I am so happy I decided to sign up for the maintenance plan with Lee Thompson Co. Since it was the winter months, I got my furnace maintenance completed by Ethan, the technician, and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. Ethan was very knowledgeable, professional, and thoroughly explained all of his observations of my system and answered all of my questions. There was zero pressure for costly unnecessary services or add-ons, which unfortunately happens often with other companies. Ethan was completely honest about what requirements there were, and being able to trust my technicians recommendations is so important so I really appreciate that. Lastly, the cost for the recommended services were extremely reasonable and affordable.

Lee Thompson Co is fantastic. From their initial contact through maintenance requests, everyone that works there is overwhelmingly helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Dustin took time to answer all of our questions. Joe and Ralph were on the installation and took time to show us all features, etc. After installation, we had a tiny issue that they scheduled to come out and look at immediately and Stephen was amazing and took the time to ensure everything was working well. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided, care and thoughtfulness and will definitely be using this group again.

Lee Thompson and Co are so professional and quick to respond. We asked them to take a look at our unit in our home that’s under contract after the buyers inspector told us it needed to be replaced. Stephen came out within a day, did a thorough inspection of our unit and provided a detailed and itemized list of recommendations in his estimate. If we weren’t selling our home to move out of state, we would stick with this company!

4/15As a follow up, a week later Joe Salazar and his helper Ralph spent the day installing our new American Standard unit today. Both were kind and nice. They made sure they cleaned and protected everything they touched in our home. After the install, Joe walked me through all that was replaced and showed me the operating details. Being an AC tech in the summer is rough. Our tech from Lee Thompson, Ethan, arrived within the selected time window and installed the new blower motor. Afterwards when another issue arose he called in for another part and stayed until the job was done. In all he spent way more time in an attic during the summer than anyone should and he did it all with a smile. The charges were fair and the entire process from booking to completion was done with professionalism.

Crow Salazar was great and very knowledgeable. I very much appreciated his expertise on solving my A/C problems. Excellent customer service skills. If I ever run into A/C problems in the future I will be reaching out to Lee Thompson again. —and hopefully I will get Crow Salazar again.

Lee Thompson installed my new AC/heater unit. I cannot express how impressed I was with their service. Joe Salazar and Rob Cortez were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I purchased a new A/C-Heating unit a couple of years ago from Lee Thompson at the recommendation of a friend. At same time I purchased the twice yearly maintenance contract and couldnt be more happy with their service. First the new unit installation was smooth and easy and the service techs that have come out for the check-ups have been top-notch. I am especially impressed with Henry Gomez - hes been out twice and I hope they continue to send him when I need help. Henry is polite, considerate and really know his stuff. So good to see a conscientious worker these days. I would recommend Lee Thompson and especially Henry to anybody.

Ethan started at my home. He came early and was very polite and detailed. He appropriately called in Crow to assist with diagnosing the problem. Although I was disappointed to learn I needed a new AC unit, I was glad Crow along with Ethan was fast to diagnose and and fix the problem. It was the start of a holiday weekend and Crow came back early the next morning and had my 80 degree house cooling off again. Crow has been to my house many times over many years and has always proven to be a reliable, knowledgeable and excellent technician. The technician “Hicham” showed up at my house and was very courteous and professional. He showed up on time and fixed my thermostat. He ended up having to come back twice, but i very much appreciate that I was only charged once at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend.

