I’ve been a customer for several years. I feel the agents always work to find the best solution for my needs and a special shout out to Michelle Villanueva! Yesterday I called her about auto insurance and I got over $500 back in my pocket. She gets the job done!

My home insurance for next year significant increase in the original premium, I opted to transition to a different home insurance provider, one with which I had prior familiarity. I communicated my decision to Jeannalyn T, seeking her assistance in verifying my eligibility for the new policy. During our correspondence, I emphasized the necessity of preventing overlapping payments since my existing policy remained active.Initially, Jeannalyn expressed her willingness to assist and requested my payment information to facilitate the transition. However, instead of verifying my eligibility for the new coverage, she prematurely executed a bank withdrawal for the new policy 18 days before the expiration of the original policy. This misrepresentation disrupted my financial arrangements and created substantial complications in my account management.Despite multiple attempts to reach out for additional support to address these issues, I regrettably received no response from Jeannalyn.Although, the financial disruptions that arosed, I am still thanks that Jeannalyn.T responded to me and made her best effort to resolve the policy overlapping payment issue to gain my trust to stay with priority insurance company.

Do your self a favor, shop your own insurance this brokers don’t care about you!!Thank you Ms Darsi & Mr Patrick now I’m stuck paying 250$ extra a month on my mortgage payment. 😡😡

I sent an email with details to Vhel to call me the next day. I did not receive a call. I called and the person who answered the phone kept asking me questions at Vhel’s request and sent Vhel answers. Finally, I was left on hold for 1.5 hours and I hang up and called again, that was when Patrick answered and was very helpful.

Annie L. is extremely competent insurance agent you can have. She will not stop until she resolves the issue she is trying to achieve for client and continuously searching for better quote. She is polite, professional, knowledgeable of industry and you can rely on her to resolve what you have asked for and come up with better results.

After several times waiting on responses about my cancellation, I finally called back and talked to Luis. After dealing with several agents, he was the only one who took the time to explained what happened with the entire situation. He answered ever question and allowed me to respond as needed. I was totally satisfied with Luis support, efforts and time he spent with me. Very professional, and could teach a few more agents there about work ethics.

Thank goodness for this company! Since the market inflation, most main insurance companies want more than an arm and a leg now. I had to find something more suitable/affordable for my life needs and still get my home and vehicles covered. I was referred to Priority from a family friend, so I called and let them know I was looking to get a lower quote for my house. And man oh man, if only I came here sooner! Issa and America were both very diligent and knowledgeable and really helped me get the price that I can afford. They were patient enough to look up the best prices, and even let me know what kind of coverages that I would need and what was not necessary. I got everything finalized and switched over in less than a week! I have been waiting over a whole month to see if everything was done correctly before I gave them some credit and everything met my expectations!!! I called once on Thursday for car & home insurance quote. The agent on the phone insisted that she’ll text me to request for infos. That never happened.Called again on Friday, this time the agent on the phone promises I’ll receive an email with the quotes and a call from a sales rep. Well.. that didn’t happen either.Horrible experience and awful service. Big mistake on my end to even give them a call, not once, but twice. A complete waste of time.

Our homeowners insurance is due in 2 weeks and the company has refused to get in touch with us despite several calls where were are promised call backs from an alleged Juanu who has been in meetings and out for lunch each time we call. No call backs. The company didnt care that we would potentially have a lapse of policy and face consequences. Lucky we were clever enough to source our own insurance and on time. Beware.

Terrible service, their representative by the name of Issa is worthless, she kept on giving me the run around for two weeks without getting my policy written up, even after I told her it did not take two weeks to get a confirmation of coverage by the insurer underwriting the policy. She avoids answering the phone or fails to even send an email with updates, she is a waste of time and money for the owner or manager of that branch office. I would like to get a call from the owner and or office manager to really express my feelings in regards to the poor performance of their employee.

Worst brokerage I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, it is almost as if nobody in the office knows how the insurance industry works. I have been an agent for over 7 years the three words I would use to describe this place is unprofessional, and dont bother. If you are with them I recommend finding literally anyone else to do your policy.

I have been dealing with this company for the last 5 years, they were very good to me all that time, I even sent them a bunch of customers for homeowners policies. Recently I needed to cancel mine because of the prices spikes and found a lower price at State Farm. Well they simply forgot to cancel my policy, my agent couldnt even talk to me or send me an email to offer an apology, I spoke with another lady today, she sounded more like a manager, but even this lady couldnt even offer a simple apology, totally unacceptable.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 100 I would! I have been dealing with these people since I bought my home in November 2021. They have done nothing but SCREW things up and its always someone elses fault. The last thing they told me was that my policy was to be renovated in September bc it ran from September 21 to September 22... Um excuse me but I didnt even have a policy with you in September. Then she didnt even know what to say but Im sorry I was looking at something else. They are HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Very unprofessional. They do not return your calls at all. I have my home ins there and they were quick to charge me for two ins policies without me knowing. When I asked for my refund they said it would take 4 weeks for processes I was like ok that’s fine. It’s been like 10 weeks now and when I asked about the refund status they act as if they don’t know what I’m talking about. They keep telling me oh sorry the girl that is handling it is not here right now. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and it was easier for them to hang up on me rather then helping me of course. Definitely looking for a new agent.

