WorkLodge Private Office & Coworking Space

I’ve really enjoyed working in this co-working space! It’s swanky and cool, with lots of entrepreneurial spirit. Day rates are very fair with a multi-day pass. Plus quiet places with free use of monitors, common areas with helpful office supplies, and food and drinks (for reasonable purchase). Eric, one of their team leads, has been a pleasure to work with.

We had our end of year reiview and beginning of year planning meeting at WorkLodge in Vintage Park. Mary Helen was warm, welcoming and helpful. The space provided everything we needed, including coffee, fruit-infused water, a refridgerator, and an icemaker. They also provided an HDMI cable and dry erase markers. Everything was easy to access and support was readily available if needed. We would definitely rent a space from them again.

I cant say enough great things about this place... The team is friendly and helpful, the office are beautiful, and tons of shared seating/meeting rooms. Highly recommend!

What can I say? Its the perfect place to have an office. Friendly staff, very professional (kinda love these guys), clean and decorated kind of hip. Great coffee bar! Perfect location, cant get any better!

I’ve lived in this area for 5 years and I just discovered this co-working space! Great amenities, variety in seating options, and coffee! Few downsides: wish they had some kind of student discount, wish they’d prorate the day fee if you happen to show up later in the day, and lastly, no dairy free options for creamer available 😩.Great staff though!

Great quiet place to work at! Super big and staff is so nice! I stopped in today to get a couple of hours of work done and will definitely be coming back on my remote days!

Avoid if You Need Professionalism and TransparencyMy experience with WorkLodge has been nothing short of frustrating and costly. From the beginning, I made it clear to their team that I needed a physical office space with a lease agreement meeting the USCIS requirements for my L-1 visa application. Despite multiple conversations, assurances, and a walkthrough of their facility, WorkLodge provided me with a license agreement—not a lease—which did not meet USCIS standards.Their team was fully aware of my visa requirements, and I trusted them to deliver on what was promised. Instead, they misrepresented a shared office space as a “physical office” and knowingly issued an outdated license agreement. This mistake has cost me my visa opportunity and forced me to withdraw my application, shutting down my business plans in the U.S. entirely. I invested over $20,000 in legal fees and months of effort preparing my application, only to have it rejected because of WorkLodge’s failure to provide the correct type of space and agreement.Even worse, I never had a chance to use the office. I couldn’t even pick up the access keys or set up any part of my business within their space, yet they still demanded payment for an entire year. Now, they’re billing me $6,080 for the remainder of the contract, with threats of involving a collection agency. Their response to my situation shows they prioritize profit over customer needs, and they lack empathy or accountability for the consequences of their own misrepresentation.For anyone considering WorkLodge, be extremely cautious and review every part of their contract—especially on page 5, which reveals it’s a license agreement, not a lease. This clause restricts you from subletting or transferring the agreement, meaning you’re locked in with no flexibility. The “office” they advertise as a private space is, in reality, a shared, virtual setup. This is not suitable for visa applications or for any business requiring a legitimate, physical office.Trust is essential in business relationships, and WorkLodge has abused mine. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and client support. There are other providers who genuinely care about helping businesses succeed without resorting to misleading tactics. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—look elsewhere if you need a genuine, professional office environment.

This coworking space is so fun and the staff is phenomenal. It is my go to when I need a conference room or quiet place to work. I can always jump on the website to see what’s available and book instantly.

Great place when your home office has no power, no internet, no A/C, and no ice.Walk in, pay, and you have a private office with high speed data.The private office is comfortable. Great chair. Beautiful working space. The way this place is designed is so nice. Great sized rooms with wonderful lighting. Outdoor working space. Easy booking process. Clear booking instructions online or over the phone. Helpful and cheerful staff. Clean bathrooms. Ergonomic chairs, great height desks, plenty of outlets! Love the shared fridge. Located in Vintage Park and close by several restaurants so you can have a delicious, but quick bite to eat. Across from H-E-B! The only improvement is that this workspace could use a dedicated mothers room for the working, nursing mamas out here.

Was traveling through the area and needed a space to work for the day. Staff was super friendly. The shared space was great. I took refuge in their loft balcony area that was quiet enough to make my calls and had the space pretty much to myself.

