right), I was trying to make sure they will inspect instead of just turning on their cleaning machine.Second, I did not repeat 10-15 times, its about 3 times, and I repeated because you never mentioned if you will talk to your crew to remind them.Im glad that you respond, and I think people will have their own judgement after seeing your response below.------This is the first 1-star review I ever gave in my life. I did not have good experience with this company. Not only because they didnt get the job done at the first visit, but also the horrible attitude from their Supervisor. But I still want to share my experience, please be aware before you schedule for a service other than regular cleaning like repair/inspection service.1, Not professional.I called them to inspect our dryer vent blockage issue, they came and getting ready for cleaning immediately, I tried to tell them to please inspect where is the issue located first and they just started to do the cleaning, after a minute they told me it will need a deep clean, at that moment I dont feel like I have a choice because I trusted them which is my first mistake. Like other review stated, theyre trying to sell additional services during the visit which I totally understand, they came out for money, not a problem. They took the money for 7 times of what was originally quoted, which is fine as long as they can get the issue fixed. However, after they left my dryer still showing error code stating there is blockage. But if this is the only thing I will just give a 3 or 4 star review being not professional, cuz anyone can make mistakes.2, Poor attitudeThen I called them to come back to check, they scheduled for 12-2 pm the next day and no one show up or call me until 4 pm. I know I wont be their priority since this is gonna be a free service. I called their office and talked to their Supervisor which is my second mistake. I explained what had happened, and he is not sorry at all, thats fine, at least he scheduled for the first appt for me the next day sounds like a big favor he did , and I should appreciate it. Then I explained my concern because they didnt check everything at the first visit they only did the cleaning, and he gets irritated and saying that why its so hard to get you understand this? There is a blockage and we sent someone to do the clean, now its still a blockage, thats why we have the warranty. That was a big surprise when I heard it, it sounds like the warranty is a big present for me to enjoy and I should not complain because they will come back to fix the issue they didnt fix in the first visit, which I have paid for.Eventually they came and it turned out that there is a paper plate was in the drying hood which might be wrapping material not removed during the installation of dryer. However I paid for having them come to inspect the problem, they didnt figure it out at the first visit, instead they asked me to do a deep clean which we may not need it. Thats okay if I just overpaid, but the supervisor didnt feel like they did anything wrong and was impatient when I explained my concern.I will never recommend this company to any of my friend.

We recently purchased an older house in Houston that had some minor flooding from Harvey. Gabriel and his crew came to clean our ducts and discovered a lot of mold in the main box as well as on many of the vents. They cleaned and treated it all out, and used Killz on the vents, and installed a UV light. The house doesnt have that dank moldy smell anymore. Gabriel was very considerate and professional, explaining everything they were doing. He also sent another painting crew to come and patch and paint ceilings around the vents at no extra charge. Their price was considerably higher than others, but Im willing to pay extra for good service, especially when the health of my kids is at stake.

I was told they had a special for $87.00 unlimited air ducts cleaning. I was told they would clean my returns and registers and we discussed the total would come to $165.00 including the dryer vent ($87.00 + $77.00 = $165.00) plus 10% off for 2 or more services. They DID NOT clean my returns and the only registers they cleaned was the 4 they charged me $40.00 each because they said they had mold and they were going to spray bacteria spray. It was not it was Kiltz spray. I guess as a lady they thought I did not know better. I paid $77.00 for them clean my dryer vent. I was going to get my rugs cleaned, but after the price gouge and tearing up things I did not want them doing anything else. I had to pay $350.73 which is way over what we discussed and they broke my daughter lamp (I had since she was an infant, she is 19 now) in the wash room cleaning the dryer and left and did not say they broke it! They also cut the alarm wire in the attic and I had to be inconvenienced to call out ADT to come fix it. They got white spray on my driveway and on my trash can that will not come off. Moral of the story if it sounds too good to be true then think twice! I filled out they service questionnaire and called them and no resolution. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the responded to the BBW they would give me my money back as a resolution if that would make me happy for me to contact them, but when I called to speak to Inna the owner I got the run around from the lady that always answer the phone and the Better Business Bureau closed the case as unresolved. This company has no integrity and never intended to pay me back. I wish I would not have ever looked this company up. No integrity and lies.

Great experience with this company. Came on time, show me and explained me, everything needs to be done, they were quick and clean and very professionals. Price was very affordable compared to other companies and we really feel the difference in the air now at home. Much less coughing and allergies.

I was quoted a price of $95 after arriving the price went to $329. Fortunately I declined the $329. The service was so poor even the $95 was way to much. Called to complain. I was hung up on. I hope you read this before contracting with these SCAMMERS!!!