I don’t know what to say but thank you for saving me $420 just on my home insurance alone! Loc did an amazing job to go coverages with me until I was comfortable making the decision. Priority offers so many different insurance companies to compare ; it saved me so much time to shop with other companies. Thank you!

If I could give this company a no star I would. They dont return you call . Agent Karla M. sent me an half incomplete quote with out comparing my current policy. she left things out. of the quote. on march 24 day I called her and she was not there. She left work early. I email her the same day and asked her to call me and left my number to call me. As of march 26th I still have not received a call from her to discuss this poor quote that she provided. She put a great effort in providing poor customer service.

I have been with priority insurance for 3 years. They always remind me when its up for payment and follow up with me on my policy in details. Mercury one day sent me a notice of cancellation due to missing paperwork and I just blame them for cancel my insurance. Priority helped me to find a quote in replace and guess what, it is more affordable than Mercury. highly recommend anyone to come see my personal agent Mrs. Maria or Ms. Anh. They are awesome!

Simply Horrible!! Worse customer service I have had. I have talked to every single person at this agency and not one of them has been helpful. They never return calls and/or emails. Phones calls I can understand they can get away with not returning, but emails? I hope they know that with emails there is a record of when the email was sent and how many times it was sent before they have the decency of replying to one single email. You have one job! Is not to let customers policy cancel!The worst customer service and THEY LET MY POLICY CANCEL!After several phone calls before the cancellation date to get me a new quote and after several promises to call me back my policy cancelled.Sonia is probably the WORST insurance agent that I have met and she needs to fire her entire staff they are not worth the chair they sit on.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This insurance agency sold a policy to someone who hit me , their insured had no business driving and when I filed a claim , both the agency and encompass insurance have been giving me the runaround. One day they will tell me they will email declararon page and next day they don’t know what I’m talking about. I’m starting to believe that it’s a scam.

Absolute joke of a company. They said I denied an inspection and canceled my policy. Never denied anything. I better be getting a full refund. I wish there was a zero star option.

Email them to enroll monthly payment plan, agent did not read the email and charged full amount. When I asked for refund they said it will take 3-4 day, it turns out more than 15 days, don’t believe what they say.

Good place to get insurance for many years but people need to choose a better insurance company and don’t go with small or bad companies like Progressive(no email, mail or phone call asking for new renewal just auto renewal you. Allstate(agent disappeared and her number no longer in service with my deductible money - plus they’re also put it you are at fault in the record). I rarely writing review nowadays but when I do it must be that bad.

Ms. Bui saved me around $300 annually from switching over. She made sure to respond back to me as promised. The staff is quick and definitely friendly. Would recommend them for your insurance.

They sent the wrong quote to me to send to title company. Title company paid the 450 quote received for windstorm insurance. 3 months later I get a letter in the mail saying my policy was never active because the policy wasnt paid in full. I talked to agent and she said the quote should have been for 450. It was supposed to be for 900. I had to call my title company and get a copy of the quote sent to them for windstorm and sent it to my insurance agent. She then admitted it was their screw up and they would cover the other half of the quote to make up for time I wasnt covered and because it was their mistake. One year later, it still isnt resolved

In short, please work with another company for car insurance policies. The only reason they got a 2 instead of 1 star is because they are nice and did apologize for mishandling my account.

Worse customer service,last 4 years I gave my information to Kim Ha to quote for two cars insurance,she promised to call me back but she never returned calls.And now just last three weeks i called to see customer service and then he transferred me to see Kim Ha again,after she got my information she said will call me back about three days,but waited over one week still didnt call.I am very disappointed with their customer service,two days ago i sent email to the owner Johnny Tran for two times he still didnt reply to me anything.

When snowstorm hit and I called/emailed the agents for help repeatedly , they never bothered to respond. The real test for insurance agents is in terms of crisis and they have failed miserably. Not going through them again. Learnt my lesson

This place sucks! Stand clear.... They quoted me and bind a policy and didnt notify me that universal canceled the policy. We were left uncovered for 28 days at the fault of priority.You scum bags! I give this place a zero as they will lie to you. Go elsewhere!
