DO NOT MOVE HERE!!Ive been living in this apartment complex for a year now, and unfortunately, I have to say that the crime rate is very concerning. There have been MULTIPLE incidents of theft and vandalism, and despite reporting them to management, there hasnt been any noticeable improvement in security measures. Its really disheartening to feel unsafe in your own home, and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for a peace of mind.

Roaches roaches roaches!!!!! The apartment are the worst i have ever lived in, if you value your money DONT RENT HERE, the tub flooded with sewer water, only 1 eye works on the stove, the electrical outlets was leaking water during a storm, the windows leaked during a storm, the ceiling leaked a few times, the air conditioning goes out once every 2 weeks, the kitchen counter tops was peeling up and since theyre doing construction on every vacant apartment its nothing but noise 24/7, they even broke through my wall during construction, they will say we will offer you a deal on your rent ONLY FOR IT TO INCREASE $200-$600, everything is either messed up or broken, and since its new management they will say it was before them. BY FAR THE WORST DECISION IVE MADE WHILE LIVING IN HOUSTON!!! And i dont say that lightly.

Such a nice home. Extremely pleased with the remodel of the apartments. Ms. Claudia and her team has done a tremendous job. Very heartwarming, very passionate on making each & everyone feels at home. Maintenance crew does efficient work. Pool stay clean, very nice all around. #813

I was at a breaking point when I moved into Urban 19, Claudia was so helpful and amazing and kind; she was a godsend. The other lady’s in the office and Claudia’s warmth and welcoming made my experience and general sanity so easy and enjoyable. The apt is super cute with beautiful updates. They are quick and thorough with repairs and make everything a breeze. Thank you Claudia and Urban 19!!

They are terrible… when I first moved in these apartments , I had leaks from my bedroom closet , and it was a crack in my bedroom window it was buds crawling through window. I asked them multiple times to come fix it. Because when it rains the rain was coming through the walls in and made a whole hole in my bedroom wall. It grew mold , it gotten so bad to where my floor was getting wet in my bedroom. My closet had a hole in the top ceiling and was still leaking water. Three months later they decided to come and fix the ceiling , but didn’t all they was paint over the mold and put cardboard over it and it got worse. They NEVER have hot water , it’s always off or they always doing something type of maintenance on the hot water. Then I started having leaks coming from my living room ceiling , they never fixed that problem. My front door key stopped working and I had somewhere I had to be , so I called for maintenance and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it , because it wasn’t an emergency. I had to change the locks on my own front door. So if u thinking about moving these apartments I recommend you not to because they are terrible. Oh and another thing the speed bumps are ridiculous and they don’t have visitor parking , THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR!!!!

Really nice place. And very generous people. Highly recommend Urban19. Maintenance team is on point with their inside and outside work. Pool stays very clean. They are involved with the community and kids. Nice environment all the way around. Claudia is the best and very dependable when it comes to anything with the apartments. I experience the following, while walking, to view the, apartment, unit, for rent. The manager ask me if I was in an lease, the beginning of her rude words, and tone, I view a dirty apartment, she said it was the last apartment available for rent. I ask her about washer and dryer connection, she said, the dirty unit, dont come with washer and dryer. Her words and behavior was rude. While walk back to the office, she said , we cant lease an unit to you for 3 months, because your in lease. She never view my lease, and decide not to lease to me. Her behavior said, I was nothing and below her, Do the math, $1500*12. After viewing the dirty unit, The manager reture to office to watch TV and play with her black and white dog, during her shift. CLM manager company is known for excellent service, in apartments, she fail the standard.

Worst experience ever !!! I usually don’t do this but this tour was horrible. The lady was extremely rude and uptight lazy at that. I do not recommend !!!!

First, let me start by saying everyone in the front office is so friendly and nice. The apartments are so beautiful they are remodeling them. Will I recommend someone living here? Yes I would.

Sofia Sofia Sofia! When I tell you she is amazing and works around the clock to get things taken care of within 24hrs. She is definitely a blessing. I applied on the 5th and was moved in on the 11th. She went above and beyond to ensure my apartment. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are interested in these apartments

I had a very pleasant experience with the ladies in office. I absolutely love my new renovated apartment. I am delighted to become a part of the community. I would highly recommend Urban 19 apartments!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New management sucks..shes very rude and the other employees act like they are afraid of her. I also believe she is racist. We moved last month. I dont recommend these apartments, also extremely overpriced and undersized. Alot of others moved out as well. Bad roaches too

I have been at urban 19 since March I had my car stolen in April gotten police report for them . Last Tuesday on my new car all 4 of my tires was stolen I get told by apartment people I got 24 hours to fix my car or they will tow it I told them it takes time to get your insurance on the phone . My time here has been horrible I have fear for my life . This place does not care about your safety trust the gates they jammed them on the weekend you can tell the apartment people all they going say is call the police. We had homeless people come through people selling unauthorized substances please be careful moving hear all they care about is money and trying make the apartment something that it’s not .

Claudia is very friendly and informative. She made my experiences easy and stress free. Her professionalism was beyond my expectations. The property is beautiful! The upgrades vibes are modern and carefree...Im looking forward to calling Urban 19 HOME.

