First off I want to say , the request I brought Dave and his team was an extremely difficult one and one other lenders wrote off - however Dave immediately jumped on it and did everything he could to help out. Consistent follow ups, never had to track him down, and very personable. Felt in great hands the whole time. Unfortunately in the end, we couldnt get a solution together, but will definitely be pushing who ever needs help his way. 5 stars, highly recommend.