My AC went out last Friday, thank God we had such a beautiful Mothers Day weekend. I had Henry Gomez of The Lee Thompson Company, come and check out the deceased unit and give me a quote on a new one. I dreaded the thought of a weekend without AC. Fortunately for us with our windows open and the beautiful weather our house was cooler than normally with the AC on!!At 9am Monday morning Henrys crew of Abel, Robert, and Joe were on the job. A spectacular group of professionals who stayed until 7pm to complete the job. This job was about $3k less than Id been quoted by my previous HVAC supplier and it included additional duct replacement and insulation that had not been quoted in the higher previous bid. They also showed me that my emergency drain line had not been installed to the outdoors but rather left in my attic. Thanks Kenmore for not clogging your primary drain line or it would have been a mess in the attic directly over my master bedroom. Jennifer, in the Lee Thompson office was very helpful coordinating a great financing plan for us as well.When major appliances go South it is often an unpleasant experience. I used Lee Thompson to completely replace 2 AC Compressors and AHUs, replace old attic ductwork, relocate and cut new return vents, and run some new wiring. After receiving several AC company recommendations from others, Lee Thompson’s name came up the most. Kevin came out the same day to take a look at the project. Kevin demonstrated his knowledge and experience, pointing out several issues with my old AC system (still limping along from the R22 days).Kevin provided a very fair quote which was highly competitive and reasonable after receiving some outrageous quotes from a few other AC companies. Within 2 days, Lee Thompson had a team of 4 workers on the project led by Joe and Abel, who were all very experienced and thoughtful throughout the entire process. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure the new systems were up and running, staying late to finish a complicated job.The team was very clean, extremely courteous and were true professionals. These guys work in some grueling temperatures and conditions every day and do it with pride for their product and service. I highly recommend Lee Thompson. Their strong reputation is well deserved. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

Lee Thompson Company replaced our duct work and furnace back in 2003 and have been servicing our HAVC systems since then. We were very happy with the installation and have been happy ever since, with their service. All the service techs that do our spring and fall checkups have been excellent. We dont even think of contacting anyone else.

Great experience, punctual and quick to schedule in! They were able to diagnose my ac issue one day and immediately come back first thing the next morning to fix my ac.Only downside is labor cost takes into account the technicians travel time to your location and checking in/out of your complex. Never had this additional labor cost from other contractors.

If u need a tech ask for him when you callJuly 2023Update after months later and the employee telling me I missed the deadline for the rebate and they are strict about the deadlines. I finally got my rebate but it took me months of emails to lexxon and phone calls to lexxon.Also after spending money installing 3 new varable speed units and haveing humidity issues over 60 percent consistently no one could figure out a solution. All the sales manage said was that he told me if I. Got a zoned system I would have high humidity... That was Never mentioned in write not verbal.Fyi if you have a zoned system with dampers installed you can not use the dehumidifier nor the venting function nor can you view the run times of your ac Units. You should always get Everthing in writeing and make sure all calls are recorded do there is no confusion.Also. I asked what other brands do they sell they said in writeing lexxon only. I find out later the also sell dikin tooDont waste your timeGood install but dealing will billing ect they pressure to pay fast not from there accounting but sales guy.Communicate slows down once paid the bill.Make sure u ask for the system certificate for tax refunds as they wont tell u about this.Also check on the system priceing with other companies before agreeing to doing anything and watch out for overtime priceing and extra change orders make sure everything is down on paperAfter service maintance is slow to respond and get schudule still waiting on a response 3 days later to Balace the systemUpdate April 3After weeks of emails since March 16 none has replied back to any emails sent. Lee Thompson Company has been doing an excellent job of taking care of our home air conditioning system for the last six years. Although a single unit, we have a four zone damper control panel which requires people who know what they are doing. After some modifications that we made inside our home which had an unexpected secondary impact upon how the air flows, Lee Thompson came out and assessed necessary changes to our system which put our home comfort back on track. What I particularly appreciate is how often I see the same service techs season to season and year to year. No gimmicks here. Good service from knowledgeable people.

Terrence is The Guy!You never really know what to expect when you call an AC Repair company in Houston. Ive heard horror stories. Im sure you have too.Today I called and spoke with the very friendly ladies to see if someone could come over. They are very busy because its been real hot and humid. Fortunately for me, Terrence was able to come by this afternoon.My AC system wasnt cooling like it should, but he quickly found the problem and within an hour he had it blowing colder than a winter blizzard. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He also gave me some great information about how to keep it running smoothly.Plus, he had a super attitude. He really likes working for the company because theyve had a great reputation for over 50 years and they really take care of their employees which made me feel good about choosing Lee Thompson.So, Im really glad I called. There are lots of air conditioning companies in Houston, but as far as Im concerned you only need to know about this one.

