I would just like to say overall I rate them a 10/10. I came in requesting to set up a new checking account. Calina L. was such a HUGE help!!! Not only did she open my account, she also educated me regarding the many products & services they have to offer (which I will be utilizing soon). Just a bonus: they print out your debit card at the branch no need to wait in the mail.End result: I left out feeling welcomed, and well educated.CEO of premier - she deserves a raise!!!! What an amazing experience working with Shawqi! The entire team was extremely helpful and welcoming, which reassured me that Id be in great hands here. I appreciate their professionalism, even the small talk felt familial. Overall, 10/10 experience being serviced at the Westheimer location.

They have amazing staffs especially Shawqi who helped us in opening our account. We had a toddler with us at that time and Shawqi was very friendly and understanding. Our child was very comfortable and is smiling the whole time. The process in opening the account was also done smoothly. We are very happy with their excellent service.

We had a great experience opening an account with Shawqi. She was very helpful and competent with her job. Everything was done smoothly. We will definitely recommend.

If you won’t to save yourself do not go to this bank I got with this bank and in the beginning everything was fine until someone hacked my account and they gave me new accounts to turn around and came back and took the money that was stolen from my account from my new account. Nobody informed me that they would be taking the money from me and I didn’t not have anything to do with it. They are not the bank you won’t to have for your everyday banking I see why they only have 2 branches in the Texas area. You have been warned not to bank with this bank

Sending a bill before the card even gets here and you say it could still be 2 weeks is such an american debt profiteers thing to do.

I haven’t been with Premier America long but what I will say is between Porche and Shawqi they did an awesome job of communicating with me in my car buying Journey. Those two ladies were there to answer every question I had about my auto loan. I didn’t know where to start. After finding my new car I was getting upset because I didn’t understand some stuff. They reassured me to calm down and breathe. And if I had any questions they would be a phone call away. If Shawqi wasn’t available Porche would assist. Great Job ladies if you are considering this bank for your loan need or just an account be sure to ask for either of them and you will be in good hands. Thanks ladies ❤️

One morning I needed quarters to wash and tried 3 different stores in the area that denied me quarters in exchange for a 10 dollar bill. Someone told me there’s a bank they should be able to exchange it for you. It was Premier America I was greeted by Calina very nice and understanding to the current dilemma and said sure I can help you. The next week I switched banks. Everyday I enter I’m always greeted with great energy and smiles the entire staff is wonderful I love it best bank ever😍

Ive been a member for about 5/6 years now and have been pleased with their services! All of staff are amazing! Trena and Oscar are always very helpful and nice! Even management, Natasha is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful....they introduced to me what a credit union is and how they work....which is better than banks...they dont charge to open an account or have an account....which is a big plus....the interest rate is better than banks....they have personnel that specializes in providing beneficial services which banks do not have....yes...this is a much better place to do your banking as it is geared toward the individual and their own circumstance......getting a loan is so much easier than all the paper work and hoops that the banks want you to jump through....I highly recommend using a credit union than a bank....

I went in to open up an account for my little brother on 1/28/2023 and, and as a first time customer we were greeted with friendly and smiling faces. Premier America Credit Union took care of our banking needs in a very professional manner and I was very impressed with the attitude of the tellers and the professionalism of the personal banker that started our account, Ms. Porche Kimble. I feel that we will be very happy with the choice we have made and look forward to building a long-lasting relationship. We look forward to our next visit.

I am so glad that I joined Premier America Credit Union, the people that I have met there have been amazing everytime that I go into the office. The entire office is well run from Natasha to Alfred, Porche and Calina and others. Top notch customer service, they really make me feel like they appreciate my business. She helped me to the best of her abilities and gave me information. Thank you, Porsha!Previous review:This isnt a review about the branch itself, but about their ATM. Dont use it! Went to go make a deposit. After it took my money, it said it couldnt complete the transaction and it kept my money! It also kept my card. The branch should probably see whats wrong with it and fix it immediately.

I’m always so impressed with the advice and information I receive whenever I’m making a transaction. Oscar Sanabria directed my attention to my money market acct which was no longer paying me. The people working at the Westheimer branch of Premier America have always been very helpful and friendly. This has been the case as far back as when they were Litton Credit union years ago. Would recommend them to anybody.