Theres many maintenance guys here that will fix items you need but if theres a leak in the ac line theyll just put Freon and give you maybe 2 days of cold air conditioning.. then youre back to square 1..humid & hot.. ours need to be fixed not patched.. Its been almost a week . theres new mgmt so I guess thats why the model apartments are first in getting fixed up and not the residents. Our apartments dishwasher is barely attached, the area under the sink is open meaning I can see light through the Sheetrock. This makes way for bugs and its been hell keeping them at bay. They just come in from outside by way of this hole.. They are cutting trees downputting fencing up, sending notices with grammatical errors talking about new rules meanwhile many residents have no AC. Make it make sense..

Do not show up to their office if you dont have THREE times the rent in income! Retired/Disabled/Fixed income? Forget it!How Fair is that when it comes to FAIR HOUSING?Just because Im retired and dont have the income they decided(?) that I should have, does NOT mean I cannot pay rent and have the great credit rating (and references!) to prove it!Plus I have ZERO DEBT! No car payments either! So Im actually better prepared to pay rent than someone who might have 3 times income, but also has 3 times debt and 3 times responsibilities!Unfortunately though, we now live in a world with ZERO common sense & Logic!I contacted Manager hoping to get any options like higher deposit or prepaying rent and received a reply that looks like it came out of some generic template it said:These policies are set in place For our protection and yours.......(Mine????)In my opinion their response was kinda ruthless, like saying...This is how it is, deal with it! And I will, but having had this experience with them, makes me wonder how they deal with people once they become their tenants? Maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Urban 19 is an amazing property to move to staff amazing helpful and willing to help . upbeat and friendly staff. Clean and amazing finishes in apartment the back splash in the apartment wow. Everything you can wont in your apartment and much much more . The the apartment was so amazing. Im glad Saturday I can call this place home.

Don’t move here management is terrible , Claudia is a racist and very unprofessional I was told “you have 1 hour to bring me my money” including many other unprofessional comments made towards me in my family , I moved out because I will not tolerate the disrespect and discomfort of living in those apartments , you will regret and it want to break your lease also the “new models” pictures are fake once you sign the lease they will throw you in a old looking apartment with ugly Appliances, I’ve made a work order for the tub because yellow liquid was coming out daily and the issue never got resolved . Don’t move here they will give you a hard time especially if you’re black , police was called on me and my family just for trying to have a conversation about rent by CLUADIA . This the worst apartments I ever moved too and it’s no where near peaceful always people outside and you got woken out of your sleep by the repairs they do daily i gtf from over there and live much more better in my new apartment

I would give Urban19 5 starts but i just moved here. I would say A/c has been a problem for me BUT every time i call and let Vicki know she always has someone come fix it right away! I love my apartment and not only my neighbors but the office managers as well! Such a quiet place to call my Home♥️ it was a little process to get in but have everything ready and you’re good to go! They accepted my doggy as well (has to be a certain breed) i wouldn’t have moved if they didn’t! So blessed to start our new life together here. Thank you Urban19.

I just moved into my apt the experience I had with just the leasing agent Fernanda was amazing.she is very friendly, caring, and customer service is on point.. my unit was ready when she said it would be. Also she let me move in a Lil early in the morning and not in the evening due to me staying at a hotel. She was efficient and right on point with my move in date and with her professionalism I cant wait to see what my future holds at this new community. Thanks again urban 19 for giving me a new home 🏡

This place is a disgrace. Trying to raise my rent $450 more then what Im paying now.I called and asked for the DM or legal and they refuse to give it to me. I asked for Claudia and her lacky Flaunda refused to transfer the call.I asked 3 times are you transferring me or not and she absolutely refused.Been without AC the whole summer because the refuse to do work but enters my unit without notice and touches my things. People screaming through the lot all times of the night and unable to feel safe getting to my vehicle.They refuse to give anyone someone higher and getting stuck with some mediocre receptionist is ridiculous.Give me the DM or Legal department number!!!!!!!!

Ive been living here for 2 years now and it very nice and quiet. Never had any problems or issues. Mayra and Rigo are the best! Mayra was the one who assist me when I first moved in. Shes very nice and she has really helped me in my time of needs. If your looking for a nice place to stay I would most definitely recommend Urban 19!!!

I have been here four years and seen several different employees, but I have to say that the ones in the office now are so-far the best ones yet. Rigo and Mayra -They are friendly, professional and carrying. What property doesnt have issues🙄my neighbor has been here 15 years. It is so much easier to write a bad review that a good one.... people be nice! Keep up the good work.

FROM BAD TO WORSE! So many things to discuss here but the main issue being our broken air conditioning in 93º+ weather. Called yesterday (Friday 07Jul23) to report the broken ac they said someone would be by to fix it at 7a the next day (Saturday 08Jul23). Here it is the next day 4pm and still no one to fix the ac smh. Called the office and Diana says Theyll be by to fix it before the end of the day. And what is the end, like what time? she doesnt know a time just before they leave to go home. Unbelievable!

