First off I would like to say I love my home. We are first time home buyers and our experience was not bad at all thanks to Mayra and Mr. E. Mr. E was patient and promised to help us find the perfect home in which he did he even offered to help us out with the closing costs which helped TREMENDOUSLY!Most of my on the phone contact was with Ms. Mayra who is just a DREAM she helped in every way possible even when I started to stress about the seller she made sure things worked out. She was very attentive to our needs and let us know what we needed to do as far as our credit to get us the best interest rate. My first home buying journey has been one that was very impactful, to say the least. Mayra was persistent, strong willed, dedicated and a closer. Although there were many things I’d wish would have been handled differently, this does not minimize the fact that ERO Lending got it done. Mayra never lost hope throughout the process, even when it did not seem promising. For this and many other reasons, she deserves this review.

Let me start by saying had we not found Ero Lending sign onside the freeway we would not be in our home today. Mr.E and his team are beyond magnificent. Mr.E became our big brother. He would not let us call into his office sounding down or depressed. DO NOT USE THEM!!!You will waste months. They drag their feet & when you finally hit your boiling point, they send threats!I have so many emails I could post showing the disrespect and attitude. They are SO unprofessional.Mayra is filled with excuses and very very unhelpful. She didnt know any answers to our questions. Took forever to respond and almost made us loose our dream lot.They make you pay fees without notice and make you jump through unnecessary hoops.Really wish we didnt waste months with this company and I urge pray no one else goes through what we did. When I first contacted Ero Lending and spoke to Mayra, she said that they could work with my situation and help me to overcome my obstacles to become a homeowner. After being told no in the past it was hard for me to believe her. On my first visit to the office after filling out paperwork, Mr. Emmanuel said that I was approved. I immediately started crying being so overwhelmed with excitement. He said if you do what I say you will become a homeowner. I followed his directions and did what he told me to do. Worst place to go-Please DO NOT give this company any business!!! All they want is your money. We had the similar situation. We gave money for house we didnt even have!!!! Scam artist at its best. It was also very difficult for us to get Emmanuel or someone on the phone. If I did get someone, Emmanuel was never in the office, we would leave messages and on top of that they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We would get a phone call after hours. Obviously, we lost about $1,550 dollars. This company never had OUR best interest at heart, He even decided to scream at me on the phone saying that he could drop the loan if he wanted to because he didnt care. Mr. Emmanuel helped me and my boyfriend purchase a home in 2017. Everything was going well at first he was showing us house and then all of a sudden he brings in another person to start showing us houses. The other person was Hyman Lemons we finally found a house we like and gave a notice at our previous place for moving out well that day didnt come till the following month so with that happening Mr. Lemons promised to help us out with $500 for the inconvenience and Mr. Emmanuel promised to help us out with $800 which we would of recieved a check when we closed on the house. On October 13, 2019 it will be 2 years since we closed on the house and havent seen any money that was promised to us. I been contacting them for all this time and they reply when the feel like it. Ive sent emails to Mr. Emmanuel his business partner and to Mr. Lemons and still have no response to where the check is at. So with that being said I do not recommend for you to get into a business contract with this company. As of today I have no explanation regarding the check according to an email that was sent to me by Mr. Emmanuels business partner they should of gotten in contact with me at the end of February because thats when they would know something here we are going into August and still no response. This is not a way to conduct business we were very dissatisfied with this experience.

If I can give more than five stars I would. Mayra and Emmanuel are God sent. The whole process was so smooth. I love how they are so involved from beginning to the end. I recommend them over and over. Wonderful experience

Been applying with different lenders since 2018 and alot of them tried low balling me finally came across ERO lending with Mr. E and boy I tell you the first time I applied he approved me for a way higher amount📈 then the other lenders were thats how I knew the other lenders were low balling me 🙃. Everytime i called Mr E was always very attentive and picked up the phone or called me back shortly and always made sure everything was in order he reminds me of the dudes from the movie cool runnings always good vibes from him and the rest of the staff was just as great ! Ceondra was so quick to process my paperwork and also Mayra made sure I got the best rates for everything..my interest rate was superlow❗ everyone that came across my paperwork said wow thats a good good interest rate just a couple days ago I closed on my house it took 28 days! Me and my family are so grateful it took 2 yrs to get this because of the other sorry lenders I came across. THANKS A MILLION TO THE WHOLE ERO LENDING STAFF!

I DO NOT recommend using this mortgage broker!! Unprofessional and lacks communication. Every time I called to get an update on my clients loan, they are either out to lunch (really at 2:45pm??) or with a client AND my phone calls/messages were never returned...ever (I left approximately 5-6 messages in one week and not one call back!)! I could barely get an email response, unless I ccd other professionals involved with the transaction (seller, title, etc.) When issues arose, the loan processor was quick to blame others and does not take any responsibility.They also tried to rip off my Veteran client by making them pay for the appraisal upfront, and then charging them again at closing! My clients never received the correct final closing disclosure until the day of closing so I made sure I thoroughly reviewed the disclosure for the credit before they signed it and no credit was indicated for the appraisal paid in advance. When it was questioned, they claimed they did not have a record of him paying for the appraisal upfront, but fortunately, my client kept the receipt.DO NOT USE this mortgage broker!HOMEBUYERS- contact a licensed Realtor to recommend reputable and credible mortgage lenders we have worked with before and had amazing service with!REALTORS-, DO NOT RECOMMEND this mortgage broker to your clients. The only reason they got one star is because my clients did finally get approved after an exhausting chase with them in follow ups also doesnt allow for no stars or 1/2 a star!

I have to say that Ceondra Simonton and Mr. Emanuel are the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!!!! This company goes way far and beyond for their clients!!!! My children and myself are having the best Christmas thus far!!! Let me tell you how the process is for this company, You will have to pay for a credit report thats $20.00 be told that you are approved, and you will need to present all documents, and never be called again. Emmanuel will go MIA and you will never hear from him again. please dont go to this man for a loan! All this is a scam! This man is a manipulator and a liar! This by far has to be the most unprofessional Company I have ever dealt with in my life. Mr. Emmanuel is impossible to get a hold of and the secretary’s are no help, I for weeks tried to work with their staff but they are very unprepared and will not find solutions to try and accommodate clients, I for 3 weeks continuously sent them my files over and over again, I even tried to come in the office and they will turn you away and say appointment only. They will charge your $20 to run a credit report and close out your file on purpose to charge you the fee again. DO NOT SEEK THIS COMPANY FOR A LOAN. They are not for the clients and just another lending company to give the others a bad rep. This guy is a scam artist and will be reporting to the BBB.
