It’s a very modern and nice office park with good seating, nice offices abs consulates as well as nice facilities from parking to coffee. Parking as of 2023 - May was ~ free for 30 mins, $3 for first 3hrs.

Job well done city of Houston. I was visiting from Al and thoroughly enjoyed all the decoration downtown!

Great business park area featuring the corporate home offices of Stewart Title.

Love this office! It is light and airy, lots of tasty lunch options in and around the complex, and most of all I LOVE the gym! So convenient to have on site and they offer lots of group classes.

The place felt very safe and clean. I went to this place for a Italian consul appointment.

Very nice business area off Post Oak. Extremely convenient.

If you want a quite place to work, this may not be the building for you. Often times they bring in food trucks and music during the afternoon. The music is loud enough to disturb work.

You have to pay for parking in the garages but its really reasonable per hour.

It seems ok , Im a a Glazier so we basically work in ALL the high rise buildings all over Htown
