Last year, October of 2024, from Los Angeles California, Me and my husband came to visit a family in Houston. My brother encouraged us to try and rent a house to see how we like Texas. I recommend Adam hands down. He was the best lender I have ever worked with! This was not my first home purchase, but it is my “forever home” so needless to say, I was going to do my due deligence. Adam was the first lender I spoke to when I started the process and I was very up front that I would be shopping around. Where to begin... So prior to working with Adam my wife and I worked with 3 other lenders. Now, this whole situation now-a-days can be very tricky.