I haven’t not moved in yet, and I’m reconsidering it, I am currently relocating from another state with my baby, and this was one of my options, just because of the prices and the way the apartment looks from the photos, but by reading these reviews I’m not too sure. Like should I even. I’m coming from New York, where I needed something cheaper and more affordable to start fresh, but if it’s infested, rude employees, and not good with getting work done as needed then I’m not too sure yet. So I’m in the middle right now. I was hoping they would do a virtual tour with someone live but I didn’t even get the option to. 😓 maybe now they have upgrades units those are probably a bit better.

They go up on the price every year and change management like underwear. Theyll post your last payment promptly on your door but dont expect anything else with such hace. And they will only have tow trucks come check the parking lot on most holidays and ends of the month close to the first. And the residents holds visitor parking spots with permitted vehicles so good luck with unpermitted visits.

So, my first impression was ok, this is a nice place. it’s an older complex that they are fixing up in a not so desirable part of greens-point. The area itself isn’t bad at all, and there is a bank across the street. I am currently working on my credit and the leasing staff was more than friendly and helpful getting me into a place. The complex is quiet, I like that it is enclosed by a gate. The pool area seems nice haven’t been yet. I signed a 6 month lease so I’m going to take it day by day.Now the people who lived here prior to me must have had roaches bad because I’ve killed a few of them (at least 15) since I’ve moved in this week…still waiting for pest control to come spray. Management says they sprayed before i came in and there were no roaches but the apartment had more than a few. Will update my review as my time here passes. Don’t want the last tenets issues to leave a bad taste in my mouth but moving in to roaches wasn’t a nice welcome

I had an excellent experience with Fernanda. She was very professional and took time to answer all my questions since looking for an apartment is looking for comfort and safety in your home. She was very welcoming and knew exactly what she does. I will be recommending friends and family.

Urban 19 Apartments Houston, Texas I want you to know how pleased and happy I am for the year that I lived there. Now that my lease is up and I am ready to head back to my sweet Nebraska I want to stop by your page and leave this sweet review.My one bed room apartment was excellent for me it was very nice, and cozy and the price was right!!!I would like to thank two special ladies, Raquel who helped greatly with the transition of my move in. Since new management Mayra has been great help and and she has always been very professional. Mayra has made my move out experience very pleasant and I want to thank you for that.Thank you Urban 19 for that one bedroom apartment I got to call home from 2019-2020.

Urban 19 is a wonderful and amazing place to move. The office staff so palite and kind and helpful. And willing to hear you out and do their best to acomadate your needs if your in the market for an apartment this is the place.

I have been a resident here for about 10 months. I can attest that when I have concerns about my apartment that the staff here has been prompt and courteous about spraying for pests, or doing repairs. I downsized from a 4-bedroom home to a studio apartment, a radical change. However, I have become comfortable here and plan on renewing my contract, especially now that they have cable and WIFI services available for an affordable price and convenience.

I moved in March 2020. I would have given it a 4 star had I rated it as soon as I moved in. After staying here for a few weeks, I noticed they don’t talk to you/treat you the way they do when you move in. They have been working with people with rent during COVID but still pressure you every other day about rent. I was trying to get an understanding on charges with the property manger and at the end of the conversation, I was hung up on. If you want to keep your tenants be profession and patient! I also have moths in my home I can’t get rid of, gate is constantly broken, and maintenance is slow. Work on being friendly for 12+ months and not just the first.

So in the wake of everything that has happened with COVID and daily issues the front office staff has consistently shown patience & understanding. Since I’ve been a resident there have been several improvements made including newly installed toilets, shower heads and security cameras. I’m confident they would have done more if not for the economic downfall we’ve all faced as a whole. My experience with each member of the staff is always pleasant and honest.

I really like these apartments so far!!! Raquel was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had about the community. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning when I read the reviews but it seems like the new management is working extremely diligently towards improvements. My apartment is extremely comfortable with the new renovations and I’m very satisfied.

I may not have rented at this community but I did get the most amazing customer service I have ever received at any property. I greatly regret not leasing here in June with Rico, but I will definitely be back here when my lease is up.At my current property, they did not go in thorough detail on what I would be paying a month and did not honor my special AND I didnt get the apartment I was shown. Instead i was moved into a bigger apartment with more rent :( Also I ended paying $50+ on utilities. I wasnt told at my current property I was going to have to pay them.BUT with Rico he made everything very clear on what I would be paying monthly and calculated everything for me and told me that utilities wernt included. Dont even get me started on the managers, super nice ladies and very informative and everyones information added up togther. while the property i stay at currenlty were all different numbers. I will be seeing Urban 19 again next year thats for sure.

Worst apartments ever roaches ,cheap windows, my ceiling breaking and blasing water all over the place ,washers broken, theives everywhere (car got stolen, there was a mushroom growing from our pantry (it was not small btw),overpriced for what we get unbelievable.

I highly recommend Urban 19!!!! Rigo, Lucy and Mayra are amazing, I was impressed with their customer service and their friendliness. I rented a one bedroom, the price and move in special was just right. I got a remodeled unit versus a non remodeled. The apartments are in a great location and near all major highways.

Please do not waste your time moving here!!! You will regret moving here Claudia is so rude! and not professional at all! The whole staff is horrible! maintenance dont repair things on time they take forever to repair things. Dont waste your time trying to do a application here its not worth it! So if I was you I would look somewhere else to move to. Believe me you would thank me later.