Feel like the day pass is more expensive than other coworking spaces - and I have worked at literally dozens of coworking spaces. Ive used this WorkLodge several times for hour-long bookings when I needed a space for virtual interviews and college presentations. The building and rooms are well appointed, well decorated, and clean. The staff and tenants are friendly.

Our team rented a training room for the day at the WorkLodge Vintage Park and I cannot say enough great things about the site and the extraordinary staff. Anneka went out of her way to make sure I had the exact space we needed when we needed it and that all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The space mirrored its hosts- as soon as you walk in you feel welcome in the fun cheerfully appointed lobby- lots of color and eye catching fun decor (including a 2 story slide!) the overall effect is so unique - the shared space is large with plenty of inviting seating open and and bright without feeling cavernous. You can have a private conversation without feeling as though everyone can hear.. The training room was bright , comfortable and very clean. There are also private offices of various sizes available- such a great concept!Lots of free off street parking and surrounded by fun shops and restaurants- what’s not to love?Thanks so much for taking such great care of us !

My wife and I along with our kids visited this place the last time we were in greater Houston area. This office is amazing, well designed, fun, professional and one of a kind. I have visited many places throughout the country and seen different offices but nothing like that WorkLodge. Keep up the good work.

When you walk into this work space, you immediately wanted to find a favorite nook and begin working (not to mention try and slide)! The environment is uplifting and the members are kind and genuine. Definitely worth checking out for a long or short term office or just a day pass, there are options to fit most people’s needs. Happy Working 👍

Our company hosted a series of collaborative meetings and work sessions in the WorkLodge Vintage Park facility over the course of two days. The facility itself was great and the various meeting rooms gave us the flexibility we needed to host the different types of meetings we had on our agenda. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water as well as the great selection of nearby restaurants to bring in some refreshments for our clients. The hospitality of the staff, particularly site manager Anneka, was what really helped to set WorkLodge apart. They were very kind and accommodating throughout our entire two-day stretch of meetings. Would certainly recommend WorkLodge Vintage Park to others in need of a permanent or temporary office space.

The worklodge concept is so awesome!! The support staff are always friendly and supportive. They take great care of us. Always fresh coffee, clean bathrooms and fancy flavored water. The massage chairs are such an extra bonus. Its just been great working here

I recently made use of one the WorkLodge common area meeting rooms with audiovisual capability for an important meeting with other team members who came in from out of town. One of the things I like about WorkLodge is that you can have your own cost effective office space while still having access to a lot of other flexible resources as you need them. Works for me!

I had a tour today with Maria, and the positive reviews are accurate. She is very friendly and gave a through tour of the space. The space is exactly as it appears on the website. The space is exactly what I need, a place to visit when I want to be in an office environment. I was happy they offered a flex pass that doesn’t expire, which allows me the flexibility of going only when I need to be more focus working on time sensitive projects. Looking forward to my first visit. Oh, the free snacks is a nice perk.

Ive been here for almost 3 years and this year Im pleased with the service and the staff. Highly recommend using for small meetings in a lively location with great eats and a vivacious scenery.Edit: Withdrew an additional month of rent from the business bank account and did not return the funds after stating they would. Instead, WL applied the funds to the next months rent. As a small business owner this was an unexpected amount of money to be without especially at the beginning of the month.

This is the best office space that I have ever worked in and I have been in many across the globe. The environment is a warm and friendly and manner that makes is extremely comfortable and spurs creativity. The hanging art, murals on the walls and colorful chairs have seem to have been carefully curated to create a positive, relaxing vibe to stimulate creativity and productivity. The staff is extremely attentive and daily demonstrates that customer service is their focus. The easy access to snacks, super clean restrooms and close proximity to restaurants and entertainment are all important extras that add to the overall value of the experience.