Henry did an excellent job. Our fan motor needed to be replaced and luckily it was still under warranty. Henry recommended a surge protector because our electricity goes off and on quite a bit with storms and utility outages like the winter freezing weather.I highly recommend Henry and the Lee Thompson Company.

In addition he had to go to three different places to get a part. He had to fight traffic during rush hour to get to a store in the NW part of the city. No problems. Henry is a likable and competent guy, but then so are the others who have made service calls. Im a content repeat customer. As far as punctuality - he showed up within the time window, so no problem there. I would just appreciate a time window narrower than 4 hours.

My unit worked great during the winter but when it came time to use the A/C, a problem. Quote” there is a restriction” wouldn’t switch to a/c. Now after spending over $1500.00, the problem is still there. Won’t switch back to heat. Bottom line they didn’t fix the problem but sure did ring up a nice bill.

Recently, we found out that my Moms homes air was very toxic. The existing air conditioning drain was attached to the sewer line, from the commode. We finally had the explanation, to the mystery of the myriad of significant health issues I had been having, for several months.Within 2 hours of finding out that information, the AC compressor went out.I called the company that diagnosed that problem. That was a week ago today. They have yet to call me back.The next day, I was referred to Scott, at The Lee Thompson Company. After I spoke with him to explain the situation, he had a technician out that very same day, even though they were already very busy with other customers needs, that were already booked.The following day, he had his team of technicians out to complete the extensive work of replacing the compressor, the unit in the attic, and running the drain line away from the sewer, to the outside of the house.This company is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, even when in the midst of serving many customers.In addition to that, their caring, compassionate hearts, that wanted to rectify this significant issue, right away, to protect our eroding health, was over and above what would normally be expected.From this point on, I would not use or recommend another company to service HVAC needs. This kind of excellence in HVAC knowledge and service, is difficult to find these days.

I have been using The Lee Thompson Co. for over a decade. The whole time they have been very professional. The scheduling department sets up your visits, they are kind and efficient. The techs that show up are on time and get down to business. They are friendly and helpful. I feel ike they dont waste your time but also dont make you feel like they are in a rush. Previous companies have been a pain to get a hold of and have not given me a good idea when they would actually show up. I plan on using TLTC for at least another decade.

I called them yesterday morning in hopes that someone could come see what was wrong with the ac... the same day. We are buying a house and the ac wasnt kicking on. One company told us that it would basically need to be replaced and so I wanted a second opinion. They were able to come out within the hour (someone had canceled). They fixed the ac and kept in contact with me the entire time. They were polite and courteous and I am so pleased they took the time to actually figure out what was wrong rather than charge me an arm and a leg for something I didnt need! We will definitely use them in the future!!

The technicians are nice but the management is awful. I spent almost 12k for one Lennox AC and then paid 169.00 for a service contract only to have it cancelled without my knowledge because I have a total of three units. The other two are not Lennox and I pay another company to maintain those units. After the fact I’m told lee Thompson won’t service my unit unless they service all three units. Guess they forgot to tell their employees about this policy. Then they agreed to come out to do the “spring check” for an additional 100.00. So I paid 250.00 for them to check one unit. Will not recommend them ever. They are a rip off and do not keep their word.

I like their annual plans. You get two annual visits to check the heating and cooling. Technicians are friendly and pick up things but they do miss things too. On the first visit they missed that the coil was very dirty on the downstairs unit. On the second visit they missed that there were lots of leaks on the ducting outlet box. I noticed it myself when I went up there a couple hours after the visit.

Our AC unit is on the roof of our condo and so I havent ever been up there to see it. So when Henry got there, he was very professional and had pictures of everything we needed to fix to show me. I will definitely be using this company again.