Only gave one star because I had to. Trash apartments, can’t wait to move out. Management is rude. Maintenance request are never responded. I went to the office every day for a week about the restroom and they never went to fix it. When I went to the office the last time the manager didn’t even find the report where I request. Parking is terrible very few spaces and they charge a high amount. One day I was cleaning and set a SMALL bag of trash to throw out when I got done. It wasn’t even outside for 30 mins and I got charged $50. Also, the carpet in my room got wet from rain water coming in and when they “fixed it” they left it halfway done with chunks of carpet missing.

Ive been here since the property was deer creek almost 4 years. since the new management has been here it has been nothing but nice customer service. I just signed my 5th lease here after transferring and I was told if I wanted to renew my lease, I would need to get on the properties internet and cable plan that was $90 a month. I was told ahead of time before I needed to put a 60 day notice. So I was given plenty time to decide if I wanted to look for a new apartment or stick it out with Urban 19. Obviously I chose to stay.

This Is My First Apartment,And I Can Say From My Personal Experience They Are People Friendly,They Help You To They Best Ability With Whatever You Are In Need Of.They Keep Up The Apartments Landscape,It’s A Very Pretty Site…The Apartment It Self Have Nice Size Rooms With A Roomie Restrooms,Nice Size Living Room With A Nice Kitchen With A Bar Section.They Also Keep The Pool A Clear Blue Color..

Hi everyone. I have been living here for a year. My experience here has been great. In the office everyone is great and customer service is awesome. I would recommend someone if they wanted to move here. Nice area and I haven’t had any problems.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you value your vehicles stay away from here. My vehicle was towed this morning even tho I had a resident parking permit. I been living here 2 years. I never recieved a notice to come get a new parking permit or anything. I wasnt able to make it to work. And now Im out of $300. This was clearly an error on the apartments part. Because we have been in the office plenty of times to turn in work orders they claim to never receive and not once did they tell us they switched towing companies and we need a new sticker. This is very unfair and i believe the apartments should reimburse me my money because this isnt fair to me as a tenant that had a parking permit. So please if you value you vehicle stay away!!!!

By far the worse place to live! If youre thinking about coming here it must be the only option. They dont care about the residents nor do they fix anything inside the apartments or any problems youre having. Worse mistake of my life! They definitely need new management!

I don’t even know why anyone wants to speak with the manager Leti who is by any means not professional at all. She is rude and your wasting your time. I’ve lived here long enough to know that management has changed 4 times. And each time the parking changes with it. I have so many different stickers on my car and oh they charge you for parking which is automatically included in your rent. My car has been towed even with the sticker. My moms car has been towed a total of 4 times also with the parking permit. Laundry room doesn’t work. We’ve had problems with sewage in the parking lot 3 times that last for weeks without getting fixed. Imagine driving through human fecal everyday and dealing with the smell. Not to mention the trash overflows from the dumpster. Security does nothing but walk around getting cars towed. I had a huge leak in my restroom for months and it didn’t get fixed until 2 months later. They never tell you when your going to be out of hot water. My a/c was out for 3 months I was in the heat. Because maintenance didn’t know how to fix it kept telling me their waiting for a part. I’ve seen the maintenance guys do absolutely nothing but walk around they don’t know good English. It’s infested with roaches so bad you can’t even go a day without them crawling either on you or around you. This place is beyond horrible living conditions. They show people there model apartment which if fraud because not one of these apartments looks like the model. I’ve seen Leti kick people out and throw their stuff outside and yell at the resident. I’ve seen her laugh when a guy passed out on the ground because he was drunk, and then she walked away. The gates are always broken. So anyone can come steal some cars which happens all the time. There’s been crime where many cars were damaged from gunshots. And caution tape was everywhere no one could leave because there was an ivestigation. And not once did the office inform the residents on what happened that day. But I have plenty of videos and photos to show people so they don’t move to this horrible place.

Never moved in . The communication with the property was horrible . Actually the Communication was superb until I paid them . Their favorite line is we will call you back . They will have u waiting around for answers all day while never giving u a call or update on your status . When u constantly call them it’s always we going to call u back or the person u need to talk to is off today. They can keep the 100 I paid . They are so not worth the headache. If they treat you this way before u actually move in imagine how they treat you once your a tenant.

Ok I want to start by saying every apartment complex have their own share of flaws. I will honestly say I love living here. Ever since new management came in everything has gotten better. Now the only thing I dont like is the visitor parking but other then that this a great place to live. Good area and great prices. 👍👍👍

I want to give a special thanks to Rigoberto at urban 19!! Not only was my application process easy and simple, he was very hands on and welcoming! I appreciate the customer service and thankful for my apartment! Nothing went unnoticed and the day of my move went very well. If your looking for a new apartment give Urban 19 a try!

Its sad that i have to even give a star. The bathroom door has rusted off the hinges and is no longer attached, the kitchen light hasnt work in 4 months and now the wall socket almost shocked someone. Maintenance has yet to come out after 4 work orders and dont get me started on the roach problem.