I’m definitely not one to write reviews, but today I felt it important to share my experience. I do a lot work from home and these days tons of zoom conference calls. With our apartment being a less than an ideal location to host conference calls, I asked my wife if she had a suggestion on a place for an upcoming interview. When she sent I the information, I was a bit hesitant because I was looking for something super simple, but since it was on my way home so I stopped by anyway. Now, outside of work when I’m dressed down, it seems hard for some to grasp that I am a professional, and most often I’m met with an apprehensive vibe. But not today...Today, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the PERFECT location!!! I met a lady name Buffy and she immediately met all of my needs and then some. She kept things very simple! She was patient, kind and went well above and beyond to find the perfect space for me to host my interview this week. I encourage anyone with a creative and/or business mind, entrepreneur, student, artist, etc. to check this place out!!! The whole team seemed awesome, but I encourage you to ask for Buffy. You will not be disappointed! I’m more confident about this interview!

Love this place! Even though it was only our office temporarily until our final location was built out, Im sad to leave it. The Work Lodge was ALWAYS clean and had fresh coffee and water, as well as snacks to buy.Everyone in the building was really nice, like the other tenants and staff etc. If you are looking for a fun office environment I highly recommend the Work Lodge.:)

I dropped off my sister at Alan Murphy’s, then strolled around looking for a place to get some reading/work done. I stumbled upon the Work Lodge, and they were more than welcoming. There was no one at the desk when I first rang the doorbell, however a customer let me in and told me they would send an employee over to talk with me when one is available. About an hour in (I believe it was the store owner) came over to chat. She asked how I arrived at the store and offered me to stay the two hours free of charge as a Christmas present. She understood my desire to be productive, knew that this was the healthiest option, and offered me the time and space out of the goodness of her heart. She simply asked, “If you have time, maybe write us a review on Google?” Well, I was more than delighted to do so. I forgot to write the review that day, and here I am on Christmas remembering her kindness. Thank you Work Lodge for such a delightful experience, I would recommend this organization to any individual seeking a relaxing area to be productive.

My review is unique because I was the first person to be married in the work lodge office. I wanted a small and intimate wedding but something that meant a little more than just going to the court house. Everyone at work lodge made my big day spectacular and beautiful. I am forever grateful for the beautiful wedding that work lodge put together for me.

Ive been at the Work Lodge for almost 6 months now and continue to enjoy the facility, the atmosphere and the amazing staff that go out of their way to make sure all of the tenants are taken care of on a daily basis. From the fresh coffee and fruit infused water made daily - I never thought Id actually LIKE coming into the office, but thanks to the Worklodge, I do now!

I highly recommend The Work Lodge if you’re looking for coworking space. First of all, the staff is fantastic. They are very service oriented. The pricing is very fair and they keep the area immaculate. The offices are amazingly quite and with all the offices having windows, it has a very open feel even in the interior areas. With a large H-E-B across the street, restaurants, a movie theater, wine bars and a cigar shop all within walking distance or less than a mile, the location is hard to beat. If you need office space, give them a call.

This is a great place to do business. I office at the Vintage location, but having the flexibility to work and host meetings in The Woodlands, is a real added bonus. And the Staff is just the best. WorkLodge adds professionalism to your small business.

Staff are friendly and helpful, office looks good but you pay for it so it only just meets expectation for the price point. Meeting rooms are expensive and offer no privacy. Owner is a weirdo trying to create some kind of cult - people just want an office and to be left alone, not to have your charity thrust upon them at every turn.Read your agreement very carefully as whatever they promise you verbally will be forgot! No consistency between tenants and rates, lease duration etc.

The Work Lodge has changed the way I work! It provides a professional (yet fun) atmosphere that has helped increase my productivity. The staff team is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I keep an office at the WorkLodge and have use of four great conference rooms. I can say that every client that meets me at the WorkLodge enjoys the experience, greatly. The décor inspires joy and peace. Karina, Aneeka, and Janice are professional, friendly and accommodating. I cant praise the place enough!

Ive been at WorkLodge for over a year. I fell head over hills for the unique shared office space. I love the quirky décor, fun atmosphere, diversity, the price, and the location. The office is well-maintained, clean, and the staff are okay. When I initially moved in the staff were super friendly and engaged often by opening the door, greeting you, and being very helpful. There is only one factor that makes working there challenging to me and its the lack of people and staff not wearing a mask in public areas where there are several signs indicating that a mask is required in specific areas. As a healthcare worker this is alarming, makes being there less enjoyable (therefore, I dont get the full benefit of my money spent on the space), and it should definitely reduce the overall rate since it is now a medium risk environment. I would give this organization more stars if the leadership and the team followed their own rules.