Jossef came out today to clean our air ducts and did a great job. He was very professional and answered the 100s of questions I had as this was the first time we had our air ducts cleaned. He answered all of my questions and showed me in the air ducts all the items he was explaining to me. Will definitely be having Jossef and Aura air duct cleaning come out again. Would definitely recommend.

Made an appointment for a quote (which cost me $40). To their credit, they were on time, called and texted beforehand and were very thorough evaluating the work needed. The disappointment came with the estimate. Their pricing is not transparent. By the end of the appointment, $2,000 was verbally quoted to clean 10 ducts and two units in the attic. I asked for a written estimate. When I received the formal estimate a few hours later, the price jumped to $2,600. Not only was the price high and the estimates inconsistent, it felt as if they are more interested in squeezing out as much money from the customer than doing an honest job for a fair price. Also, I noticed on their iPad they use Zillow before they come to your house to see how much it is worth (and I imagine they adjust their pricing higher for homes in nicer areas). Check their yelp reviews - completely different story than these google reviews.

I hired them to do an AC duct system cleaning to fulfill our buyers request for selling our home. They came, they were there for an hour and they left. They left my furniture shoved out of place from accessing the attic. And come walk through time, the buyers find that NOTHING was done. I brought in a second company to figure out what happened and they confirmed that NOTHING was done. I was charged and even tipped extra assuming they did their job. I did try desperately to get them on the phone to help explain this but they were apparently out of the office for a holiday. But nothing on the website or on the call in message (which said I was holding for an available rep) said they were in fact closed and my efforts were pointless. I finally reached someone on facebook messenger who assured me a manager would be in touch soon. Nothing. A week later I called and explained it again to the seemingly nice lady on the phone who apparently faked concern and swore she would call me back with a plan to rectify everything and here I am, 2 weeks later with no contact. Save your money, save the headache. Go with a different company. The cheapest is by far not worth it in this case.

I moved into this house about 6 months ago. Recently I found mold growing on and around my AC vents and noticed an odor coming from my vents. I called Aura and they sent the technician Tom right away. He was able to isolate the problem and fix it for me. He also did a full mold removal and treatment to my HVAC system including the vent covers, ducts, and dryer vent. I was very pleased with his professionalism. He gave me a step by step process of what he was doing and even showed me the cleaner they use was organic so it was safe for my 2 yr old daughter. They even warranty the work for 3 years. I’m very happy I called them and I will have Tom out here next year to do basic maintaining!

A few weeks ago I was quoted for a basic cleaning. They arrived on time, professional, but an hour into the service was told there was black mold... Being my child has asthma and allergies I quickly agreed to have the mold issue resolved... Unsure of the true value of the service rendered... But other reviews lead me to believe every home they visit has Black Mold . The other reviewer was honest they do pull up the cost of your home on Zillow and I guess that determines how much they are going to charge you or discount your service. I wish I did more research, but being that my childs health was a concern I felt I couldnt take the risk.... My advice is to look else where.....

Worst experience ever. We contracted this company to replace our air ducts after mold was discovered. They didn’t replace half the air ducts in the house, when we called to complain they refused to take action. In the process of filing a small claims suit. Would highly advise against using this companyUPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE:We called and complained about the mold smell every year since we had the install done. Technicians came out and were either misleading or negligent in their assessment. I called last year multiple times after finally finding out about the old duct work and spoke to Billy who claimed to be a manger. He lied to me and told me technicians would come out to at least clean the vents which they never did. This company is a sham, I stand by my original review.

