Although Angelo has a talented team, he communicated directly with me and expedited my questions to be addressed promptly. A notary was scheduled and arrived in the convenience of my home for the signing. Monthly statements are sent, with graphs showing exactly where your payment is portioned out. Auto pay was easy to set up and worked flawlessly. I have only positive regards for Angelo Christian. So far so good. I was approved for a loan in about an hour and received my pre-approval letter a couple days later. I tried a local lender and was denied. Now Im in the process of making an offer on a house for my family. I will update my review after I close on my house. As of right now I would highly recommend Angelo. Update: I finally closed on my house. It was a little slow at first and our closing got delayed. But 6 days later we finally closed on our house. I’m a satisfied customer. And now I’m a homeowner thanks to Angelo Christian.

Avoid at all costs, shady business practice. Angelo Christian Mortgage works with one lender known as NorthPointe Bank out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I started the process of applying for home loan and working with Allyson Redd. After providing all documents and form of identification Ms. Redd just up and disappeared, I tried contacting through email and her cell number and was being avoided at all costs. Tried again a month later after trying for up to 4 weeks and was greeted by a unknown individual stating Ms. Redd was out due to covid. I can not say if Ms Redd had covid or not but all this process was started in May of 2022, it is now May 2023 and still nothing. Ive been a bug to NorthPointe and no response or anyone unwilling to help out. Ive also reached out to Angelo several times via text, facebook, messenger to see how we can remedy the situation and Im greeted the same way as NorthPointe with no response. I have now lost out on 2 different opportunities to purchase a home and have had to purchase I.D. protection due to individuals taking all my personal information. As stated before avoid Angelo Christian at all costs!!!!! I think there seems to be some sort of identity information ring going on and youll be left on edge worrying about your personal information being in the hands of unknown individuals. I have also asked State Attorney Generals in the States of Texas and State of Michigan to investigate both companies for unscrupulous business practices.

Thus far, my experience with working with Angelo Christian Mortgage has been great! There is constant communication to keep me informed about the entire process, they continue to work tirelessly to help me moving towards owning my home, and I feel very fortunate to have found them to help myself and my family settle into our new home. Angelo says that they close deals fast but the truth 30-45 days isn’t fast and on top of everything else his loan officers do not provide updates and their processing times are very very slow. You’re basically in the dark, there’s no communication or sense of urgency which is surprising because normally loan officers are very efficient and speedy. I would think twice about this company ... then think again. No. a Lack of communication and updates is a huge problem for them. A home purchase is one of the biggest purchases most of us will ever do , it can be very stressful. Updates and communication isn’t to much to ask. I did not choose to use your company due to the lack of communication from the start. My loan was secures through my local credit union.Not asking for short cuts, as fast as you responded to this review that same speed could have been used at the onset of my application process. I see the trend is to say you are not in the system as a customer when they don’t deliver.THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I’m at awe of how terrible the process was and I’m pretty seasoned when it comes to the loan process. The “REVIEWS” are not remotely close to how my experience was with Angelo and his team. The only bright spot throughout the transaction was Jessica the processor.I submitted loan apps with 2 lenders that were local with excellent reviews. Once I told Angelo the other Lender had better pricing he immediately called saying me he had UW approval, I was completely solid borrower and he would match fees from other lender. I trusted his word. He ended up dragging out the responding to my numerous questions on pricing until the end where it was to late to switch lenders without losing the home. Because of the delays the seller demanded an additional 5k which I had to pay out of pocket.Because of my experience with the process I already knew what would be needed. Typically a LO plays offense. Angelo and his team were always in defense.SPOKE TO THE ANGELO over the phone maybe twice during the entire process. Never did he call or even email an apology for the delays or offer any resolutions. And if I didn’t call or email I would never hear anything regarding the file.I did finally close..... but it was definitely well short of a 5 star experience/ rating!

In 2018 Angelo Christians mortgage company helped me and my family get and FHA Mortgage with down payment assistance. I would suggest going somewhere else. These guys spent a year attempting to finance me. Got to the point of talking to the corporate lady through email and phone if you could get ahold of her. The gentleman assigned as my agent bailed on it for personal reasons. The owner angelo was supposedly fired as per the corporate lady. They took my money did not close the VA loan. Left them contacted a local mortgage and 30 days later was closed. The one who left the 1 star review named best friend was telling the truth. Beware of them. I am sure the owner will post I am not a real customer but I still have all the emails to show the facts. So bewareEdit to response. I can provide all of the emails from your company. Would you like to see them? And tge text messages between yourself and I?

I watched Angelos YouTube videos and thought “here’s a man that knows his business” and while that may be true, being an expert without taking action is pointless. We wasted 3 months of time dealing with your team. Your office must be filled with our documents because we had to send the same docs over and over again. Here’s something you might want to look into? Get a file cabinet and hire someone just to file everyone’s important docs. Three months of a waste of time and a run around. I’m not calling anyone out because at the end of the day you Mr Angelo own the company. Here’s something else you might want to consider. Put more time in helping those who called you and not the people you pawn us on. We can all find local loan officers and mortgage companies but we thought you would be the one helping. If anyone is trying to get a house and you can wait 5 years to close then call Angelo. If you need to get the home within a month go to someone else.

