This company is a fraud. Take money from potential loan seekers saying its application fee and then disappear. Agree with another user Anthony Baucum who has posted correctly that they make you sign ridiculous documents. STAY AWAY

Consumer, beware!! it is of my opinion This place DCF is nothing but a Scam if you look up previous reviews do research they give you “pre approved” term sheets and LOI take your application fees and never return your money, don’t respond timely or not at all to calls or emails, A Bait and switch crooked scheme. They are not reputable check out BBB. DO NOT SEND THEM $All that read this are Warned!!!!!