All the red flags of a SCAM. Homeowners in upscale neighborhoods, keep your wits about you! You’re the prey. I’ll detail the quoting experience to itemize the red flags and blatant lies, but a friend of mine suggested I get a quote from another company and boy did we dodge a bullet. They came to our home to inspect and quote (real purpose was to learn our address to profile our networth). Other providers can give you a quote without needing to see your home, or even know your address, it is priced by duct. Back to Aura… A smooth talking sales person plus 3 workers show up just for the quoting process. Our house is half the size of the house from Home Alone. The sales man laid on thick the praise.. oh how I love the interior design of your home, oh this is exactly the home I wish I had. Complimentary to the point of being unprofessional. The team spent an hour at least looking around, breaking for lunch before finishing this lengthy inspection process. This is just to obtain a quote!! We do have black mold. But he said this is the worst case I’ve ever seen in my career. Huge guttural reactions to the site of our ducts. Said that the severity of the mold is taken into consideration in the pricing (come to learn, mold severity bares no impact on service rendered or pricing). A small patch of mold receives the same thorough treatment as our black vortices of darkness. Then it turns out our ducts weren’t properly sealed (yielding more justification for even higher pricing). Again a lie, some companies include sealing as part of the cleaning in their quote. Then the quote process involved the salesman and the three workers ALL hanging out in our living room while he spoke to me and my husband. The workers watched on like they knew they’re were watching an artist work, and the silently watched our faces for our reaction. At this point without yet colluding with my spouse, I felt uneasy. Then as we asked reasonable questions, he used the phrase “to be honest with you” a whole lot. I’ve found when people suddenly start using this as a crutch phrase, they do this to overcompensate they know they’re not being honest with you. One more case study of this in my experience as later we would unearth his lies. Another lie… he said we (Aura) don’t use harsh chemicals… all natural. Later I’d learn that in order to kill living organisms all companies have to use chemicals. As we learned from COVID what soaps actually are antibacterial. They quoted us a five digit number for duct cleaning!!!! 5 digits! For a days work!! The hourly rate for their work rivaling top lawyers! He called the office to inquire more about how they price out their quotes, what factors etc… he couldn’t get a coherent answer from them and sending they were losing us knocked off several grand off the quote! I guess that’s the cynic’s discount. So we didn’t engage, went with another company.Oh last fib from the salesman, which is HA-larious. He talked about how he could smell the mold when he walked in our home, it just hit his senses so hard. He said he’s a father too and cares about his kids health and air quality. First thing I said to my husband after they finally walked off our property was… “Hon, did you notice he reeked of tobacco smoke?”

Tom and Caesar were both excellent technicians, very thorough with the duct cleaning. Tom made certain I understood all of my options for removing excess mold from my air ductwork. An all-around positive customer experience, and I will certainly enlist Auras services again for future needs. Kudos!

Unfortunately, I dealt with very unprofessional team. Here is my observation:Cons:1. I had to ask to take off their shoes even I had a sing at front door.2. No mask as soon as they come in3. I saw one of the guy on top of my dryer. The access was limited so the guy did not want to move dryer out of way so he decided to jump on the dryer to get to back of the dryer4. Guy walking without shoes (cover the foot) in attic and brought isolation inside the house5. Guy rip of the duck instead of disassemble them. He said it was too hard for him.6. Customer service did not want to send another guy to take care of the issue.Pro:1. Two nice inexperience gentleman2. Fair priceAt the end, I prefer to pay little more but the person do the right thing even when it is hard. Attention to detail is critical and customer support when things goes south is THE key.NOW ! I have to hire someone to come and clean the entire house since these guy brought the isolation from attic to the house...

Very disappointed with the service and will not recommend this company. Guys working on cleaning did not want us to see what they are doing and reason given was they feel uncomfortable when they are been watched or asked what they are doing. After doing some visual inspection from more than 5 feets aways I was been told there is mold. When i asked how do you know i was told my 10 years of experience can tell and i was like really. For the service to clean mold the figure kept shifting between 1900 to 1500 with bunch of misleading information. That made me more suspicious and i asked the guys to not go ahead with mold cleaning and stick to the job they are contracted for. They agreed and did below average job to seal the duct, again citing this is the best they can do to seal. Over all crapy job and not recommended.

Tom was a great technician, he was able to find black mold in my air ducts. I had no idea that I had black mold in the air system. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was, he explained to me how mold builds up in the system, and gave me tips on how to keep the air clean in my home after he completed killing and sanitizing the mold. He also cleaned the vent to my dryer, when the job was done he had me go into the laundry room and touch my dryer, I immediately noticed a change in the temperature of my dryer. It had been running hot and my clothes were not getting dry, which was effecting my electricity bill. I am very happy to see that my dryer is not getting overworked and is finally working properly after all this time. I am very impressed with Tom, his work and his honestly. I learned a lot!

Joseph was the supervisor and suggested proper attention snd needs for our dryer ducts. Angel was also with Joseph and did an excellent job as well! I could not believe the amount of lint on the ducts which had ruined two dryers! I highly recommend Aura Air Duct Cleaning and will always request Joseph and Angel do do our work!! Technician Neta was rude and unprofessional. They tried charging us more even though a price was agreed in advance. Did not do a good job and when asked to do work properly started being rude and intimidating. Called company to resolve the matter and they were equally useless and unhelpful. Stay away from the shady company and take your business elsewhere. I will not be using them ever again.

It was easy to get a schedule and they were accommodating with changes. Dor and his crew were on time and very professional, answered all my questions and very pleasant in demeanor.

