Security was pleasant and accommodating. They were attentive to the foot traffic entering and exiting the building. Parking accomodations were also good. We went to visit our lawyer Atty. Willie Powell @ Law Offices of Willie Powell. Check him out when you have a vehicle accident... Honest, transparent, looking out for clients best interest.

Updated this review, 5 years later and I am looking forward to moving out of these buildings. Temperature always too hold or too cold, building changes it policies and what they are willing to do frequently, hide terms that are not in contracts, requires us to put in request to have our blinds lowered, opened and closed because they are broken and were when we moved in the suite not our knowledge and they want us to pay to replace them instead of replacing them their selves or getting it from another empty office, wood on broken windows, constant roof leaks, etc. Just choose somewhere else or make them give you a huge discount although the owners seem stingy and unrealistic.

Christina Dadoush is awesome! We were looking for offices in Houston and made the process super easy. The company operates in a professional manner, they were able to get us on budget and go the keys in under a week. If you are looking for a new home for your business boxer property team is top notch and highly recommended.

I visited the new restaurant on n Arena Tower, Cortina the service is going to be their biggest downfall. The first time I went they messed up my order and served the customer after me. The pizza just happened to be what he ordered, ironic. Then when I received my pizza it was completely burned. I work to hard to receive substandard food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I highly recommend Boxer properties based on the value of what they offer in leasing spaces and the customer service I received specifically from Kirk Graham. Kirk was knowledgeable about the building and spaces , he genuinely wanted to understand my business needs and budget. The first day I toured the building, and I LOVED the spaces; unfortunately, they werent in my budget. However, within the next day or so Kirk called and said he found a space within my budget. He emailed pictures over to see until I could get back out. Needless to say I signed a lease with a quick and easy process and I am excited to open my business up here surrounded by great people. Excellent Management, perfect for small businesses.I have recently (October 2018) moved in and I couldnt be happier. The layouts and floor plans are designed for small businesses. There are plenty of professional meeting rooms and infrastructures which can impress your potential clients when they visit your office. The main office itself is kind of small, but you get to share the meeting rooms, coffee room and restrooms with your neighbors. Overall I have had great experience with my lease and with the management team.

Arena Towers 1 and 2 are beautiful, clean office buildings that are centrally located with great easy access and an abundance of parking. My Leasing Agent, Kirk Graham, provided superior services that went above and beyond my expectations and has been quick to respond whenever assistance was needed. The Security Guards are professional extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend Kirk and the team at this location.

These towers were grandfathered in to get away with not having to assist handicap people. There are no automatic doors. The parking garage had only 2 spots on ground floor. There is no valet parking and only one handicap spot in the front. I use a walker due to arthritis in lower back and hips. Needless to say, the walk from the garage to the towers wasnt a picnic! By the time I found my doctors office my pain was kicking my rearend! My blood pressure reading was high due to the pain. Ive been going to this doctor for a number of years and she just moved to the towers. She is not happy and neither are several of her patients. Next time I will have to ask a friend to drive me so I dont have to endure that pain again!!! I usually am very positive and upbeat, giving good reviews. The only thing positive is, Im positive this place sucks big time!

If you need office space I would stay away from Boxer Property. Yes its easy to lease but they are the worst company to lease from. They do not take care of their tenants. I have a fairly large suit and Ive been dealing with a parking issue since day one. I will not renew my lease. FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE. You can see who they care about!!!

Offices are upgrading and most office spaces have amazing views. Price for leases are depending on size of office but mostly great. Our lease agent, Andrea was very helpful and informative.

If there was a star that was 0 i would give them that. Extremely trash. they ruined my new truck by putting sticker all over the glass and on top of that wants people with trucks to park inside where the signs hit the top of the truck and damage the truck. They purpose fully reducing the value of my property by requiring us to park a vehicle inside a place where the roof signs hit the truck everytime.

We rented in Tower 2 with Ms Steele, everything worked out so easy I arrived at 12 pm I had my Keys 2 hours later!!! Ms Steele, offers the best customer service her associate in the office next to her very friendly, i would definitely recommend anyone to rent a office in this building again like I did few weeks ago.

I normally dont write reviews because Ive learn, through my military service, to deal with many different personalities, cultures, and opinions. Everyone has bad days. However, the management staff at the arena towers are the- worst- at providing customer service. The signs of a poorly run establishment is written on the walls of this beautiful building.The current management is blind to their own actions that effects tenants daily business operations. They dont write or send out notices of possible inconveniences or apologize for impeding on tenants business.Since becoming a tenant 9 months ago, theres been major construction projects during normal business hours- that affects business operations of tenants. Our business has had to cancel or close early a few days because of hammering, drilling, and paint smells. After the walls were painted, we waited patiently for two weeks for the paint to dry and my company and all others on the floor sign to be repositioned back on the wall by the door. It took almost a month and half for my name to be listed on the directory, and the keys to enter and exit the building took four weeks for them to work properly. During the summer months three times the AC didnt work, four times the elevator was down, and twice the fire alarms malfunction. All these discrepancy impacted our business directly or indirectly. However, I understand the arena towers management cannot control the unforeseen events, but managements poor communication, disrespect, and obtuse thinking should be controllable.Before renting in the area towers, take the time to walk around without the leasing agent and look at the number of empty offices in the building. The location and success stories are just bait to get you to sign a year or more contact. As a small or medium business take the time to find the negatives because they might out way the positives.Operating a business is hard at times, but operating a business within a apathetic management is destructive. It will behoove you to ask a few companies within the towers how long theyve been in the building and what they like and dislike. Any new future business should visit the management floor unannounced and observe how long it takes for them to notice you. All staff members will walk pass you because their all to busy or not their job responsibility. The arrogance of the property manager is highly noticeable.In closing, Arena Towers Lp/ Boxer Property might not be a bad companies, but the arena towers lp/boxer properties first line representation staff needs customer service and problem solving training. Absolutely, no one is capable of making a sensible decision or basic solutions in that office.The staff members are not grateful to have you as a tenant. The staff members are aware that arena towers/ boxer properties have high paid attorneys on pay roll to back their poor customer service and disrespectful actions; they remind you of their legal team in a threaten matter to get their point across. I can not stress this enough do your homework. The staff has mastered avoiding problems until the tenant goes away as problem solving.I will definitely not resign with arena towers lp/boxer properties. When my contract ends in 2019, Ill find someone where my money is appreciated and the company is grateful for my business.This is just a little advice from a current tenant to business.

Old black security guard on the first floor of the second building kicked me and my associate out of the resting area when we were eating just using the microwave. We are tenants of the 1st building. He was extremely rude and came at us with such disrespect. You don’t treat rent paying tenants like that. He was so rude we felt discriminated against. We are considering looking at other options going elsewhere.

Wheelchair ramps in garages not level to pavement, only auto doors are the ones on sw freeway entrances which dont have parking, just a drop off roundabout. Havent noticed any van accessible spots.

I have physical therapy with Wayne at arena towers. Hes very knowledgeable about physical therapy. When you tell him your areas of pain he instantly begins a program just for you. I do not like the parking garage at all. It is very confusing!And the garage as well as the building is NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. It is very difficult to get around in a wheelchair as none of the doors have automatic openers.
