Rich is the best there is, period! If he cant close your loan, nobody can. His office is fantastic. They never give you the run around, answer their phones with real people, are efficient in processing your loan, and are extremely competitive with their rates. Plus, unlike other places, they dont burden you with hidden fees. Ive used him for years and would recommend that everyone else do the same. Rich was excellent from start to finish. Very thorough and did a good job getting me the best deal possible. If you get a chance, read his book. It has a ton of information. There are a lot of hidden gems in Houston that we were not aware of until we looked at the back recommendations. Although this part is fairly specific to the Houston market, the rest of the book can be applied in any market.