My experience with aura air duct cleaning was very good. I had to clean the ducts at my new home because I felt that it claws the cause of my allergies. 3 technicians came and did a great job cleaning my air ducts and I feel a relief with the allergies already. Amazing thanks.

I called Aura and scheduled a service appointment based on their strong reviews online for some mold remediation and removal.They were 3 hours late outside the expected time window, not a big deal. Two guys came, one spoke no English and the other guy was semi-fluent. A few specific ducts have mold on them and it was obvious I had a mold problem. I asked the tech what are some possible causes and he did not give me an answer, he simply said he did not know. That was the 1st red flag.After getting into the planum box there was mold, as expected. I asked what is their quote for service to remove mold. The tech said they would do the services for $1,400 dollars. I asked him how long it would take for them to complete the service, they said 2 hours.... Does $600/hr sound like a fair rate for some very basic HVAC services? I promptly told them that is an absurd price. They quickly back peddled and agreed on $600 dollars....which in retrospect for the work scope they completed IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF.After agreeing to be ripped off, they did not address any of the mold in the vents, they simply cleaned out the plenum using a $5 can of paint primer to cover up the mold and dumped a bottle of Febreze to make my house smell good. The tech kept on trying to reiterate the good smell to insinuate they did a good job. Frankly, these guys are scamming people.Not only did they not do a good job, they did agitate some mold dust that ended up spewing all over places where my family sleeps, eats, and cooks. They did not warn me about mold blowout. I even asked about this and asked if should put down some protective plastic sheets. These guys did not know what they were doing!After they finished their work, I saw their basic method and had to spend an additional 4 hours of my own time cleaning, vacuuming mold, and covering with primer. MORAL OF THE STORY: They did not fix the problem, ripped me off, and had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review.DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY, HIRE A HANDYMAN TO HELP WITH ANY MOLD PROBLEMS OR A LEGIT HVAC COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WILL ONLY RIP YOU OFF AND NOT FIX YOUR ISSUE.

This morning, Jonathan Malul and an associate came out to do a basic cleaning, and walked me through step by step on what they were going to do. When it was discovered there was a blockage (not surprising as our vents hadnt been cleaned since we moved in and our dryer was giving us a blockage message) he explained everything he would recommend to do and they fixed the issue. Thank you very much! Will be calling you for the basic cleaning next year in a cooler month! :D

I recently moved into a new house. After a few days i noticed that there was black debris coming out of my vents in my master bedroom. I decided to call Aura Air Duct Cleaning they provided me with a full inspection in my A.C unit and they found out i had bacteria growing in my system. Beware! Quoted a nicely reasonable price $77 then to do the real job it was more than 4x the price ($279). Also, bill included a travel charge (not disclosed prior to visit) that was nearly half ($30) the job cost. Needless to say--highly disappointed in this service and would not recommend. Wish I had done as I normally do--read all the reviews prior to booking. Wont make that mistake again.

BEST experience EVER! Rebeka, Douglas and Henry came to my home within 24 hours to help with a mold concern. We have two little boys, one of whom is an asthmatic. We were so worried the mold was in our HVAC system. Worst day finding out your home/ safe-haven is toxic. Rebeka, Douglas and Henry should have road into our home like knights in shining armor. They were without question an answer to our prayers. They were humble, efficient, respectful all while saving not only the day but our entire place of refuge. They found the mold in the HVAC system and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that it was gone. I know God sent them today and feel blessed they gave us our peace back.I was so relieved when they left I started to get teary eyed. SCAM! Do not use! I had my doubts during servicing and after reading more reviews I am convinced. Also, almost all of the positive reviews are from fake user accounts, often using real customers names. (Like my own from my date of service) The price they quote is just to get in the door so that they can then try to scare as much money out of you as possible. I had to leave during the servicing and the technician continued to try to pressure my wife into spending more money and scaring her into believing our system was unsafe. I expressly told him before I left that we would not be spending any additional money and to not speak to my wife again about anything. He offered additional services at no cost if extremely expensive filters were purchased at $300 when you can get them online for 40 or less and unfortunately my wife gave in. I called the next business day and spoke with several people over the following days and nothing was resolved. My messages then went unreturned and now I am being told I am outside of the 7-Day window. I am going to contact another AC cleaning service and have my system re-inspected and then I will know if any of what was said was done was actually done. Until I get money returned I will not stop pursuing this, I will contact the Better Business Bureau, I will contact local news and I will look into a small claims court suit. I will make sure to post this to the Friendswood and Pearland Facebook groups; using their other business name Houston Air Duct Cleaning as well.