WorkLodge is a great idea! As the publisher of a niche newspaper (polka and Texas music) my WL office allowed me to escape the distractions at home and focus on my business. I love the casual, yet professional atmosphere, the patio for an escape, fruit-infused water, and the helpful staff. I also like hearing Christian music in the common areas and the beautiful wall hanging proclaiming To God be the Glory!

I work at the Work Lodge. The staff is great and the facilities are top notch. I am 2x more productive in my job vs. working from home because of the facilities and support that I receive in this amazing environment. The Work Lodge provides coffee to everyone in the office and have several special occasions with free lunch/snacks. I have an office at the Work Lodge and I cant be happier about it. I worked in the co-working environment for about 6 months before moving into a private office earlier this year. The facility is top-notch and the owner has an impeccable eye for design. I really like the fact that I pay one flat-fee a month for 24/7 access, internet (fast), coffee, and a well-appointed office. I really just cant say enough good things about the space.

The Work Lodge makes my job seem less like work and more of a place I look forward to spending my weekday. The staff and tenants are really friendly and really contribute to the authentic community vibe. Added bonus: Multiple restaurants are within walking distance and some even give a discount when you mention working in Vintage Park. Hands down, this is the best place Ive ever been employed.

Having just moved to Texas and waiting for our wifi to be turned on, I desperately needed a place to work effectively. My hotspot just wasnt making the grade. I emailed WorkLodge about day rates and received a response in less than 24 hours with all the information I needed. It is a great co-working space and the people are wonderful. A very professional staff and a nice, quiet environment to work when I am in the area. Wifi was consistent and having fresh water and coffee available was very helpful throughout the day. The location makes it great to pop out and grab lunch at a local restaurant, I’ll absolutely be using this again.

We needed a conference space for a meeting for a few hours and the Worklodge at Vintage Park was perfect. The space was great and the service was outstanding. We will definitely utilize this option in the future.

COPilot has been at The Work Lodge for a few months, and this is by FAR the best office weve ever had. The team is helpful, friendly, and a lot of fun. Needed a private office for one day while repairs being done in my home where I normally work. I booked online, from the time I arrived to being up and running, on WiFi and ready for a video call couldnt have been 5 minutes. They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived 4 minutes before the front reception was supposed to be open. Great experience!

The Work Lodge has a positive ambiance for conducting meetings with clients. As it becomes necessary to use a conference room in a pinch, they provide an easy transition. Our clients feel at ease for our meetings. Nothing stressful about attending the Work Lodge.

This place was great. First time visiting after a bad experience somewhere else. Very accommodating. Plenty of options and the offices are very clean and equipped with all you need.

We visited to sign some paperwork for a refinance. This place is super neato! There is a ton of cool art installations and neat work/meeting spaces. There was even a slide. I felt like we were in a cool tech startup in silicon valley or something. Really hip and impressive!

Great location for the suburbs. Does not compare to co-working in Austin when it comes to benefits ( good coffee, snacks, beer on tap, espresso machine). But its cheap. And its not my parents dining room.

I would love to recommend this place because the space is nice and if you need a place to meet without a conference line it is perfect. However, do not drive your personal vehicle. I was parked 4 parking spaces down from the front door and while in work lodge for an hour my truck was broken into, all my stuff stolen and a cooler with a cable lock cut and stolen as well. After notifying the team inside I was told that this is a regular occurrence with trucks like mine. Then found out even an employee with a similar truck had his truck broken into and a gun stolen. It would have been nice to know going in that theft is a regular occurrence right outside the door.

This is a great place to have a meeting, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The front desk and management team go above and beyond to make your meeting a success. I highly recommend either of their locations for your next meeting.

The staff at The Work Lodge are supportive and encouraging, and are always available to help me on the administrative side of my business.

This may be the best work space in Houston. Anyone within a reasonable drive should consider it. Excellent prices, and just a fantastic space. They have a slide! Events galore. Parties. Workshop. Wonderful people with a winning concept. Love this place.