I have been a member for 20 years or so. Family is how we were introduced and family it continues to be. The professionalism each and every team member shows me each time I conduct business (2x weekly) is amazing. Anyone who is lucky enough to become a member will not be disappointed. Ive had account with premier America for around 5 years. Very convenient to do online banking with them. However when Cole would hit I had no checks to process so I quit using my mobile app for about four or five months. Got some work now ready to deposit checks and their mobile app wont allow me to. Ive spoken to three people over two days trying to get this resolved. The issue is lack of use deactivated the app. Unfortunately only a manager can fix it, but apparently the managers dont want to be bothered with it. Sat on hold for over an hour this evening. Was told yesterday they would call me back today which they never did. There are too many other credit unions and banks that are more convenient to put up with this po or customer service. I hope management sees this and tries to make a change to improve their service with their app. And to follow through with phone calls from customers. Seems nobody really cares anymore.

I have been with Premier America since 93, and I had been happy with the staffs there till recently. There is no one to answer the phone calls if you have urgent matters, nobody calls you back if you leave your name and phone number. Service definitely is going down, very sad to see this.

Horrendous service! Just this week, I called customer service 5 times. Each time my issue went unresolved. Each time I was promised a call back from a supervisor that never happened. I missed a critical payment today owing to Premier’s callous attitude and misleading advice.I’ve been banking with them for over 10 years. Time to upgrade to a more responsive new-age bank that at least pretends to take care of their customers.Update: After multiple calls, branch visit and registering my grievance online, my issues are still unresolved. I am never coming back to bank with these folks. See screenshot for evidence of issue still pending 12 days later.

Ive been with them for 22 years and thier customer service is now TRASH! Ive been on hold 30 min to reset my password after another website update. The manager came to the line put me on hold to transfer me to a PACU rep. Who was I speaking to before then? Now all I want to do is discuss the decline in customer service not my password reset.....the manager did explain the situation concerning recent changes. I like the branch reps. but I do online banking.....

I leave my opinion on the experience I had with one of the agents of this Oscar Sanabria branch, I have no way to thank him for his help, attention and kindness with my first and second car loan, without a doubt one of the best workers in this place, I hope and there are many more like him thanks

If you want ANY kind of customer service, do NOT use these people. I guarantee you will regret. We have our house mortgage with them. I called their 800 number in October of 2019 and gave up after being on hold over an hour. And this was after the wait time was supposed to be 3 minutes. Today, I called them more than an hour ago (estimated wait time 11 minutes) and am still on hold. Covid is just their excuse for zero customer service. But this problem existed move 2 years ago. A third rate outfit for sure. But hey, theyre in California. Nuf said. The only reason they got 1 star way these reviews dont get published unless something is chosen.

Oscar Sanabria is always friendly and considerate and helps with Español. Answers all the questions in both languages and helped find things and how to get loans and further information. Amazing bank

This is the worst bank ever. I have opened an account with them about 2 weeks ago. Same day when i left i tried to log in to my account for online banking but nothing worked, it kept saying wrong pin. So i called their 800 number to get help & was kept on hold for almost an hour, i called again 2nd & 3rd day & even selected a call back option & left my number but nobody called back. I went to deposit a cheque today and requested the amount to splited between my savings & checking but was shocked to be told that the money will only be available in my account after 9days, i asked why and was told because i am a new member. I said then forget it give my check back then the teller called next teller, i assumed was kind if senior/supervisor they were like wait, few minutes later he was like ok the money in checking is available now but in savings will be available on January7th. I cant pay my bills on time and will have to pay late fees coz of this so called Premier Bank with almost 5 star rating. Dont ever get fooled with these old and only 22 good reviews that are here. You are going to regret big time if you ever open account here. I had to leave as i was rushing to my appointment, but cant wait to go there ASAP and close my account.

I financed a vehicle through this bank and paid the the title fees in april. Currently half way to July and no significant progress. They cant seem to get their paper work in order.

Great customer service. Addressed my issue and assured me that my concerns with the bank app and Zelle would be immediately addressed with the proper team members.

No customer service, bad attitude. very low experience. if you call 15 times. always they ask to leave name and number and some one will call you back. and for sure no one will call.

I go here all the time and use the atm. Nice clean area and i love how it has security to watch if anything happens! Also I like this bank because it works with multiple banks!

Two weeks ago I ordered a new debit card still haven’t received it and the bank told me it would take 7 or 10 Business days.

Well, I see many comments about this branch, which are good and some bad, but nothing and no one will ever be in my favor, but I would like to know more about them and how they work. I have an account in other banks like Chese, and in the same way I The checks reflected like in 2 weeks because I was a new customer but my savings are always much more than my checks are and for the next day they are available, they are just protocols that they follow, you just have to be patient