Fast and friendly service with good results. They just re-serviced my address for no additional fee as part of their warranty. Dont be afraid to negotiate pricing. Very nice folks that I had no problem allowing into my home. Would recommend.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! I had major water damage due to the Texas Winter Storm, I made an appointment with them on Friday February 19th from 10-12. at 12:00 I called because no one had shown up- yet and I was told (by Jeff I believe that was his name but I could be wrong) they were running really behind but that they would definitely be arriving that day. At 4:00 pm I called back and was assured that they were coming and would arrive no later than 6:00 pm. I called back at 6:30 pm and received a voicemail. I left a message asking what happened and if theyd be coming the next day, I never received a call back. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!If they couldnt make it to my house a simple phone call would have been nice. I could have been calling other companies that day instead of waiting on a company that never intended to show up.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had a very pleasant experience with the young lady over the phone and was very kind and prompt with getting everything scheduled. From that call on everything went South!! I was scheduled for a team to be at my home from 10-12, at 12 I had not heard anything so I made an attempt to call the information that was given to me the day before. They told me they would be at my home within the Hr, but again nothing. They showed up 20 mins before 2pm ( which I had to leave to grab my daughter) so of course when they got here they immediately said my air ducts were so bad they couldn’t serve my house the same day because what I needed done would take 3-4 hours of cleaning. I could maybe understand that being that we live in an older home. So I was told that we would be provided with quotes and different options so that we could potentially move forward with work. We still have yet to receive a call or any kind of information and this is weeks later! So it was basically a waste of day and time

The guys did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I didnt have to wait weeks for them to come made the appt. And they were able to schedule ae the same week. Very happy with my chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning

Look up Aura on Yelp before you call them.This company is a major scam. The technicians sent out are salesmen, nothing less. He was condescending and shifty, and I immediately did not trust the scare tactics he was using on me.I asked what kind of duct system I had flexible or fiberglass and he did not even know. I immediately called another company on the spot for a quote. This company operates under many names, including Aura, and my second opinion company immediately knew who I was calling about. Look up Aura on yelp.The second company said he should not have told you hes scrub the vent, if you have fiberglass it would send fiberglass particles all over the air and into your lungs. When I went back to this company to ask, they said oh yeah. You have fiberglass.. no we would not scrub, wed use a chemical. Completely inconsistent and full of BS.He couldnt even name the type of duct before.. said it was.. the old kind.. the kind they build. No joke.They will charge you 89 dollars, even though their ad said 79, because the real kill comes in the upcharge of services you dont need.Go with Extreme Air Duct. I called them and the guy was honest, knowledgable, and professional. I asked a ton of questions and he knew what he was talking about. Business should NOT be allowed to be posted in google under multiple names to avoid previous bad reviews.SHAME ON YOU for sending out unqualified technicians that make me feel unsafe in my own home. I called to ask the manager call me back to discuss my concern, but no one ever did. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. NO way am I paying this company for showing up, knowing nothing, trying to trick me, then charging me for it.

The guys from aura air duct cleaning arrived to my house for an annual air duct cleaning service and I had a great experience. I’m 100% satisfied, really good communication, understanding and explaining each part of the service steps.

I couldnt have asked for a better air duct specialist. We had a lot of air conditioner work, and later found out they typically deal with the mechanical side of things. When you need work done to your ducts, call the specialists like Aura! I will refer them to my clients, family, and friends, and will definitely use them again.

Terrible! My dryer was taking a long time to dry so I called to have Aura clean it. On their website it has a deal for $77. When they showed up, they said my vent was too clogged and I needed to pay $190 for them to fully clean it. The $77 only includes a crappy brush that they run through the vent which they did. Now my dryer doesnt dry at all! I have someone else coming to fix what they broke.

Dont use this company. They quoted us a price for less than $100 and then tried to charge us $500. The serviceman lied to my wife and said he brush was stuck in the vent and couldnt get it out. He needed to use a chemical to break up the lent before he could remove it, so the price would be $499. My wife had me come home. I told the guy to take his brush out, and he did right away no problem. They lied to my wife and tried to take us for $500. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Aura sent Guy to my house on Memorial Day and he took care of my clogged dryer vent in no time and let me know my AC unit was full of mold. Highly recommend

Scam company, I am taking them to court. Charged my wife who didnt know better $1000 to vacuum the plenum. They spent an hour in the attic then left. They didnt even clean the ducts. They hung up on me when I called wondering about the really high bill, they wont answer the phone.
