If you’re a veteran using a VA loan, I DO NOT recommend using Loan Factory. They will not know all the processes needed to represent you well. We had a disappointing experience with them as they often told us information that was inaccurate about VA loans. It got to the point where we had to involve the Department of Veteran Affairs to help advocate for us.Please do yourself a favor and get a broker that is experienced in VA and not just trying to get a commission.

I am having a very bad experience from loan factory. They have been working on my loan for almost two months now and still can not give me a date when they can close. Today they ask for another 3 weeks but still not sure if they can close, when any loan can be closed within 3-4 weeks. Manager Dinh is always unreachable and doing noting. I am going to lose my house and lots of money because of this company. Please do not use this company for any kind of loan. I will keep writing this review if I can help anyone.

Great service!! I started contacting Loan Factory to refinance my house, got in contact with Cuong (Tony) To to get started on the process. Then I started working closely with Hien (Lucy) Ton as my primary contact on my case. Hien was extremely on point, responsive and great in communication (working after business hour and on weekends). Most of the paperwork was done online, quick and easy. It only took me two phone conversations with Hien to know exactly where things are in the process and what left to be done.Once all paperwork in place, it took ~2 weeks to close, with a 2.625% interest rate. Hien also helped push my closing cost even lower pretty much one day prior to closing. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Hien!