The WORST place I have ever lived in. When we first signed our lease and got a deal that we wouldnt have to pay rent until July. It was May when we signed. In June, I saw our account was charged so I went into the office and asked them about it. The lady said they just needed to manually fix it but Ive worked at a leasing office with the same software that they used and I know that thats not how it works but I was trying to be nice and didnt argue with them. I assumed it was going to be fixed. A few days later there was an eviction notice on my door stating that I had 3 days to move out and that I couldnt fight it. I went into the leasing office and instead of admitting of their mistake the lady told me thats just our way of getting you down here so we could meet you I was absolutely blown away. If that isnt enough for you, theres more. When moving in we said we wanted dark cabinetry and carpeted floors. There was no carpet, the cabinets were painted over and so was the BATHTUB, the AC was also out and they did not fix it until after the weekend and the apartment was scorching hot. A few months into living there the paint was chipping from the bathtub floor. There was also a non stopping leak from the bathroom ceiling. On a rainy day my ceiling started leaking, we made a maintenence request and NEVER got our ceiling fixed. We ended up just moving the bed to avoid getting wet. The people that live there are mostly nasty old men that act as if theyve never seen a woman before. I couldnt even walk outside without being stared down. When it came time to move out (best thing we did was sign a 6 month lease) the leasing agents had the audacity to ask why we were leaving. After moving out I received a final statement from them which said I was only getting back $64 from my deposit. I called them because that apartment was dirty when we received it and if anything left it in better condition than it was given to us. First the lady said it was because we didnt have a contract with them, obviously thats not true. Then, she tried to say that they didnt have to give us all the money back and it was to their discretion as to why they didnt. I informed her that that was illegal, and that my dad is a housing attorney and I could have him give her a call. Then she was a little more cooperative and said she could fix the ledger still not receiving confirmation that I was getting all my money back. Still waiting on the check. If I dont receive all of my money lawyers will be involved and I will call the city to inspect the place because Im positive they are not up to code at all. This place and the people that work there sicken me and I wouldnt wish that living environment on my worst enemy.

If I could give zero stars, I mist definitely would. These apartments are extremely horrible from the staff, to the false signs and etc. . I moved into Deercreek apartments March 10th 2017, very first apartment so of course I was very excited. When I first moved in things were great , the office staff were personable,maintenance was on time , parking was easy , cleanliness was tip top and emergency maintenance line were all about an A+. They were running so great I referred my sister to move in who is also in the mist of currently moving out due to the office staff, failed maintenance requests and towing issues .After my third month the whole management and maintenance staff were gone and the apartments underwent new management causing a shift in the apartments. From that day forward every 2 Months Deercreek Enforced new management and a new set of rules, LITERALLY EVERY 2 MONTHS , a new manager and papers taped to the doors .the managers receive so many complaints and the tenants only can talk to them about them they will not give out the kayak number you have to hunt it down via Facebook it’s ridiculous. I took the risk and broke my lease after they didn’t fix my ac after about 3 weeks, towing my car from my payed for parking spot and having to argue with their contracted tow company which is Benny’s and sons, then in the mist of me packing and moving out the manager at the time unlocked my door and came into my home while I was inside to give a 24 hour move out notice and threatening me that they will put a lock on my door and we hadn’t even went to court yet which was by far one of the many disrespectful things that they’ve done. They run the apartments like a hotel you can’t even be comfortable in your own homes, it’s almost as if they taunt and invade the tenants. I see people moving in in out within a 3 months or less left and right .My mom also stays there and is currently moving out the new manager Leti came into my moms house while she was gone and put a lock on the door, when my mom went to ask why she blamed another staff member whom immediately defended herself saying no it was her. She finally confessed it was her and said that she “ had heard” our lights had been off for 3 days and thought we moved out. Heard from whom??? She also had to go a whole month with no AC , my little brother has bad asthma and has to go to the hospital, it was so hot she had to get a hotel room to sleep comfortably. These apartments are the most unprofessional, manipulative, false advertising, unorganized apartments and team of staff I have ever dealt with. So bad I reached out to the HAA(Houston Apartment Association) They have towed my mom and her companies cars about 6 times from visitor spots .PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT , DO NOT MOVE HERE you won’t be able to live comfortably.

When I moved in probably early April I had to go w/ out AC for about 4 weeks everyday they would tell me it was coming in and they would have it fixed.It took them 4 weeks and when they installed it they said something was wrong with the unit so I had to go without AC for 4 weeks and then wait till they could fix the issue. I remember the hottest it got was about 93. I would have to sleep with the window open! That was the old management fault and the new management is even worse at least the old management would listen now they will cut you off half way through your sentence and give you some BS lies. I moved to Houston for school and I can honestly say after living her for about 7 months this place is terrible you have a better chance of saving up money and getting your own place! I doubt theyll even give me my deposit I dont even care about that anymore reading the reviews from others. The surrounding area is new the people are okay no one bothers you and the parking is the worse I go to work at 5am and then school at 6:30pm so Im never home when you try to look for a parking spot you have to park all the way in the back which is a good walking distance from where my unit is ! You can get towed for any little thing trust me has happened to me twice ! Dont move here plz listen to me. I dont leave reviews on anything at all but I must warn those who dare to try and move in here.

