Sesh Coworking is where good humans do great work. I booked their main event space for a Friday morning networking event and it was such a great experience. From the booking process to the day of the event I felt taken care of. My attendees loved the space and so do I!

We have hosted several events in the parlor event space that offers the perfect blend of style, functionality and accessibility. The Sesh Team has thoughtfully curated an inviting space that is warm, welcoming and wonderful!The internal space offers high ceilings, an audio hook-up and multiple furniture resources that are easy to arrange to fit your event needs.The exterior has clear signage, the location is central and most importantly, it offers ample free parking.Every interaction with Sesh team members has been professional, thoughtful and kind. I recently hosted an event at Sesh along with other members of the Houston chapter of the National Alumni Association of Spelman College. Every July, we host a send-off called Sundae Sunday for Spelman incoming freshwomen from the Houston area. The event space at Sesh was a great space for our growing event! The lighting and the decor made it a very bright and fun environment. The event is based, of course, around ice cream, and having the connected kitchenette available made the event a huge success. The Sesh staff also let me know as a non-profit we could partner with Houston Community Tool Bank to rent the extra chairs that we needed at an amazing price! A big thank you to the Sesh team for sharing space with us and giving these girls an afternoon theyll never forget!

As a business owner, having a centrally located site for events is essential. Also, having a consistent site aids us with increased attendance and helps mitigate our expectations.Sesh CoWorking is one of the best micro-office spaces in midtown Houston. You have such ease of execution with large and smaller events, and the little extras make all the difference.

This space has it ALL. Beautiful aesthetics, helpful staff, convenient location, literally everything you could want. Ive coworked, held meetings, and even hosted a 100 person event at Sesh. It was only supposed to be 30 people but the ticket sales were much better than expected. I was worried Id have to find a new location but the Sesh owners told me they would find a way to accommodate. AND OH THEY DID!! They brought in extra coffee machines, chairs, and rearrange the tables to host it. They went above and beyond to make the event a success. I absolutely love this space and cant image working anywhere else.

The Founder’s Lounge at Sesh Coworking is an amazing space to record podcasts, interviews, and host small meetings. The room has a large screen TV for presentations, a coffee bar, small refrigerator, and cozy seating for 4 to 8 people. I have hosted small group coaching in the space, and it was perfect. I highly recommend Sesh for office rentals, event rentals, and an amazing, safe, and inclusive coworking space. Meredith and Maggie are super involved owners and a pillar within the Houston community. I am proud to be a Sesh member and excited for a future where more businesses follow this model.

We utilized the Large Conference Room at SESH this past weekend. We had a great experience! Everything was so easy to navigate, especially since we used it after hours. We definitely will be using them many times again!

Sesh was a welcome haven during a busy travel week in Houston. I felt comfortable and at ease in the space, and the guest pass and check in process was seamless. The space itself is gorgeous with lots of little nooks and cubbies to settle into and get work done. I will absolutely be returning during any and all future Houston trips!

Thank you to Sesh for hosting our team, last minute, in post-Hurricane Beryl conditions. Sesh was an oasis of air conditioning, showers, cold and filtered water, electricity, the cutest boutique on earth, and all-around lovely treatment. Karla was so welcoming and even adopted my plants, saving them from the heat. High praise for this beacon of light in Houston. 💜

Sesh has been a huge life saver to our company. We are still homebased and not open to the public, but needed a space for clients. Sesh is perfect! We signed up for 6 months and didnt wait for that to end before upgrading to 12 months. We will eventually open a store front or warehouse, but we will always keep our Sesh office. Its centrally located, our clients rave about how lovely Dane is at the front desk, and that the vibe is fantastic. We 100% agree. TEN STARS!

Fantastic place to be if you in business or want to partner with sesh due to having quiet time for study, relax unwind your mind. Gather together team meetings for your company they are the place to be. Even if you need refresher they got what you need. Glad my company thought of them, a very smart wise choice.

Love this co-working space! It feels very comfy and welcoming, and I love how they really work to support local women entrepreneurs, local artists, etc. They also have really great, flexible pricing options if you cant pay the monthly fee.

Sesh Co-Working has a fabulous, bright and positive space. They have games for kids which makes attending their events possible and enjoyable for parents. It has enabled me to feel comfortable bringing my son to events knowing he’s welcome and will have entertainment. The founders have created a special, safe, and inclusive community that is unique and hard to attain.

