Weather started to be in our cafe - so AC stopped working completely. I found Revolution Air site on Google and tried to use their online booking. So. .. I would say. Unbelievable! I booked service for replacement fan motor for $600 and as result and didnt pay penny more. No extra charge, no extra service, fair price. And I got great pictures to my email after job done. Coooooolllll!!!! NiceJob guys!!!!

Overall a subpar experience and especially disappointing given the positive reviews for their repair work. I booked a one-time AC tune up on their website (the option for this has since disappeared). Jonathan was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time looking over things. However, when it came time to clean the outdoor unit (the primary reason I wanted the tune up) he said my water pressure was insufficient to clean the coils, and assured me he would be back the following week on his own time to complete the work. Alas, he never showed up and did not respond to multiple attempts to contact him. I emailed Revolution the following week and never got a response. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone at the company. Jonathan had suggested system improvements that I would have hired Revolution for had they not been unreliable and disinterested. Would avoid Revolution and go with someone more reliable and who makes good on their word.

Jonathon repaired my air handler motherboard issue last November and we agreed on $280 after I submitted the information he needed to verify warranty of the motherboard from the previous homeowner. I provided payment in full last November (I keep receipts of everything) then low and behold I get a new invoice yesterday saying I owe more money. This is absurd. I sent a message over 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. Shady business tactics at its finest here IMO. The amount of good reviews is astonishing and strange. Sure, he gets the job done so that is why I am not giving him a one star, but its not fair to homeowners to read overwhelming positive reviews and no critiques from real customers.

Had them out for a service call last year and they couldnt have been more helpful. Immediately put them at the top of my list for future work.Called them back out a month ago to quote a new system. After the initial walkthrough and visit with the expectation of a quote by end of the week... Crickets since. Completely ghosted when I really wanted to keep doing business with these guys.

Weve finally found an A/C company were happy to use! Jonathan was responsive and really helpful getting us scheduled ASAP. Mary, the tech that came out, was super communicative, professional, and efficient. On top of all that, she fixed everything the same day (within an hour) and didnt leave until she made sure it was all working. And it was a great price. Obviously, I dont want to ever have a broken system again, but if I do, Ill be happy to use them again!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jonathan is the best service tech imaginable. He was professional, knowledgeable and, kind.Jonathan went above and beyond the original service request and proactively fixed a HVAC issue that a previous technician (from another company) had made.I recommend Revolution Air to friends and family.

Can’t speak highly enough of Jonathan and Revolution. They came out on a Sunday, within 24 hours of calling, to diagnose our AC issues. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and happily explained what was going on with my system. After identifying the root cause (evaporator coil leaking fluid) he walked me through all of my options, and helped me identify that my system was under manufacturer warranty. He never once pushed Revolution on me, just explained what they could do for me, but gave me all the info I would need (serial #s, etc) in one place should I choose to go in another direction. I appreciate his transparency and dedication, especially on a Sunday in the brutal Houston heat. Revolution is lucky to have him as an employee.

I’d reiterate what people are saying about Jonathan. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the possible problems with our unit and the corresponding solutions, but I was more impressed with his desire to find the right solution for me and my family. He obviously cared about our well-being (he took a call at 11:30 PM offering multiple solutions for the issue). He also prioritized solutions from need to fix, might need to fix, and fixes that would optimize the unit. He pushed for the first to be completed but remained consultive and transparent for the cost/benefit analysis of the other solutions. The first solution solved the issue and instead of jeering opportunity lost to sell me more services, he cheered for the success.He’s earned a customer for life in me! Can’t recommend him enough!

Jonathen is a very honest and hard working technician. Fairly priced and will always let you know why and what work he’s performing to get the job done. I appreciate how his bedside manner and I never feel like I’m getting the wool pulled over my eyes, as I have with other companies. When we had to replace both evaporator coils last year, he came at night and over the weekend to make sure we had enough refrigerant to last us until the coils went in. Great guy that goes above and beyond.

