Had an amazing experience with priority investor loans! They were recommended to me by my realtor for my First investment property. Jonathan Layton took great care of me and not only walked me through how the whole process was going to go and what to expect but actually walked the property with me and gave me some investing tips which helped a lot to have that kind of support and encouragement. He closed on the deal in less then 10 days after I first talked to him, I was amazed I was worried the deal might fall through but everyone at Priority investor loans worked hard to ensure we could close on time for my deal. Another thing I really liked about them was their competitive rate and even better no down payment option which leaves me with more capital for more deals and extra reserves! Awesome for low money down opportunities! Defiantly will be working with them again on my next flip or Brrrr property.

My transaction was a bit complex and we needed to close asap, day prior to thanksgiving. My business partner and I were purchasing 3 separate properties under 3 of our separate Entities with two different sellers all under one contract. Let me just say Argee and Valeria provided top-notch service this duo exceeded my expectations they were efficient and responsive every step of the way. They both had an eye for detail and highly knowledgeable. Let’s just say this will be my first of many deals with them.

Argee is the best at what she does and pays attention to all the details throughout the deal. Her communication skills are top-tier, and she always sends updates throughout all stages. We have to agree with the other comments regarding Argee Jarquez. By far the rudest and most arrogant person we have ever worked with In over 30 years of investing. She is the cancer within this organization and as investors we have discouraged many of our friends from using Priority Investor Loans because of this very reason. As soon as they dispose of her services the place will be a lot better establishment to do business. We used them for a good amount of time but we took all our business elsewhere because of her and Jessica.Our advise, shop around. There’s many more professional companies that doesn’t have this rude woman working there.

Argee is the absolute best! Dont know what I would do without that girl. She treats us like family and will go out of her way everytime to make our transaction perfect, even though we are difficult people to work with she has been nothing but patient with us. 5 star all the way!!!

Jonathan is the man. Walked through my commercial deal on our first call and he gave me a good idea of cost and timeline. The transparency was a huge bonus for me and we were able to get everything done in a condensed timeframe as my due diligence period was about halfway through. These guys are professional and I cant recommend them enough. Deal closed in November 2021 in Odessa, TX.

These guys are a life saver. After being let down by a lender that promised me the world then pulled at the last minute. Jon from Priority investors came in & made the deal happen in less then a week. I would have lost $10k I’m earnest money if it wasn’t for these guys funding my deal. Words can’t explain how happy I am with them. Not going lie I was scared at first because my last lender promised to make the deal happen before pulling away days before closing then Jon said he definitely could do it. But unlike the last lender actually kept his promise & closed the deal ASAP. I can’t wait to work with them on my next deal. Which hopefully is very soon, if possible. By the way I am a first time investor so it wasn’t easy to get approved from other lenders because of that exact reason. No one wanted to work with a first time investor even though the property was a steal for the price & I had a lot of funds for down payment but the buyer (me) being a first time investor was not something others wanted to deal with. Again, these guys are amazing.

Worst experience I ever had. Argee is very unprofessional. I attempted to resolve an issue with her and stepped away because of her tone and unprofessionalism and as I came back I heard her speaking unkindly for lack of better words. Chad Collins took my investment deal seriously. I was overly frustrated at the lack of attention from another lender so I fired them and called Chad Collins. He stayed on top of things right away. Called me, provided updates, coordinated documents with realty and Title and gave me the utmost attention and helped me hurdle challenges that arose. If I can give Chad more than 5 stars I would. And what can I say about Argee Jaquez - phenomenal service. Phenomenal commitment to see my deal close. Phenomenal attention to detail. Phenomenal dedication even in the midst of challenges with closing. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with John and his team . When he said we were going to close we sure did ! It was super fast and they made the process as smooth as possible. We had been trying to close with another lender but our closing kept being pushed back and then John came in and helped out and made it happen for us ! Thank you so so much! Priority investor loans and Jack the investment officer helped me purchase two homes and rent them out. They explained everything I had questions on and even helped me find homes in my budget. Horrible lending company.Funded 3 days late, gave every excuse in the book and gave me a ton of attitude when asking why loan isnt funded. Never will use again