Urban 19 is a great place to live.. its very quiet.. maintenance is very nice.. and the office Mayra and Fernanda are the best.. very understanding when it comes to difficult situations.. they are both good people with good hearts.. I feel very comfortable living here

Hi I recently lived here and I can say The manager Rigo in the front office guys a true blessing he helped my family find a home when no one would accept us . . Never had problems wit maintenance they fix it that day or soon as possible the Apartment complex is real quiet and comes with its own xfinity WiFi and cable I recommended 10x !

I first moved here in August 2017, when I first moved here everything was good. There wasnt a tow truck always preying on your car if there was visitors parking, there was a maintenance request that wasnt answer and fixed properly. But now it is February 2018 and this apartment complex has shifted for the worst. Ive never lived some where , where the apartment monthly community notes are telling you all the new rules theyre are implementing as well as different small threats on different fines and etc. Since Ive lived here its just seem as the apartments are going down hill. Theyve uped their prices on the 1 bd 1 bath lease which is ridiculous because these apartments arent even worth the amount of money I pay them faithfully every month. My apartment has mold in the walls and ceiling areas. My bathroom is completely ruined because they sent a maintenance man to cover a water made hole in the ceiling with plaster. Result in the A/C door filling with water and bursting all over my restroom floor. I have been reporting this to the front office literally every month since October 2017. Still nothing is being done. I just fill that this apartment complex either need new management AGAIN because I feel like Im paying to stay in a hotel and not an apartment. Which definitely sucks when you spend all the money you earn to keep your place of living and this isnt a place of living. Until they can fix their leadership issues along with staffing this apartments will not succeed period. For them to allow you to still have to pay them every month and my apartment literally has mold is straight bogus and shouldnt be tolerated. If your looking for a military style , hotel kinda living space this place definitely makes the cut.Here I am back again for a now more effective and up to date review you guys. These apartments have went down hill. The apartment office now gas a towing company that is stealing your car from your own parking spot. I pay every month 25$ extra to have the parking spot right in front of my apartment. Not only was my parking spot blackout for 4 months & I continously payed no question. But the moment they repainted my parking spot Beny & Son unprofessional towing steal my car as if I did have a reserved parking sticker in my window. By the way today is may 27th it is memorial day weekend and I am now out of a car for my weekend. How convenient?

I get home from work wanting to take a relaxing warm shower, and there’s no hot water! This happens very often and it’s very very fustrating!! ALSO, the the toilet wont flush apropriately at least 3 a week & it’s not only in my apartment it happens in all of the apartments, I say because I once seen reports in the managers desk from different apartments complaining about the same situation.

I just moved in and Im already counting down the days until my lease is up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Words cant describe how bad these apartments are.If I knew how to post a photo of what the actual apartment looks like I would. Dont let the photos they posted fool you. Nothing is renovated, the only thing new we have in our apartment is the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The cabinets in the kitchen and restroom have only been repainted. Looks to me like they paint over the bathtubs too. My bathtub is filled with black mold now. My lease is soon up and I cant wait!!

Well if you want to pay 1000 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath be my guest but these people are horribly unorganized and our apartment wasnt in great shape tried to get out of my lease early but it was gonna cost me about 2000... I know greenspoint. I didnt have an issuse with poeple around us people were nice no issues there but the office is all aboit money and will take yours every chance they get to keep this wreck of a place alive. Theyve been doing contruction for months and months. Got towed once and it cost me 240$. They would go in my apt to do maintenece with out any notice or recognition that they did it. I STRONGLY suggest you go down the street and give someone else a shot everyone has deals and specials this place is not for you.

When i moved in January 2018. Things were going good til months starting passing by staffs and maintaince were starting to slack off on fixing things in the apartments and A.c. went out took them forever to fix. But now with new management and team i gottta say they are very nice and a phone call away to fix your situation om happy to live here just one thing that needs to get fixs is the sidewalks because when it rains it floodes thatd all i ask to get this fix other that me and family are good thank you veronica for all that yiu do

I just moved here 2 months ago and cant wait to move out. Theyve messed with my truck about 5 times already, tried to break in it, knocked the side mirror off. It FLOODS so fast when it rains, even if it doesnt rain that much, its impossible to walk outside without getting your shoes wet. Trash cans ALWAYS overflowing. Theyve got a lot going on, I honestly regret moving here.

The only issue I have is how long it takes maintenance to come to my request. I’m still waiting on a response for my A/C to get fixed. It’s the beginning of the summer and this should be a top priority especially when I send an emergency request with photos.

Never any parking, you have to make sure no one parks in your reserved parking spot that you pay for because theyll sell it to someone else as well... Told us that when we paid for our spot. Roaches everywhere, cant get rid of them because of how disgusting this place is. My tub is leaking and I cant even get anyone to come fix it. TERRIBLE APARTMENTS I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE!