We hosted our staff retreat at Sesh, and were very happy with the decison. The space is beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, and professional. There were a couple of times when noise from other areas made it hard for us to hear our presenters, but thats to be expected in any cowork space, and Im sure we were no angels in the noise department! The staff at Sesh are awesome; they answered our questions, we very welcoming, and keep the facility spotless and smelling amazing :D

This is such a great place to lease from. Every time my day comes to lease in the office They always have things set up outside directing, My customers. It is very easy to get into remotely, very clean and nice.

This place is incredible! The vibe is perfect for focusing on work and feeling great while doing it. Amenities are so useful: shower and (available paid) locker make transitioning between different parts of your day easy. Ample bathroom space to get ready. DELICIOUS coffee! Cool podcast studio with all the necessary accessories available for rent. Soundproof phone booths. Lots of social events from coffee to happy hour and beyond. Outdoor space. Private conference room. And you can rent out the whole space for events. I honestly never thought Id find all this in one place, and certainly not with such am empowering environment. Im so grateful to have found Sesh!

I initially approached this office space with enthusiasm, drawn in by the promise of a flexible, month-to-month leasing arrangement. Unfortunately, the reality diverged significantly from my expectations. Due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication during the tour, I found myself inadvertently committed to a larger, more expensive space under a 12-month contract. This was a crucial oversight on my part, underscoring the importance of thoroughly reviewing contractual documents before proceeding. It was a learning moment about the significance of clarity and diligence in business agreements.When circumstances necessitated an early departure from the lease, I proposed a solution to settle the remaining balance through monthly payments, reflective of my ongoing commitment to fulfill my financial obligations while managing the operational costs of a small business. Regrettably, the managements insistence on an immediate lump-sum payment was both impractical and insensitive to the financial pressures faced by small business owners.Additionally, the office spaces internet service, critical to my business operations, proved unreliable. Despite numerous interruptions to my streaming activities—a key component of my business—requests for technical support were met with inadequate responses. The expectation for me to conduct speed tests, rather than receiving direct assistance, was neither helpful nor appropriate, given the services importance to my work.The professional atmosphere was further compromised by interpersonal dynamics with one of the co-owners, whose interactions were consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional. This contrasted sharply with the positive experiences I had with other staff members, including the front desk personnel and another co-owner, who were both helpful and courteous.My initial enthusiasm for this office space was based on the flexibility it seemed to offer, a factor that heavily influenced my decision to relocate from a previous provider. The subsequent realization that the lease terms were more rigid than anticipated, coupled with the managements inflexible stance on payment arrangements and the deficient support services, has been disappointing.The facilitys shortcomings, from inadequate parking to unreliable internet and a less than conducive business environment, have led me to conclude that this office space does not meet the needs of professionals seeking a supportive and efficient workspace. Moreover, the financial demands placed on me upon my departure—despite an offered termination discount—do not align with the value received.In summary, my experience underscores the importance of due diligence, clear communication, and the need for businesses to offer flexible, supportive services to their clients. I would advise potential tenants to consider these factors carefully when selecting an office space.

Sesh is a beautiful workspace, but more importantly a welcoming and supportive community of business owners, solopreneurs and self-starter remote workers. The owners are really community minded and they go out of their way to make sure they know what each member is hoping to get out of their experience and facilitate connections. Its a great place to meet like-minded people who are super willing to share resources and ideas and cheer you on. Between the various different types of workspace setups including a nearly soundproof phone booth for calls, its perfect for getting out of the house whether you need to concentrate, feel creative or just feel connected. They also have awesome events and Im looking forward to more in person events hopefully soon!

This is a beautiful co-working space. There are so many reasons to love Sesh. Its a great part of town all of this area is being refreshed and renewed by the city of Houston. Its really close to the arts district and so many excellent restaurants. Sesh has meeting rooms, phone booths, offices, presentation rooms influencer and social media booths.

I couldn’t be more excited for the Sesh Studio to join the Houston entrepreneurial community. This carefully crafted co-working space is my sanctuary. Their price points are respectably reasonable for those of us needing something more than a home office or noisy coffee shop. Conference rooms, printing/ scanning, crazy fast WiFi, shower, lockers, cozy living room and comfortable workstations all with a beautiful aesthetic. You don’t want to miss this. Come for the day, stay for the month, pick what’s best for you... bravo Sesh! Bravo!

