Specifically told an officer not to run my credit because I only needed some basics quotes. After the horrible customer service I received I spoke with the owner and was told Id get a better rate for my issue of my credit being ran after Specifically telling the officer not it was done anyway and the kicker they were referred by a real estate company whom I will let know and anyone I cone in contact with about my horrible experience and still didnt get the loan when I had multiple lenders offering. Its a lot of lending companies out that I would use because Catalyst has awful customer service.

They marketed to me as a broker, did not say anything of the sort; and in addition called me and offered to pay me if I took this down. They did not keep their word on that either. We recently used Catalyst Funding as our Hard Money Lender for a rehab project. The overall experience was excellent. They were willing to sit down and discuss not only this project, but our long term investing goals. Austin Pool was wonderful to work with! The team with SNMC did a fantastic job throughout the process and made the refinance process a breeze. As a self-employed business owner, the other options from competitors werent great (basically double the interest rate, with penalties, with fees, etc), but with SNMC I was able to lock in 30 year fixed rate financing at 4% on one deal and 3.875% on another deal even getting cash back! I am thrilled to say the least! Will use again and again with all of our investment properties!

Super quick for the hard money deal, which is needed in the industry, allowed us to beat out competitors due to time constraints.