I just moved in and everything has been great so far. They also have so many events for the residents which is awesome because I have small kids and we only have one vehicle so it is very convenient. I really dont want to give a 🌟 at all.since Ive been living here for 2 years all the staff in the front office are rude,they dont care at all they dont even want to listen at all. Well I have problems I already discused with the staff and the came to see only have not came back for a month to fix the problem .my kitchen is falling apart and my floor is lefting. I worry about my kitchen sink is just painted when I moved in but I have a new baby and cant was in my sink cause Im afraid of lead poison to my kids I work in a pediatric office we had some kids that have lead in this area greenspoint. I cant have any family visiting me cause there are no parking spot and for the 2 years I had a resveied parking but this year all changed my parking spot was sold and I didnt even know about itI went to the front off the office and the said oh well its happing to everyone.I guess she didnt want to give me a resveied parking at that time she said since your lease was almost done she said me wait with a teamparry sticker and now that I renew my lease they dont have any more parking spots for sale.I hate now I cant go to the store at 4pm cause you come back no parking spo6are open and Im living in the front gHave too walk all to the last parking close to the outside gate with my 2 kids newborn and a 7 year old.now that we have security they are rude I was walking to my car and he asked me if I lived here and I said yes then he asked me where was I going told him to the store he said to buy beer I said no ok .one of the security lives in this apartment and he is in t- shirt with shorts and sandle smoking. IHope we can do something with the parking spot I have to park sometimes at poppys cause there are no parking spot even in my lease still says Im paying for resveied parking spot. Went by the office to find an apartment to lease for the year and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The leaseing agent Fernanda was very knowledgeable... however my lease was renewed at my home so in a year I will be coming back.

This place doesnt even deserves a one star to begin with. Lot of crime and teens always doing drugs outside the apartments. My family is been robbed several times there and security out f sight as usual. Right after getting robbed and be threatening my family decided to leave for our safety. But guess what!?! right after leaving we got a lawsuit for leaving. That tells everyone how bad this place is and how the administration dont even care for the safety of their residents.

Not a good area to live cheap toilets dont flush kids running all over the place. Trash all over never get a parking spot people dont like any type of people but there own living there and easy to be broken into and robbed bad area.

They keep cutting the water off without notice almost every other day. The want you to keep your BBQ pit stored inside your apartment. So when i come home all i see is a big grill in the corner of my living room because there isnt any space nor closet in my apartment bedroom to put it.

If you decide to shop here, definitely ask for specialist Rigo. He help us move-in in no time, and the specials are always affordable. Decent location so -1 star but everything about living here has impressed me so far.

My family and I had lost our home a couple months ago due to bad weather. We lost everything! My wife and me had been looking for a place safe enough for us to live and of course at a low price. It took weeks of looking around till we found deer creek and were very content.

Ok these apartments are not fair my car was towed at my expense but the parking lot is tricky here the management is full of Bs so be careful when you park they dont have the lot label were you can see at night time were I parked I bearly can see the numbers thats label in the daytime so if your thinking about living here have your tow money together your going to need it ottice and record truck company is going to get you I wish I could put a pic of what happened to me but they will not allow me to do so .

I am very happy to have lived in the urban 19 apartment complex I had my contract for 1 year and we had no problems with the maintenance and administration service, miss mayra and lucy were very kind from the first day of my arrival to request an apartment I hope that the new residents can enjoy the facilities as it was with me....

I Went in a few weeks back too see what the rates were and viewed an apartment... The staff is really nice nice clean respectful... But the apartments were crazy when me and my husband went too see how it is at different times of the day... For one there were about 20-30 unaccompanied minors running around the apartments at night and during daytime screaming fighting playing.. There were people hanging around outside smoking marijuana on patios & stair case loud music at 9pm we seen men hanging out in the parking lot.. We spoke to a lady that lives there she said she been there 4 years and did not recommended the apartments due too maintenance and out of control noise level she said every time she renewed her lease they increase her rent but dont paint or change her flooring dont do regular inspections for mold and she said they had an enormous amout of illegal aliens living there that drank all night music loud (which my husband and I seen) and she said its always crazy with the parking that no one gets their own parking spot and due too the overcrowded illegals living 2-3families in one apartment its a very very busy complex.. And trashy we seen so much trash shopping carts toys kids left out..they also had construction work going on.. dirt and trees everywhere And children playing on the trees and machinery they left parked in the parking lot.. (it was night) Hopefully legal.. @cityofhouston needs too make sure they are up too code cause there is alot going on there.. The apartment they showed me was at the front of the complex hidden from the madness.. It was beautiful actually.. But after what my husband and i heard and seen NO way we can live here the lady said alot of the immigrants used fake papers too get apartments there.. I think all these things are unacceptable.. And illegal.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