I love Sesh Coworking! The environment is wonderful, and I love the shop addition. It is awesome to see small businesses supporting one another! Also not to mention the staff is incredibly welcoming. I would definitely recommend this space for a healthy, accommodating, and comfortable work space.

Best space in Houston very centrally located in the heart of Houston. Clean modern and has the most beautiful cozy looking atmosphere for any type of occasion such as tea party , family reunion , friendsgiving , and corporate style. You can also request a prep kitchen to set up your food. The owners are amazing, and their team at work is excellent with customer services . Pricing per hour is so affordable. Safety handling is great !!

I absolutely love Sesh! The space itself is beautiful and in a great location in Montrose. The amenities are endless. Fully stocked coffee and tea bar, drinks and and snacks for purchase, locally sourced retail, AND resources for content creation and personal development, (sometimes theres even an office puppy)! If the amenities and decor werent enough Maggie and Meredith are the best. They always greet me with a warm eye-smile (COVID life) and wish me well when I leave. They are so helpful and extremely sweet and fun to talk to. I love the fun events they come up with to encourage community and networking.Sesh is the best! I could go on and on but you should come see for yourself! :)

We weren’t sure if we wanted to make the investment in our own podcast equipment before testing our show out a few times, so we recorded our first half dozen episodes at Sesh. I must say the experience was great - Meredith and Maggie were very flexible on recording times and they have a top notch setup complete with sound attenuation and Rode podcaster mics. Their space looks awesome too! We would definitely recommend using the podcast room or the space in general.

The Alchemy Team hosted a teambuilding event at SESH and Ill have to say the event went off without a hitch due to the wonder SESH staff. They were EXTREMELY accommodating not to mention the beautiful space that made it all possible!

Its a great space with various areas to work or use for video recording! I had a video recording session there. The staff who coordinated it were nice and accommodating. The price was reasonable. The space actually had my brand colors on the wall and in the pillows and it made my videos look professional and perfect! I look forward to going back for more recording sessions and hopefully, spend time working there. Its just the perfect space!

Sesh Coworking was definitely worth the wait!! The space is conveniently located inside The Loop (610) and is super easy to access off Allen Parkway or West Gray at Waugh.Maggie and Meredith are doing an awesome job at bringing smart women and their amazing businesses together in a comfortable, professional and positive environment. Personally, I am definitely more productive in the right workspace and Sesh is offering that plus so much more!!

Beautiful co-working space for an affordable price. Great value created in the atmosphere, quiet areas designated to time alone or phone calls and there’s even a webinar friendly conference room. Not only that, but you can shower and have a designated locker. Lastly there is coffee and necessities you can purchase for emergencies such as pain killers or stain removers! I will definitely use this space when I need a space for my real estate investing business!

Holy Moly! Sesh is my little slice of sanity these days. My team joined Sesh just before the pandemic and were SO grateful we did. Its been a much needed respite for many of our team members to get out of the house, get work done and network (safely) with other likeminded women and professionals. As a mom, I really value how supportive Sesh is of working mothers (can you say pumping rooms, areas for kiddos to color, etc.?!) but also really enjoy being able to work from Sesh WITHOUT my kiddo in the background. The space is so creative and inspiring with a great mix of both open space and private rooms/phone booths when needed. This is more than a coworking space...its truly a hub to support women professionals. The founders bring in rotating artwork from female artists, there is a shop at the front to highlight and promote female makers and there are so many wonderful events throughout any given month meant to elevate and empower women. I cannot recommend Sesh enough!!

Such a beautiful and comfortable space! I could concentrate on getting my work done, and felt so empowered and motivated surrounded by other women working on their goals and tasks. The phone booth for calls and wellness room the founders included show just how much detail and care they put into providing not just a space but an experience.

Can I just say I woke up on the wrong side of the bed yesterday and after spending a day at Sesh I felt totally rejuvenated - even if you have a work space at home like I do, I highly encourage you to try them out! Both the space and people are warm and inviting, and they clearly thought of every single little detail when creating this space. I will be back!!

I hosted a GALentines event benefitting a local non-profit called Girls Empowerment Network at Sesh and my team and I were so happy with how everything went! The Professional Event Space was so spacious and gave us ample room to have multiple activities going on at once. The process before, during, and after the event was super smooth as well. Rae and Gaby were super responsive, answered all my questions, and gave us a detailed overview of what to expect, convenient door access codes, etc. I would highly recommend Sesh!
