The only reason I’m putting a 5 star instead of lower is because of Kyle. She is an amazing rep/ manager at this company. They have some frustrating policies and we understand that they have to follow them as they have already been set.Our lending officer had ghosted us after not being able to answer questions we had and was never on the same page/always lost in the sauce. But Kyle came in and saved everything with her knowledge, patience, diligence, and honesty even if it came to things that couldn’t be done due to procedures.Lend with them for Kyle!

By far the best experience I’ve had working with a lender. The entire team was on top of things and worked quickly to get everything processed in order. They also offered the best interest rate when we shopped for a loan and informed us of which loan programs worked best for our specific loan situation.Our loan officer Torrey was great. Always available to assist and answer questions. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with issues that may arise during the process. He works so fast that everything was pretty much done in 10 days.Personally, I like smaller mortgage companies because they are always on top of things and have competent staff and from my own experience having dealt with quite a few lenders provide better interest rates.Network Funding is local to Houston, although they are not geographically restricted to the Houston market so I would still use them if I lived somewhere else where they do business.I would definitely go with them again if I ever need a mortgage.

Had a very good experience with a loan officer from Network Funding. Able to receive acceptable (not excellent) loan conditions under the current circumstances. Closing estimates were accurate and was able to make final day changes to the loan details and still close within 3 weeks. Would definitely consider for a future refinance.

This is our third home purchase, and in the base we used big banks and they were impersonal, non-responsive, and only served the best interest of the corporation. Matts advice was personal, timely, accurate and extremely helpful. Choosing the right lender allowed us to close prior to our twins birthday, so we can enjoy this milestone in our new home. I never write reviews, but this service was truly above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Mark Smith is by far THE BEST mortgage specialist I have ever worked with, and I have worked in banking for years! Mark provided the most professional and thorough service anyone could have asked for. When my wife and I were looking into buying our home, I shopped around a few different institutions, but ultimately chose Network Funding because of Marks amazing service and willingness to work with us no matter the circumstance. We had quite an interesting case, as I came into a bit more money right before we closed on our home and wanted to put a little extra down. Mark literally made it happen. I bought a brand new home and got preapproved by Sabas team 6 months before closing. 45 Days before closing, Saba reached out and her team diligently collected documentation needed by the underwriter to approve my loan. Due to backups in underwriting the closing date was pushed back twice, and including the weekend, it was only pushed back by a total 5 days. The transaction was extremely smooth. Sabas team communicated issues with me, my agent, the title company, and the seller. Keeping the lines of communication open really helped make the process as easy as possible. Network Funding in Houston, TX (Wes Cohen) refinanced our house for us. The process made sense, was timely and all of our questions were professionally answered. During the process, Wes kept us informed and gave us reasonable timelines as the loan progressed. He was clear on what our part of the loan would be and the estimated closing costs were explained so we could understand each one. We would use them again if the need arose.

Let me just say how I had the worst experience with Jenny Staton. First off I am a first time home buyer and someone recommended her to me . She initially communicated through text (First Red Flag). No introduction as to how she could help or the steps to get approved . She had me complete a application and then due to a holiday I didnt hear from her for a couple days . I would have to contact her to ask for status of the application and so forth(2nd red flag) She finally called to tell me I wasnt approved . I asked what other options did I have she said none . When I tell you this lady is so rude and inconsiderate. I had two other friends that are also looking to purchase a home that I was going to recommend based off my experience. Please do customer etiquette training with Jenny from the block . I wouldnt recommend a soul to this place.After telling her I was not satisfied with her professionalism she hung up in my face.

Matt Pierce and his team (especially Rosie Vega) were outstanding during the refinance process. Everything was easier, smoother and faster than I ever would have imagined and took a lot of stress off me and my wife. In fact last summer I was going to refinance through my existing mortgage company and the process was so time consuming and stressful that I abandoned the project. So this was my first time ever refinancing a home and I wasnt certain how this experience would go.