So Ive moved here on September 1st of 2015And Thankfully we are almost up with my least counting down the days, cause for 1 the staff are rediculously rude , non caring , un professional, when things break , all they do is put a band aid on the fix and the the fix gets broken again over and over , easy to get robbed and cars get broke into , trash is always over flowing and thrown every where in the parking lot , nobody gets fined , cameras doesnt work , probably dummy cameras, when my car got broke into nobody couldnt help me , I took it as a lost , a bunch of drug activity going on , always drug bags laying around , empty beer cans , in the grass , sidewalks , parking lot , in clear sight , the staff likes to fight pysically , and doesnt get fired especially the pretend no speaking English, Spanish blonde , gates are always broken , so therefore easy access for anyone to drive through , washer and dryers always take your money , Ive walked to every conner to do laundry in the complex and they all nun fictional, take your money , luckily theres a number you can call to get your money back,The website and plamets say, pool, and ect but pool will NEVER WORK until they actually go by city code and make the gate higher so therfore that shouldnt be on the remadies , fooling customers, they send out letters for amounts owed and its always different numbers , systems dont even work , so therefore staff just makes up numbers , for you to pay unless you know your math , you wont get screwed.... for example sends my friend a notice for amount owed , she didnt know why that random amount was even processed , and then sends her neighbor a notice for an Ramdon amount and my neighbors rent was up to date , so they both didnt pay that random amount and they never got a notice of that amount again , so another words , due to systems not working , they dont know whats up to date or not just go by a lil paper notebook and send out random notices to people they think or pick and choose who, parking lot is always full , cab never find a spot after 5, or you have to park way on a other side , they have reserved parking you pay an extra fee, but every time I ask for one theres no spots supposedly, maybe if they would stop trying to scam people and make money off reserved parking there would be extra parking cause those reserved parking spots , stay empty and if you park in one your car is gone , even if the reserved parking belongs to one one , but park in a handy cap spot , youll see your car tomorrow Morning, even though it has no sign of handy cap once so ever , ... WROST APPARTMENTS EVER AND THE STAFF ALSOPLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE , THANKS

I AM SEEKING A FULL REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT DUE TO THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE APARTMENT, AND AN APOLOGY FROM THE LEASING STAFF FOR THERE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND HARRASSIING BEHAVIOR. Urban 19, an excellent option to live, my one-year stay I can assure you that it is peaceful and relaxed. I never had a problem of any kind. The gates always closed. A very nice, clean and quiet place. And Miss Gina is always attentive from the day I arrive there, the manager Claudia is the same, very helpful,Any detail that arises is fixed immediately! I would definitely rent at Urban 19 again, 100% recommended 👌

It is a beautiful residential complex, the manager and the advisors are very kind and cordial! The best decision to live comfortably in Houston!

My experience was really very bad, the manager is a woman who does not know how to treat people with an arrogant attitude, and with her tangles she steals from you, I recommend reading the Contract carefully, everyone does what they want, and the neighbors are the latest.

My worst experience was coming here, they towed my car due to a mistake on their part, they gave me the wrong license plate number and 3 months later they towed it and they pretend that they are not the ones to blame, what a shame and a lack of professionalism. I even gave them the photo of my license plate and they hold you responsible but you fall behind on your rent and they almost knock on your door knocking as if you were a criminal but when they make the mistake nothing is solved...

I lived here for six months from July 2017 to January 2018. My opinion is terrible, starting with the fact that the apartment had a tremendous stench of cigarette smoke when I started living, I had to buy I dont know what quantity and how many types of air fresheners to try to hide it, from one moment to the next I dont know where an unbearable amount of cockroaches started coming out. One or two times it was the pest control guy and it seems like it didnt do anything, I was crazy. When my contract expired to leave, I didnt do it before because the contract was in the name of another person and I didnt want to harm him.But apart from all that, what bothered me the most were the managers, they are terrible, they only have a nice smile when you go to rent, when they already have you hooked they transform, when you go to the office what you tell them goes in one ear and comes out in the other, we in particular were never late with a rent payment, we were always punctual and in the end due to bad information they almost made us pay the next month because we were no longer going to be there, they have no consideration for Nobody, they dont have human quality, they look at people over their shoulder, you enter the office and they dont even look up to say a simple good morning, education and good treatment have nothing to do with social position or the type of job you have.The rent is very expensive there too and we left the apartment clean and not a call to return at least part of the down payment.Oh another thing, the bathroom is terrible, even the bathroom rate is paint on paint and more paint, like old with rouge, as well as the situation of the bathtub, it is true, business is business, but gentlemen, from time to time they change, even if it is that, I am not saying that every year, but I am sure that the bathtub and bathroom rate are from the 1st century BC.I in particular and based on my experience do not recommend it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to come live here! Terrible attention to the resident and the worst maintenance. Im 3 months old and since I moved they havent done anything, I have to do everything on my account because you call today and theyll send you to fix it within a month. We struggle to find parking because there is no longer one and you practically have to park.

Very unpleasant place... I managed to live only 3 months in that place and to be honest they are disgusting. The bathrooms are a dump like they dont maintain it or I dont know whats up because all the paint is falling off, the tub is painted with white paint and all the paint is being thrown away and apart from that, once I was in the bathroom I really dont know where the hell a rat appeared from... I dont recommend that you live here...

The ones in the office are very rude and false because of apartments that are not even worth living in. They deny it to you to charge you a deposit as soon as I was in the office, great things are happening in life, you cannot be so arrogant.

Its a disgusting apartment. Ive been here for 7 months and my stove always breaks down on the grills and I call them to fix it and they dont come and I already told them that I want them to change it and they say that they have to do with the first one but they dont even come and there are a lot of cockroaches and my bathroom tub is peeled off and the bathroom lid is all dirty. It sucks, I want to sue them because they are not fulfilling their obligations.

These people in the office are not organized, I was paying reserved parking and I was paying for it and the jealous lady who is in the office gave it to someone else, sorry and they gave me an apartment first and they left a bucket of water on top of the bathtub.
