Adam has been helpful and one of the most experienced AC Techs that Ive ever worked with. He needs a Raise but Im going to give him a tip until I find out that he got a Raise. This AC Company is good with the repair cost. And Im smiling because Im not hot anymore.

I have a rental property and at that property and over the years they have replaced 2 Furnaces, 1 A/C system, and a water heater, they also inspect the A/C systems once a year. If its anything A/C related, this is the place to call. Trust.Josue (Josh) came out to my home while under renovation and took down information like the insulation used, cardinal direction my windows were facing, etc to give me the best, most efficient and cost friendly system.Adan (Adam) came in quick and installed it easily, no sweat. Had an issue a couple weeks after install because I didnt have it on while finishing my reno. He came out next day and knocked it out. Months later, my system is keeping my entire home cool during these hot days.These brothers are the ones you want to call. They get the job done and are incredibly nice, good people. I had a Great Experience today!! My AC Tech Adam came out in this Dreaded Houston Heat to check my AC to make sure it was working properly. I called because I heard a loud pop from the Outside Unit then following the pop was a sound that sounded like squeaking blades. That lasted for about 3 min then the squeaking went back to normal. Of course I need that chkd out because there is No Way I want to be caught unexpectedly without any AC in Houstons Brutal Heat!! My AC Tech not only showed up within his estimated window, which doesnt always happen with contractors & its Very Frustrating, but he looked inside the Outside Unit to chk to make sure everything was working properly and he also checked the Inside Unit in the attic. I know he was Hot & Miserable but he still put 100% effort into making sure he did a good job for me instead of doing a subpar job. He explained everything that he chkd out & how each part was working properly & I really appreciate him for that!!

These guys are as good as it gets. Been using Josh and his team for over 20 years and if you want a small family managed, honest company, this is it! Very competitive prices also.

Strong Tower has done good work for me. They know their business and often charge less than the bigger companies. They are experts at new installations as well as repairs of existing ones.

My project was a house remodel to-the-stud and I particularly like how Strongtower designed the flow of my HVAC system. Since completion of my remodel though we’ve experienced several hiccups— to date the most serious being water damage to ceiling in the Primary Bath. This just happened as I write this review and upon my inspection, it appears the pipe(s) of the HVAC unit in the attic space directly above the Primary Bath was not screwed tightly hence the water leak. I intend to call Strongtower first thing in the morning and expect them to be responsive and immediately fix and remediate the problem (like they have been so far in my experience working with them). This is a positive in working with this locally owned small business, but I am not looking forward to the hassle and costs of repairing the drywall and ceiling due to water leak from pipe of HVAC!

I called Strong Tower to see what my heater wasn’t working and they came right away to take a look. My system was over 30 years in use so I had to update it, but thankfully Josue “the owner” explained all the options I had to choose from. I never felt forced to pick anything but I was encouraged to pick my best option. I did and the team came and installed everything for me. My family and I can enjoy a warm Thanksgiving and we are happy to have picked Strong Tower to help us! I’m happy to give them 5 stars!!

Fast, Efficient and very Honest. Josue/owner explained everything before doing any work. The cost was very competitive and was only charged for the work done, nothing more nothing less...it was 3 oclock in the afternoon but time was not an issue for this Team. He was able to get the parts needed that afternoon and came back to repair my unit in the evening. Josh & Adam with Strong Tower AC are the most honest, caring, affordable yet professional HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with! Over the last year, we have had 5 different A/C companies come out who all eventually tried to sell us new units and/or rip us off. Adam & George came out this Sunday, assessed the issues and fixed it right there and then! They replaced our motor, cleaned our coils, found our leaks, added refrigerant and recharged our system - all for under $500! They even applied the trip charge to our final bill which was never offered to us before! I told them exactly what we needed and they saved us over $5000! This IS a true account. I AM a real customer. I am NOT a friend or family or friend. I am just a satisfied customer who appreciated the service we received from Josh & Adam with Strong Tower A/C.

Josh was amazing! He is an honorable man who runs the company the right way, customers first. We had a few issues with the zoning after it was done, but each time they came out free of charge and fixed it quickly. They listened to every concern and always got every question answered. They also were one of the most competitively priced AC installations we found. We will be defiantly using them for all our maintenance.

Fantastic experience. Difficult to find an honest, hard working contractor that doesnt simply default to the customer needing a new system! We had two other con-artists try to sell new systems for $10K, called the team at Strong who was here the very next day to properly diagnose then repair at a fraction of the others. Highly recommended!!!!

