Honestly, I dont even know where to begin but Ill be as concise as possible. Joan and his team were exceptional from the very beginning. We were told by MULTIPLE lenders that we had to practically get rid of ALL of our debt before we could buy a house and even then the rates we were given were OUTRAGEOUS-- especially during the time we were trying to purchase (inflation rates were ridiculously high). I was hesitant to call Clear Lending at first but it was the best decision I couldve made during this journey. We got the house we wanted that closed in the timeframe we were originally promised AND at a lower rate than all of the other lenders had offered us. Sounds insane but its all TRUE. We even had some hiccups along the way (none their fault) but we STILL closed in the original timeframe. Joan and Patricia worked tirelessly to make this happen. Joan is the best. He does everything he can to make time for you and to be available for you. Hes super flexible and VERY knowledgeable and he gets things done. Patricia is just as amazing! Thank you soooo much Joan, Patricia and Samantha for helping us purchase our first home ever. My wife and I are so thankful there are no words to express the joy we feel each time we open the door of our house. I say to my wife… wait is this our house? Then I remember that yes, we just closed few days ago…. LOL. Jokes aside everything you Joan have done for us ever since day one is beyond any words of appreciation. In our case, we truly feel you have been godsent. I still remember the day my wife and I went to Wells Fargo to be told our chances were very limited due to my taxes’ deductions and so we needed to wait 2 possibly 3 years???? My own bank Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Capital One and God knows how many places we tried. Each one gave us similar reasons but at the end the message was that we didn’t qualify and zero instructions. Well yes, the instructions were that our taxes didn’t reveal the true picture and health of my business operations. Great and now what? Nothing. And so, I stopped searching. Sometime later after talking to a client about my hopeless attempt to buy a house, he told me about a loan officer who showed up from time to time in the radio station offering home loan programs traditional banks would not offer. And so, I started googling until I found Clear Lending. I asked my colleague and bingo! This was the company. And so, I applied online, got a call back very fast, completed an application over the phone, sent income documents and then I was asked to go with my wife at their office. After one hour or so, I was given precise instructions to become a home owner with a government loan program. All I remember was… “If you follow my advice, we will make it happen”. And a year later, Joan got us the house of our dreams, negotiated best deal to cover most closing costs and closed our loan with a 4.25% interest rate when my own was offering me 4.875%???? I am so thankful I found this guy I still cannot believe the miracle he worked for us. Again, thank you Joan and your team for being a true servant and valuable tool to make possible what for me I was told bank after bank to stop searching as it was not possible. The experience that I had through Clear Lending was incredible. I was approved for a loan quickly and then we were off looking at houses. My wife and I were able to purchase our first home thanks to the team at Clear Lending. It was a condo so it was not an easy process at all due to all the paperwork needed, however the team worked around the clock and we were able to close a couple of days ago. Not sure what to say except unacceptable. I contacted Joan the owner/originator of clear lending about a home loan over two weeks ago. He had to go to a meeting but promised he would give me a call. Have spoke briefly a couple time where he tells me he is unavailable and states he will call me. But as of 9/23 no call has been made. I am left confused and unappreciated as a potential new client. We are all busy but a 5 min conversation anyone can accomplish, I understand I might not qualify but just let me know, there have been no attempts by the company to contact me, though I have made numerous attempts of contact to them??

I signed a contract with Stormi Harris from NEWMARK homes and she pretty much requested me to get approved with their preferred lenders. First, I went to AMCAP and later I was sent to CORNERSTONE. Both first approved me but after waiting and a second review or something like that denied me for not having 2-year employment history with same employer and for a couple of silly old issues on credit. At that point, I had given NEWMARK homes over $13,000 which sometimes as per all communications I felt builder I was not going to get back if I didn’t get approved. Then I after searching on google for local lenders I was lucky enough to find Clear Lending and after sending an approval request I got a call from Broker Joan Gallardo. I advised him about the urgency and after I sent him my documents requested he gave me peace of mind by telling me I had 90% chance of being able to close. Joan was so clear and precise with what to expect I felt I was on the right place. After few conditions we had to clear I got the good news I was Clear-To-Close. I am so thankful I want everyone to know this guy rocks and if you are buying a brand new house maybe you want to avoid builder lenders if you don’t have everything perfect. Initially I left a bad review for this mortgage company. However, I can honestly say I’m absolutely amazed at the customer service at this company. Shortly after leaving some negative feedback the company owner personally contacted me to correct the mistake and address my concerns. I guess I had spoken with a relatively new person (completely understandable) who wasn’t 100% sure on the way things worked. The company owner politely informed me of this and worked very hard to go out of his way to come up with a solution for me. My review has been updated accordingly. I am VERY impressed with this company and looking forward to potentially working with them. Would recommend!

Great service even better rates and very fast closings. I truly recommend these people. On my first call, loan officer went over the loan process and what to expect. Then he gave me an appointment to bring income, asset and relevant documents to pre-approve me. At my appointment day, loan officer went over absolutely all fees, rate and monthly payment almost to the penny with taxes and insurance included. I happily moved forward with them as my bank could not guarantee a 30 day closing and afraid to lose my down payment earnest money I went with clearlending. Well I closed in 18 business days. During the entire process, I only had to speak with one person. Great company I truly recommend them.

Super delighted with the services of Clear Lending. Joan and her team have not only been friendly and attentive to my requests but they processed the loan faster than my own bank. Joan met me on a Saturday afternoon at the request of my realtor since my work schedule did not allow me to go to her office during the week. After explaining that Wells Fargo and then Chase canceled my application for reasons that the loan officer never wanted to explain to me in detail, with only 45 minutes he told me not to worry that everything would be fine; And so it was. Joan was kind enough to talk to the sellers agent to wait for me to qualify and at the closing she did not charge me a single dollar of the closing costs that I showed up at my first appointment. While Wells Fargo and Chase wanted to give me a loan at 4.375% and 4.25%, Clear Lending closed my loan at 3.75%. In short, super delighted and I highly recommend it.