Happy to sell you a system at a fair price, happy to bend you over on warranty repairs. We have had LT install two units. Both installs went ok, but great, but ok. It took a lot of hassling to get things buttoned up nice. On the second unit they never hung the refrigerant line cover on the outside of the building.The big issues have come up when we have had them out for service. The first until needed work when 2 years old and the LT technician could not get it working right after two visits and the costs for warranty part labor was silly. So we called AIrteam, who did the repair labor fast and for much less. They got the system running in one visit when LT took two and couldnt get it running.Then this week the blower fan in the attic went out, under warranty, and even after paying $189 for a diagnostic fee they quoted another $800 to replace the part (just for labor!). This is after the HVAC tech said it was an hour long job. Called Airteam again and they quoted $250. So yeah, get decent work, but pay out the rear for it.

I called Lee Thompson for the blower of my AC Fan. They installed it the next day , there were some issues w my electricity that I did not know and had to take care. But they did not leave until the AC was working. That is why I like them so much.

It has been near impossible to get an invoice and the correct agreed upon price. Promise after promise to fo and deliver has fallen short.Otherwise installation was fine. Had 3 systems installed spending near $30,000.

Good dealer but bad AC system (Lennox) Evaporator-Coil failed. The equipment was installed in a newly constructed home, and the date of purchase from builder (closing date) is under the 5 year so we are covered. We submitted a warranty claim and we have been waiting for 4 weeks and nothing. If you are in the market looking for reliability and parts availability in HVAC, do yourself a favor a go with a better company like Trane

I was referred to this HVAC company by a friend and have used them for service for 1.5 years. Their employees are courteous and knowledgable. I recently renewed my contract for their Silver Service Plan, a plan that I find reasonably priced and well suited to my needs. Their service is prompt and I consider them to be the best HVAC company that I used in the last 20 years.

I called Saturday and this morning at 8:30 the tech was here, found a failed capacitor, got one from his truck, and was done in 30 minutes. Given our upcoming 100° temperatures this week, Lee Thompson is a godsend.

Lennox HVAC parts in back order. Nothing to do with the dealer, in general good service. However in you are in the market right now looking for a new HVAC system at home you better go with Trane or Goodman for reliability and parts availability.

The service person is good, but the contact person would not send anyone for 3 days.... I have a service policy with you..... When my system is out of service I don’t think I should have to wait that long.... Stephanie was her name.... I am not satisfied with service.... The manager can call me to discuss it.... By the time the service man got here he couldn’t find the problem with the thermostat.... So now we have to wait in till it fails next time....

One year after installation...I had Kevin (with The Lee Thompson Co) install three UV lights installed in my HVAC at the A-coil (one on inlet and two on outlet of A-coil) along with a (REME HALO® Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier which greatly improved HVAC air filter dust collection)...installed December, 2019.My home is now my haven for purified clean air. And I know this because when I go to other buildings, I immediately notice that my sinuses react to bad air. Wen I return home, my sinuses clear up. As far as allergy colds, they have basically gone away...where I used to have an allergy cold/infection several time per year and now one year after UV installation, not allergy colds/infections.One note is that I have had to clean floors more because of the REME HALO® Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier causes dust particles to clump together and get caught on HVAC air filter and fall to floor.....better on the air filter and floors than up my nose and in my lungs.And with this COVID (flu) virus, the UV lights kill virus and bacteria.I highly recommend UV lights and the REME HALO® Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier and The Lee Thompson Company and Kevin the installer.

Just called them as there is a leak in the 3yrd old Lee Thomson coil, the answer was that the WARRANTY on any parts Lee Thompson deliver and install only follows the person who purchased it. So the WARRANTY does not follow the unit itself. Think of this if you are moving house..

Was able to troubleshoot problem and get unit running within 4hrs of initial call. They also did not try to up sell anything.

Yearly service check on the AC system, check coolant and clean coils. Installed missing ball valve on the drain line and cleaned out the drain line.