This is the only company who Ill let work on my HVAC system. Adam has kept my AC running for years, and he once again had to come out today and replace another part. He genuinely cares and is super professional.StrongTower prices are about half of other companies that have been out to my house, and they always try to get to you quick.I cant recommend them enough

Strong Tower A/C and Heating is a very professional and excellent company I had the opportunity to deal with them by changing my air conditioning and heating system a few days ago and they did a wonderful work at installation and also explaining The functioning of the new equipment. I will recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

I had three ac units in my house when it was time to replace them Strong Tower didnt just do what most companies do, recommend replacing the units with newer ones. Instead they did a whole assessment of my house and gave me some options. To my surprise my house didnt need three units. I was able to save money upfront with less units than I expected. And with the units high efficiency I see savings every month specially in the hot Houston summer.

Excellent service overall . I had my AC replaced this month and I got a great price I priced 4 other companies they were very professional and were on time , which is a big deal with me . I really like that there was no pressure to buy extra add ons or other services . We had a cancer patient at home when the furnace stopped running at all..I had 2 technician before Josh. First one quickly diagnosed bad control board which was not true and wanted to take it out to get new one. what ?? the board has product # so it looked suspicious.Second technician was inexperienced, he said something internal was shorting so he recommended to replace whole system..This was a complicated case and Josh spent 2 hours just to find out what was causing the shorting and it was a small part, time delay device, in compressor unit. Very honest and hard working guy. I will be calling him for all a/c furnace issues.

These guys are all very honest and thorough with their work. I am a property manager with a journeyman plumber license as well as HVAC certification and I know what good mechanical work looks like. They have never overcharge us but at times go above and beyond whats expected. Our church have an annual maintenance contract with them and they also do other projects such as painting and drywall work as they are nearing the end of painting our youth 2nd floor.

Adam and Keith were willing to let me ask many questions and answered everyone of them. When they made a mistake they were willing to make it right. Taking responsibilty for one’s mistakes is something that builds trust and is admirable. Sadly, this is lacking in many companies. We’ve been working with Strong Tower for 7 years, and we look forward to working with them in the future.

On a Friday afternoon in August, my AC was out. I had a company come look at it and they said it needed a new control board but they didnt have any available.I searched the web for the part and Strong Tower A/C and Heating came up. I called them at about 4pm on Friday afternoon and explained the situation.They offered to call around to see if anyone had the part in stock. Shortly afterward, they called me back with news that they had found the part and they could go pick it up and install it for me that same afternoon!And thats what they did! They were very friendly and professional and provided excellent service, and they saved me from a weekend of suffering in the heat.

Josh and Leslie bailed me out! The previous contractor pulled a bait in switch on me on a new 5 ton three phase Rheem system about three years ago. The former contractor slipped in an inexpensive evaporator coil (not a Rheem) to cut his cost. Josh, the owner of Stongtower, has a great relationship with Rheem, so he was able to get me a new Rheem evaporator coil under warranty. Don’t know how he did it but he worked it out. Josh, Leslie, Adam and the installers made me feel like family. I hope I don’t have any AC problems, but if I will surely call Stongtower AC & Heat if I do. 100% recommend these guys. I’ve been dealing with Strong Tower for years and they have always resolved my A/C and heating issues promptly and professionally. Today was no different.

Strong Tower AC came out and installed a unit that was in contract for a Trane condenser and a Trane air-handler. When the install was actually performed, a Rheem air handler was installed, insinuating a bait and switch. The company claims they spoke with me to obtain approval. However, phone records clearly show that I was never contacted before the install. The only time I spoke to the company, per phone records, was to get the signed proposal then at 5:41 PM on the date of the install to make sure everything was complete. When the company was called, the owner was Josh, threatened to illegally come remove my AC unit and called me a penny pincher and a cry baby. This is clearly a bait and switch scam. Houston Police were notified to do drive-thrus of the area to look for any AC trucks removing equipment.

Knowledgeable, reliable and honest: Strong Tower has been servicing the HVAC system in my house for 5 yrs. They are always available when I need them and they understand my system inside and out.

Tech was nice and great customer service. Quick to find issue and fix.Also did a quick check around unit to make sure there is no other issues.

The contractor was over an hour late did not communicate well at all he didnt even fix the promble. The ducts need to be cleaned he said they dont clean they replace but he wrote a totally diffrent comment on the service repair bill he wrote air filter newss replace then said it was fix lies my home warranty company uses them but please dont waste your time
