They are not to be trusted. They have sneaky ways of charging hidden fees. I turned over the unit better than I got it but still got charged for a fee of hundreds of dollars. The attached pictures are how I turned over the unit after my term, but I still got charged a restoration fee to the tune of $600-ish. Go somewhere else. Be warned. Their business model is to trick people. I wonder what the extra “restoration charge” was for if I left the unit in the pristine condition shown in the pictures.

Booking was easy. Getting to location was easy. Annette was very friendly and showed me to meeting room. Overall very nice. Perfect if you need to meet a client and do not have a set office or maybe get away from home or regular coffee shop to catch up on some work! Def recommend.

Working here has been great. Service and Staff are amazing. Anette and Elizabeth are always in a GREAT mood, very helpful and quickly responds to all our requests. Moving in was super smooth and furniture choices are fantastic. We even moved to a bigger office 1/2 through our lease and the transition was even smoother. Kitchen is kept clean and organized.But the best part is walking into the office to Anette and Elizabeths energy and excitement; makes the rest of the day easier. Thanks Regus for doing such a great job...

Annette, Elizabeth and Meredith (who is now at a different location) are wonderful and easy to work with. They will go above and beyond to help if needed. The office space is well kept and very professional. If I need additional space to meet with a client, they are happy to help. Internet service is provided, there is a break room with a refrigerator, microwave, vending and coffee machines. Also access to a copier/printer/scanner if needed.

This is a great place to work. I was in the Houston area and needed a space to conduct a quick meeting and get some work done. I was able to book a meeting room and take care of my work. The staff was very welcoming. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely come back when in the Houston area. I will without a doubt refer Regus yo family and friends. Great job!!!!

Lacks of transparency they do not provide a commercial lease agreement ,, instead they provide a service agreement only.if you a business owner & looking to get an office lease commercial agreement for your company that’s not the right place..They do not tell you this from the beginning ,, unfortunately they are not clear or straightforward & they don’t even mention it.Sadly wasting time & energy ,,front desk staff her name ( Meredith ) reply that yes we are in a business building but we are not a business office! she will be more than happy to argues with you rather than finding a positive solution,, I rented this office to solve a problem or need to by business not to add extra unnecessary burden.They refuse to early terminate what they name it service agreement even they are 100% sure that my company will not be able to move forward unless I get a commercial lease agreement that they can’t provide you with.

I recently had the opportunity to tour the office spaces offered by Regus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, providing detailed information and answering all my questions. The office spaces were well-maintained. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a high-quality office space.

I have used this center on several occasions and the employees have always gone above and beyond to assist me. They are always courteous and helpful. Meredith Rogers has proven to be the most professional and ethical person who has ever assisted me. She has shown me what a professional business person should be. She is management material when the mangers were nowhere to be found. I am so glad that I found someone who truly represents what a professional should be.

Please dont listen to the reviews. Regus is a great space the center is so clean and the staff is so nice! Anytime I have trouble Elizabeth explains invoices so well and she is the nicest!

Horrible company and service. I sign a lease last year and never set foot on the property one time. The only way of communication is via email when they return your questions not in a timely fashion. I paid off my balence ,not to renew my lease. I even have conversation text about not renewing. Then later , I come back with a 800.00 becaue they automatically renewed my lease . I cannot find a live address or company to report them to the BBB. Instead of the company wanting to let me out the lease, they do not care. Please at any cost, get another company to have a virtual office. Get a company that is asessable and fair. Not taking advantage of people who are trying to start a company. Go with the other company options in Texas unless you want to become a victim of an automic lease renewal and then they will resigned without your consent.

We have been tenants at Regus since 2013. For the most part we have been pleased with our office spaces. We have been in two different office spaces at this particular location. That being said, I feel Regus Management could do some much needed upgrades to the facilities at this location. What makes this Regus location special is the office staff. They have continually worked to help make us happy and comfortable! Thank you all!

The space is too expensive for what its worth, I have had several significant over-bills that needed correcting, the internet connection is lousy for a modern office, there is no opt out clause in their standard contracts.The desk staff is wonderful, but I have found the corporate staff to be particularly unhelpful. When I attempted to negotiate an early termination, they literally directed me to the Help Desk phone number. I think Reguss business practices are, overall, really poor and borderline predatory. I would never office with them again.

I was originally skeptical about using a Regus location as I had heard some of the horror stories. I must say they were wrong. Starting with my arrival to use one of their conference rooms for a business meeting I had with potential investors, the Regus staff was very pleasant and attentative. They offered all my guests coffee making it seem like they were my staff. Other than the slight blip of telling my clients they were to connect to the Regus network, it was a very simple, quick, painless experience. Kudos to the staff at the front for being so professional! Will use this center again!!

The best thing about my experience at Regus is the office staff. So helpful and personable. I have been happy with my office space. I do think the rates rise a bit too much, and I think the fee for the kitchen amenities is too high.

I have been at this location a little over a year now and let me tell you how it has really became a shipwreck!When I moved in, the furniture was disgusting and did not match. I didnt get my phone nor internet active until a month or so into my contract. The front desk girls did not answer my calls the way I asked. The girls at the time were named Meridith and Stephanie(I think). Meridith answers calls by yelling and Stephanie seems like she could use an energy drink. All hell broke loose and luckily someone realized that those girls were not good at Customer Service and replaced Stephanie with Jennifer. Jennifer came in here and turned things right side up. She helped me understand things as big as my invoices and spoke to my customers as if she worked for my company specifically. I have to say she is the reason I stayed here for this long. Now that she is gone and I am basically left with Meridith, its sad to say I will be turning in my notice soon. Meridith is no help when it comes to issues, I get the usual Ill put a ticket, Ill tell the manager, Ill get to your issue when I am done with this, Let me finish this first, etc.. When she says something like this, do not expect an answer until a week or later, if that! The turnover from the staff is ridiculous. Let me not forget to mention that the first girl (Stephanie) comes to cover every now and then, which means she may be back. I have spoke to a few other tenants that will be doing the same for the same reason. Kind of embarrassing that Regus customers are willing to leave because the staff member that had the most Customer Service is now gone. Not to mention Cindy, she can be nice when she wants to but do not speak to her on a bad day! Cindy is not able to provide the hospitality I require for my customers. Thank you for the service you have provided thus far, my notice is coming soon.I am giving 1 star due to the Customer Service change. *My customers noticed this change and tell me about the rudeness on the phone all the time.