Jonathan with Revolution Air is superb! He was able to fit me in on a very busy, hot day. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Being an elderly person with mobility and health issues, he was very calm and gentle with me. By the time he left, I had ice cold AC! I highly recommend Revolution Air!

I cannot recommend this company enough. It was so convenient to schedule online. I received a text to let me know who would be coming. They would have come earlier than the scheduled time but I was not available. Jonathan, who was also the owner explained to me what was wrong and what I need to have fixed. His crew works on weekends which was great so I did not have to take more time off work. They were prompt. They wore shoe covers and covered my floors with tarp. which I appreciated. Im very happy to have them taking care of my AC.

It is no exaggeration to say Revolution Air saved our house, and quite possibly, my life. We purchased a charming 50 year old house with the original duct and vent system, and pretty scary looking attic. In the past few years we tried about 4 HVAC contractors that were unreliable, overpriced, sexist, and one who Im convinced showed up drunk. Just when we are at our complete wits end....enter Revolution Air: Jonathan Rivera and his apprentice Remington. Replacing the entire 50 year old duct and vent system, and getting more mileage out of an aging unit and condenser is no easy feat, but Revolution Air was up to the task, and we will never call another contractor for our system. It was a long and complicated project, but Jonathan communicated every step on the way, and is simply just passionate about making peoples homes as clean and comfortable as they can be. He and Remington worked odd days and hours to accommodate our schedule and left the house clean every day. Which is a miracle considering the nasty stuff that came out of our attic. Jonathan has a passion for a well designed system, and very patiently explained the components of everything to make simple maintenance tasks DIY-friendly for us. The insulators he used, Guillen Insulation, was also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased with our new mold-free, fresh and breezy house, a quieter unit, and better efficiency in our system. Jonathan pays attention to the details, both functional and aesthetic. If we could give 10 stars to Revolution, we would.

We had the guys from Revolution Air replace our two thermostats on Saturday. They showed up on time with all the equipment needed to do our installation and setup. They were very professional, did a fantastic job, helped run us through using the smart thermostat, and all for a great price. We plan to use Revolution Air for future AC work and highly recommend their services.

I called this place to get my Air conditioner repair and every where dlse they where fully booked but not this company they helping me out that day, I have 3 kids and I really needed someone to come out. They send out there AC tech Mary, she was amazing withing minutes she had my ac working and blowing cold air and even explain to me about the warranty they give behind there work and the part they replaced. I will highly recommend them to do any work, I wish I could give them a 10 but Google only allows for 5 stars.Amazing work! Thank you

After paying for their monthly service fee for almost a year, they came out for the maintenance inspection I scheduled and we discussed repair work that I knew I would need. While on-site, he provided two options and agreed to send a quote for both, but only sent a quote for one option for some reason....no big deal right, at least we got one? Well, we agreed to have service performed and accepted the quote through their website. After a couple of weeks of not hearing back from them, I called to accept the quote and get the work done.Unfortunately since the one who answered the phone isn’t the one who provided the quote, he couldn’t help me (or didn’t want to?) and said he’d have the other guy call me so we can get the work done. Okay, no big deal...except the guy never calls me. So I call back again, and same ole story.After trying to give them business three times for over a month with no response, I had to go to someone else. Interestingly enough, the new contractor identified what appears to be a better more permanent fix to the AC issue.Just wish I could get all those $8.95s back (or whatever it is per month to have had them do absolutely nothing).Side note...before this all went sideways and I thought I still had an AC repair contractor (and as others have noted, the guys are genuinely friendly and good natured; just hadn’t gotten to the part where they don’t want to do any work yet) I referred them to a commercial establishment for a quote.After quoting approx $12,000 for the annual maintenance services...surprise...they were never heard from again. So, I had the commercial establishment go elsewhere as well.Just an overall unfortunate and seemingly unnecessary experience with someone who initially seemed like a good company.