The Work Lodge impressed me in every way possible - Im no stranger to cowork spaces, but the typical issues I find with most places like Regus and open desk concepts just dont apply here. First, prices are well within reason and the contract terms dont seem shady (especially compared to Regus). These offices seem to be almost soundproof and even interior offices have windows so you avoid that prison feeling no matter which office you get. They have a good variety of other renters which is great for networking (instead of like 50% renters being IT folks, which can kinda influence the atmosphere). The vibe is great and productive, the staff was very kind and the location is surrounded by good food and places to go for a break. Definitely recommend to small operations and soloprenuer businesses.

My experience at WorkLodge has been absolutely positive. The space is professional and clean. It has public/open space and private rooms for meetings. The staff is outstanding and responsive.

Fantastic space! My favorite is the Back to the Future mural at the entrance. This place is huge and has such great common areas. I would rather work out there with wifi then in the offices. And guys, getting mustache advice in the bathroom helps too. Haha

A ten minute tour of The Work Lodge (“TWL”) was all I was given and all I needed. Here is my experience.Background/PerspectiveFor me, co-working spaces fulfill two needs: (i) a “home-base” in whatever city I am located that day, and (ii) a place to hold meetings (or meet new people). That said, regardless of the needs fulfilled, co-working is about community. I am a WeWork member and have used WeWork offices in NYC, LA, Santa Monica, and Austin. Given my satisfaction with WeWork, all co-working spaces are measured against my interpretation of the “WeWork way.”A few weeks ago, another co-working space in Houston, Wi Co-Work , invited me to their “Friday Free Co-Working” meetup. During my visit, Juan (the owner) showed me around, shared the building’s history and explained his vision for the future. Our conversation lasted some time but was natural and comfortable. I explained my reason for being at his space (looking for a meeting place in/near downtown and searching for someone with a specific skill set). Juan took a moment and then told me about one of his members who may be a fit for what I was seeking, but Juan said the guy was on vacation currently and usually very busy.To me, Juan demonstrated a genuine connection with his space and its members, and he showed an interest in connecting with me, regardless of whether I became a member or not.Note: Exactly how I felt leaving Juan’s co-working space (Wi Co-Work) is how I’ve felt nearly every time I’ve left a WeWork space. WeWork reps at each location know their members and care about helping them and getting to know them.As I left Wi Co-Work, Juan suggested I look into TWL, since I lived nearby.The Work LodgeUpon entering The Work Lodge, I was asked about my budget and time frame for move. I was asked nothing about me, my business, how my business could fit into the community, etc. Immediately thereafter, I was handed a clipboard with a Xeroxed form asking for contact information, budget, and move-in timeline, which was confusing given, I was required to provide my contact information online to get a tour time.The tour guide walked me into the space 10 or 12 steps (literally) and said, “Here is the space”, and pointed to the open seating, dedicated offices, conference rooms and snack bar. The guide never offered water or something to drink.I asked about pricing and was told the only packages available were a $249+/mo. option and a $699+/mo. option. The “Mobile Go Getter” plan shown on TWLs website was never mentioned. I asked if TWL had an app and was told there was, but, other than saying it was used to book conference rooms, no explanation of the app’s function was given. I asked about the signup process and was told there was an agreement. When I asked for a copy of the agreement for review, I was told they do not give those out, unless I am willing to sign right then.I mentioned I was looking for a person with “xyz” specific skills and asked if any of the members at TWL had those skills, and I received a blank stare. I asked about member size (answer: 200) and square feet (answer: no idea), so I could determine if there was adequate space on busy days, and I could not get a helpful response.My overall impression is that TWL does not care about potential members, their businesses or what potential members need to make their businesses successful, unless what they need is a $250+/mo. “space” to work. I suspect my experience at TWL resulted from either poor sales training or a poor corporate culture. Either way, for me, co-working is about community, and the community “culture” is reflective of the community managers. Sadly, the “look” or décor is the only thing TWL successfully replicated from their more established and successful co-working competitors. Perhaps TWL management will figure out the “community” aspect eventually, but, for now, I intend to keep my business and my money away from The Work Lodge!
