Not quite sure why this lender has such high ratings. The loan officer I was working with was pleasant, but did not offer a competitive rate at all. The rate offered was significantly higher than what the national average was at the time. For someone with almost an 800 credit score, you would think I wouldve been offered a much better rate. Would not recommend.

They were VERY helpful! We had an appraisal come back extremely low for a house we were trying to buy. They worked with the lender to get a second appraisal accepted and have the first one thrown out as it really should have been. The staff was nice and everything worked out great. They did all the work so we didnt have too.

This loan process has been very painful, stressful, lack of communication to say the least. Sent emails and text messages - hurry you need to sign this asap, and then receive another email that says I dont. Poor communication, or lack of, not in the office and busy as a response and only available through text message. Then when asked about closing date and time, NO response ever. Rate not locked in and now we have a higher rate than what was originally told, possible a bait and switch approach, and the response from Chris Garcia, Ok, it just wasnt locked in. Really?! Thanks for NOT doing your job, and then not caring about it. Now that we are requesting for them to honor the rate first quoted, I cannot get an answer from any branch manager. Closing has been changed 3 -4 times, and has almost cost us the house with the sellers. Paperwork incorrect. Will NOT use them again, or recommend them!