They will approve you for a hard money loan but they’re like all the other lenders if not worse, with 13% interest rates & 13% commission fees! Angelo talks like he can really help you on YouTube but he passes you off to an uneducated loan “agent” who doesn’t take the time to hear the game plan because they really don’t truly understand the business like Angelo “might” so they stop listening after hearing certain things because they only want their commision for the HMLs. For starters I submitted application my mortgage loan and within a couple of Angelo called me personally to start my journey to buying our families dream home. We relocated from oregon to texas and knew we needed an expert on our side. we didnt have perfect credit far from it but with the sale of our last home we were on a path of recovery by paying off all our debt. At first Angelo gave us options due to our lower credit score, we both decided since time was on our side we could wait for the credit bureaus to report our debt being paid and get better rate. Being patient is a must to get what you want. Asem was my point of contact, he was amazing he was there from start to finish and was always available for my calls, or would respond in a timely manner. I did have very similar experience like one star review having to send the same documents over and over. I actually had one associate have me send proof of a wire transfer even after i highlighted on my bank statement. I literally had to send a screen shot and cc angelo for them to see it. So, is there room for improvement, absolutely I feel like no body is perfect but we an always try and improve. At the end of the day my family is living in our dream home and our dream city! Team Angelo Christian mortgage squat champions!As I found out how important it was to work your legs during a workout I was able to use the same factual information throughout life. For those who don’t know, working out your legs releases the testosterone needed to build muscle throughout your body. Legs are the foundation to your anatomy. “A brick house built on a week foundation will crumble”. Was very skeptical about it all but in the end, we closed yesterday. Weve been working with Angelo and his team since February. When the house that we watched finish being built and didnt appraise high enough we walked away. When Angelo found out he called and said lets get you into a house! The second round we worked with Danni, Jordon and Michael. It was a roller coaster ride with frustration and tears but everyone remained calm and did what they said they would do. Never did I imagine I would be a homeowner, Im proud to say I am now thanks to AFN and our realtor. If you think you cant, give them a call, bet you will own your home too.

Pricilliano was extremely helpful and work very hard to get us into our first home. We had a pretty tough process and I feel so blessed that he was the one on our case. Even on his days off he was still answering our questions and concerns. Being a first time home buyer we had plenty of those lol. I never thought that my husband and I would ever be home owners, especially with our credit. But this company also coached us and helped us repair our credit enough to qualify for our FHA loan. My experience was rough to start and process has been slow, but Angelo himself reached out today and scheduled a call working on resolution showing he really cares. Still wrapped up in a process and funding is running behind schedule, but they are working on wrapping things up. We are now on tight schedule now!

Bank of England did a great job on working with me to keep my interest rate and closing cost down. My loan officer was great and I could not have been more pleased with him during the whole process. There were a few hick ups when it came to working with the loan processor, but overall the process went well and we were at closing a week quicker than expected.

The worst communication for buyers (The client) and for Realtors. Do not use this lender, you will be very disappointed and so will your clients. Terrible follow up and is very unresponsive to email, phone calls, and text period. Very unprofessional lender and would definitely recommend other Mortgage brokers over him any day. If you could give a -5 stars, both client and myself (realtor) would. Worst experience, Quicken loan provides more service than this company.

I cant begin to tell you enough good things to say about Angelo and his team. I had been renting for 7 years in a very nice home from a life long friend in the Atascocita/ Walden area paying $1500.00 p/m. Like many others had blemished credit from a divorce that said my credit score not the best. I procrastinated for years thinking there is no way I could get approved to buy this home! I can honestly say that my head had been down for years thinking that I had very little chance of my wife and ever getting into the home of our dreams and now Im walking tall with my chin up! I’m just checking out his Utube info and he provides a lot of information that the lenders I checked with left out. So we will see how it goes as I move forward. I am a little concerned about using a company out of state. Some folks apparently had communication problems but I realize it’s a process. I have a lot of lenders competing for my business so I’ll just have to see how things transpire. I just don’t want to find my dream home and get let down over communication problems and loose the home. After I start the process I will update how things go. I am willing to give these folks a chance.

This is a perfect example as to why I even question ones google ratings & reviews. Because what I am seeing here is not accurate at all by a long shot. It’s completely impressive how one can have such a lack of professional communication. Not only terrible communication but absolutely incompetent. Not only have I explained numerous times to Angelo himself what I need help with. I have been contacted by 3 different individuals asking the same exact questions I’ve already answered via email (Angelo, Jorge, Chris and just recently another new one as of today named Cole Price. Is this a joke? Remind you these questions involve you sending confidential information of your identity. They ALWAYS FAIL TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. Failing to return my phone call for almost 2 weeks. Basically if I don’t follow up my on follow up I won’t be contacted. Overall I am tired of holding peoples hands & teaching them the basics of business 101. It’s been 3 WEEKS of me being asked the same damn question by four different individuals. Jorge a joke passed me on to Chris, Chris who is yet to return my phone call; after contacting him in question of what happened to Jorge had no idea who the hell I was. Overall this is a joke I will not keep sending my god damn Social Security info, W2 tax form & pay stubs to a company who can’t even return my phone call or respond to an email when sent 2-3 times. I am completely baffled as to what I am seeing 5 star ratings? Lol ok.
