This review is actually for corporate and not the actual center. Georgina and Rene do a great job of running the office and are very helpful. However, their corporate partners are not as helpful and I would definitely not recommend using Regus for your business needs. You would think with so many billing complaints, this company would try to improve their billing process as well as their online portal. I’ve been at this location for 12 years. Before Regus even got here. I have never had a late payment and have always paid my monthly service. Recently, my credit card changed and as I made the change in their system, for some reason it didn’t take. It excepted my new card, but then didn’t show the next time I signed in. Due to this online glitch, there was a 10 day period that my bill was late. To prove there was a glitch. There were also two accounts under the same company name/number and I had to delete one of them. Also, when it showed my bill, it only showed half of it, so I paid that half but there was no other bill for me to pay at the time. A week later a second Bill showed up with the other half of my monthly service which I paid, but there was also a $28 late charge at that time. I asked them to remove the charge multiple times and they said they would not. After 12 years of being at this location and due to a glitch in their billing process, which you can see many people complain about in the reviews, they are that set on getting their $28 late fee. No problem I’ll be glad to pay you your $28 with a matching 1 Star review for your customer service, billing process, which seems to match other peoples reviews online also.

I own a business that had been using their services even before they moved into this location. Changing locations is such a pain so even though I wasnt happy with their services, I just stuck with them. On the positive side the people that work there are friendly and the building is great. However, they had non stop issues with billing, management, etc. Even after close to a decade when I finally decided to cancel services I told them I was going to and they said the contract I had signed many years ago required many weeks advanced notice. To be clear, I was only virtual at this time so its not like they had to change anything. And even with 6 weeks notice, that wasnt enough for them agree. So, it was either take them to court or just pay for an extra year. It wasnt worth dealing with so I went ahead an paid a year without using them just to make them go away.So, no, I wouldnt recommend.

We lost power/wifi at our office as a result of Berle. As such we reserved day space at the West Loop Regus coop space. Renee was extremely accommodating and helpful so that we experienced a productive work day. We are very grateful.The space is very nice, modern and confortable.We will bookmark this space for future meeting and work needs.Highly recommend!

I recently rented an office space at Regus and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. First and foremost, the billing was a complete nightmare. Despite setting up autopay with my card on file, I was charged multiple times for no apparent reason. When I tried to contact customer service for assistance, I was met with long hold times and unhelpful representatives.In addition to the billing issues, the office space was far from ideal. The noise level was unbearable, as the walls were paper-thin and you could hear every conversation happening in neighboring offices. There was zero privacy and it was impossible to concentrate on my work.Furthermore, there were times when I did not receive receipts for my payments, which made it difficult to keep track of my expenses. And to top it all off, Regus shut down the air conditioning after business hours, leaving me in a stuffy, uncomfortable workspace.Overall, I would not recommend Regus to anyone looking for a professional and efficient office space. The numerous issues I encountered made it impossible to work effectively and left me feeling extremely frustrated.

Weve had our office here for sometime but have been consistently disappointed and have now left. The manager Adrianna is absolutely unprofessional. I have no idea how she has been able to treat people the way she does and still be in this position. We like the location of the offices but the lack of updates and the unprofessionalism of the manager are huge issues. Often when people came to the floor she would just stair at them or ignore them instead politely representing our office in a professional manner. There are a lot of things I could say but I would rather be nice and just say I was disappointed in this center.

The receptionist are friendly. There is no privacy in the office suites because there are no ceilings. Do not lease at this building if your business relies on mail. The mail delivery at this building is consistently 3 - 4 weeks late.

The team members at Corporate Office Centers are highly professional, courteous, thorough and I am extremely impressed and appreciative of the service I have received thus far. The General Manager Kathy Hertweck does an outstanding job accommodating my business needs and is always thinking out of the box, which is exactly what is needed in todays competitive market. As my security consultation, private investigation and executive protection/bodyguard business grows in Texas, so will my business needs and I am confident that Corporate Office Centers will satisfy my requests accordingly. I would strongly suggest this company to any business owner that is looking for office space in the Houston area. Hats off to the entire staff in the Galleria location and thank you for all that you do for CSS!
