I had my firms office here for about four years but decided that it was time to relocate to a taller building closer to my house. I would give Avalon ten stars if I could.Todd and Ginger have been incredible over the past four years, and I was always happy to see them every time I came in. They have been flexible and helped with anything I needed from furniture moving to handling clients. They want to help the businesses grow, and thats what they helped me do. The fact that they spent so much time helping me get situated in my new office, when they didnt have to, touched my heart. I will be forever grateful for the service I received from Todd, Ginger, and Avalon Suites. Thank you all. I will never forget you.

We were very pleased with our time there which was 1 year and 9 months. Very professional service team, and excellent quality and value. Originally, we planned to be there just a few months while awaiting the build out of our new suite but then the pandemic happened. During the length of time that we were there, the staff made sure we were comfortable and that our clients were well taken care of. Ginger is a true professional as are Leona and Todd. The lobby and conference rooms are always well kept. We actually thought about staying longer than we did because of how comfortable we were! If we ever need another executive suite again, we would stay there again!

Todd, Jessica and the rest of the staff at Avalon Suites is truly amazing!! Selecting Avalon suites as my new business home eight months ago has been one of the best decisions Ive made all year. The facility itself has a great layout and all the services you need as a business owner. However, I think the staff at Avalon suites is what distinguishes it from other lease office spaces. The office staff feels like an extended part of my core team. I believe they have a vested interested in my success and growth as a small business owner. When I first meet Todd, I remember him telling me, “Our goal is to help your company grow out of our office environment.” Well, I immediately thought to myself “wouldn’t that be a conflict of interest” and dismissed it as sales talk. However, after eight months of being onboard, I truly believe Todd takes this to heart. I have witnessed it first hand by he and his staff going above and beyond what is required based on our lease agreement. Todd has created a special culture here at Avalon Suites. It’s hard to put into words. You really need to come by and experience it for yourself. The atmosphere is warm, professional and courteous. There are also two monthly tenant meetings designed to help you grow your business and get new clients. It truly feels like a home away from home. I know when the time comes for my business to expand beyond the walls of Avalon Suites it will be bitter sweet. It will be very challenging to find an environment with a more supportive, friendly and professional staff that is there when I need them.

Loved my time working here. They keep the Keurigs coffee nice and stocked fridge is always clean. Leona Ginger and Malia are all the best! The meeting spaces are really nice the rent is reasonable. Loved the always sparkling bathroom. Sometimes there were people who brought kids to their office which wasnt very considerate but thats nothing to do with the management. I try to love thy neighbor. Still do business with a marketing firm in there and am always greeted with a smile and catch up session. Everyone is family there. If your space is small and you need to step out they have comfy couches tucked away to kinda get outa your little box and the reception area is really nice. Dont stare at the art when the elevator opens once you see the not so subtle abstract you cant unsee it. I wouldnt call it bad art but definitely not something you would hang in a family room despite the abstract nature of it. Ohh the revolving door is really nice downstairs for rona and ac and the elevator is always defaulted open downstairs along with very clean bathrooms which is super nice as well!

I compared Avalon with a few other companies that offer executive suites and have not been disappointed I chose them. The staff is accommodating, professional and efficient. Being able to meet clients in a professional office environment and not having the burden of actually maintaining office space as my own - cant beat that. Easy access and free garage parking is a plus!

We recently moved our office over to Avalon Suites so that we could reduce our overhead, and couldn’t be happier. While they are centrally located and the floors are well laid out, the main draw for us was their flexibility. Being able to adjust our plan as our business changes is a must. So happy we moved our office here!

Professional board / conference rooms, including technology. When you dont have an office, or you need to meet offsite with your team to get things done, Avalon Suites is perfect. Great views, professional setting and ambiance. Well situated in the Galleria area, just outside of the typical traffic madness, with easy parking. Avalon Suites colleagues are very helpful and serve as an extension of your business team, even if you only need a conference room on occasion. Anything you need to pull off a successful meeting, Todd Kubecka and his team make it happen. Thank you Leona Jones for making this last meeting a success.

I had a great experience with Avalon! I used their boardroom for an offsite meeting and it was up to the spec. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting things set up and directing the attendees. The room was clean, well lit and had all the right media for presentations. I will use these guys for my next offsite in November.

I consult with businesses and more and more this is going to be a great option for companies to consider. If you need dedicated office space for a small staff or occasional space, you will not find a more beautiful and professional space. With locations in the galleria and energy corridor they have west Houston covered. If you are considering a shared office location with beautiful conference rooms and amenities, I suggest you look here first!

This is a great place to have an event. You can rent a room to have a meeting for rent out a space for an event. I went to a book signing event here and the central room had a beautiful white table as a centerpiece. Its a really nice space.

Bad !!!!literally the customer treatment the worst deal Ive ever had, Liona is a rude person, and our deposit is never returned to me so far. The worst customer treatment I have received, we recommend you never rent an office here.