Jonathan was excellent to work with. He accommodated fixing an AC on the fritz at 10pm. Once he arrived (very promptly!) the AC turned itself back on. Figures. But he took the time to look over the whole system and give great recommendations.

Jonathan and Brian from Revolution Air were a great recommendation from a friend. In our dealings with them, they have been professional, and quick to respond. They replaced a broken coil in our A/C system and were able to work with their vendors to honor the builders warranty even though the builder did not register the equipment. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for A/C & Heating work.

Im so glad these guys went out on their own. Their previous employer sold out & left us all hanging with a whole different company (much bigger & less service inclined) and without much forewarning.Jonathan & Bryan did the right thing and made a better company out of their collective work experience. Theie policies are straightforward , their communication is good, and their response times are awesome. They are as 24/7/365 as it gets. If you are looking for quality work, honest diagnosis, and fast work. Look no further Revolution Air is the only way to go. They are my go to company. My problem was fixed in 10 minutes.I had an estimate from a different co I had to use because I had to go through my homeowners warranty co refused to pay repair. The company that came out was going to charge 500 for the work if warranty didnt cover repair and I would have to wait 3 - 4 days for repair.REV AIR came out same day and fixed it like I said in 10 minutes. LOVE REV AIR!!!!!I call them my buddies not because I know them personally or hang out with them. I call them my BUDDIES because they are honest and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely fantastic work by Jonathan. My AC died over the weekend and both my contractor and the contractor assigned to me by home warranty checked the system and essentially condemned it. Both recommended fixes worth $3500 out of pocket (blower wheel, evaporator coil, refrigerant) and advised me to get a new system. I called Jonathan when I was trying to gauge what the average cost of a new system would be. He asked me what the problem was, insisted on coming to check it that night. He came, diagnosed the problem (broken blower wheel) within 30 minutes and recommended fixes. The next day, he returned with a brand new blower wheel, replaced my capacitors for free and within the hour, he had the AC running perfectly. It ran the quietest I had ever heard it in months. Total cost plus labor - $632!!! It’s refreshing to find a contractor who is honest and puts the needs of the customer first. He got my system running within 24 hours of calling him on the phone on a whim. No upselling, just honest feedback... could not ask for better! I’d recommend getting them on retainer to keep your AC running in tip-top shape.

GREAT COMPANY! EXCELLENT TECH! Jonathan was our technician & was fabulous. Not only did he provide same day service but he was knowledgeable, provided explanations of the problem & what he did to resolves it & did a little extra for no additional cost. Revolution Air is exceptionally professional & excels at communication as to who will be providing the service & what time through convenient text messages. They also provide a maintenance plan you can sign up for for a nominal monthly fee that will cover your two inspections per year - spring & fall. Yes you should have your units inspected to avoid any larger, more expensive problems down the road. Jonathan will even come out in the middle of the night if needed! Who does that? Revolution Air that’s who.

I found out about them through Amazon. Amazon sent them to install my thermostat and THEY WERE AMAZING. So good, I cancelled my home warranty and stuck with their service plans. They have my servicing my AC ever since. I even bought a new AC system through them. They had the best prices and offered great financing

What an unexpected delight to have Jonathan and his assistant come to my house about 10:30 PM to rescue my family and me from 88 degree heat indoors, down from 91 degrees three hours earlier. I was reluctant to call so late, but at the insistence of my sister, I did. Within two hours or so, they made the trip across Houston to my home and had completed the needed repairs. We are now so comfortable.What a blessing to have such polite and capable young men to come from such a long distance at such a late hour to treat me and my family as if we were the only customers they have. I’m a new homeowner who had his first issue with my AC. When he came, Jonathan showed me the different components of the HVAC system and took his time to explain my options. He was actively trying to save me money instead of pushing to sell or replace things that just need some TLC. To top it off, he’s a really nice guy! I’m so glad that I gave him a call. Came out the next day (on a weekend) and were able to diagnose my system and repair it within an hour. Demonstrated great overall knowledge of the system and explained what they were doing and why. Another contractor had been out the day before and told me I needed a whole new system; through their proper diagnosis they were able to save me a lot of money. I will be using them going forward.

The most unprofessional company, I called them because my Geothermal unit stopped working over the weekend. We were out on a family trip, when we came back on Tuesday Morning, we notice A/C was not working, and called the company to schedule a visit.They schedule the “emergency visit” for Wednesday.The tech never came on the time window they told us...Tech never answered the phone, the office didn’t respond to us... I was thinking... maybe is too late. I called this morning thinking that they will put us a priority, since they didn’t show up yesterday... the person who answer the phone, say he will call back, never did. Tech doesn’t respond still. I called 2 times already to follow up. The office didn’t answer the phone... I just called again and the guy just hang the phone saying... I will call you back once I have an answer... I have 2 little kids... my house is an “infierno”Do not use this company... very disappointed. So far... the worst... when you need them the most. If they cannot make it, that is ok... just be honest with the people who is putting the trust on companies like this.

Wow! Im blown away by the service and the prices. To set the stage my wife texts me and says the temp is rising but I have the thermostat set low. Oh S@%t is the first thing I think. I call big dogs (those that handle my flips and apartment complexes). Well Im not getting calls back. Im panicking because I have 3 kids and one is a newborn. They all are saying they are 24/7 but their answering service says no they are not. They will call you in the morning to schedule a time. I am so cheap but not when it comes to my babies. Well I get a text from the owner of Revolution Air and says Im 30-45 minutes away. Johnathon shows up and within 20 minutes diags and solves the problem with a price that was way below what I thought was about to hit me in the cheap pocket. What a friendly young man and smart! Long story short we have a/c, warranties, and would let him watch my kids. Just an outstanding individual. Switching to them for my commercial needs also. If you read this Johnathon please know it was a pleasure to meet you!

Very professional and knowledgeable crews! We have used them a couple times now. We had an emergency A/C issue late at night and several other companies refused to come out. They came out within an hours and fixed the problem! Lower prices than their competitors also!

Revolution Air did a excellent job. Bryan made his assessment then proceeded with the install of my ecobee4 thermostat. Always keeping me informed of what needed to be done in order to have the thermostat working properly. He did not only do a great installation job but educated me on the ecobee4 thermostat and how it works. 👍🏻👍🏻

AC went down Saturday night and when I reached out on Sunday, Jonathon was able to come by within an hour or so. He was able to quickly correct some wiring complications that were causing issues with the AC, and made a couple additional small improvements to the system. Highly recommend.

Revolution Air has been outstanding since we began using them late 2018. They diagnosed and resolved an issue with our furnace that other companies could not and have been just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing an AC company.

Spent time to troubleshoot the issue instead of putting in a bandaid fix like some of the other companies Ive seen. They have kept me up to date on what their progress is while they work with Lennox to obtain a solution for my air handler problem.After see the way they work and the way they communicate with the customer, I can clearly tell they put their customers first and will go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy.On top of that, they were gracious enough to come out on a saturday and help fix my leaky air handler issue where most company would have made me stay home on a work day to fit their schedule.

Brian came out after setting the appointment. Got an estimate with an agreement that I would let them know when I was ready. I called left messages and Text to Brain. Brian said they would get back with me and they never have.

No show no called us three times before they showed up to do the work. Requested another quote from them and same terrible customer service, didn’t answer texts, phone calls, emails, voicemails. All and all the worst experience I’ve had with a AC company.

They are friendly, on time, communicate well, efficient, show you what they are doing and why... I highly recommend them and trust their work. They are a small company and take a lot of pride in their business and it shows!

Certified! They can warrantee all of the work that they do. I only got a quote from them and they sent somebody out to the house within a day and that I had a quote in my email open 24 hours.

Tech was good but there was more than 100% Mark up in the cost of the parts. If it wasnt 100 degrees in the house today I wouldnt have gone through with it.
