Joel and his crew were wonderful to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, and gave us the best offer on our home that was fair for everyone involved. PPS house buyers was a game changer for us! They actually were the last business that I called of about 15. Mr Daniel came in evaluated the house and within 30 minutes I had a very fair offer. The offer was so fair that we took it!We decided to sell as is to streamline the process and PPS did not come in and treat us as if we were desperate because of this. We dealt with Hunter in selling my elderly mother’s home. She was a hoarder which made this a very difficult situation. Hunter was understanding & always honest. He was upfront and gave her top dollar in a cash deal.. He made every accommodation for our situation and was more than patient. This is a local and honest firm when many out there are not. Got some spam calls and texts from this company. It wasnt very clear it was them until I did some digging. Super shady to spam people while obfuscating corporate details. I would never do business with a company that operates this way.

Daniel made the process from viewing to the offer very easy and pleasurable. Gave me an offer that was fair and equitable for both of us. There was no, staging, cleaning etc needed...and the best part was no realtor fees taken from my profit. I would absolutely recommend Daniel and PPS to anyone trying to sell a house hassle free.

Hunter was awesome throughout this process. He is quick to respond to messages and emails. The PPS offer was much much higher than the competition. I sold my house through PPS a few weeks ago. I was in a hurry to do so. Trust me it was a fixer upper. I had talked with Hunter in the past about selling but wasn’t ready at the time. When the time came to sell, I contacted Hunter again. He came out to the house the same day or the very next day then had an offer a day or so later. I agreed to move forward. Im not one to typically write a review, however in this case I feel obligated to let others know what a wonderful experience I had. I have to say initially I was a little bit skeptical of them wanting to buy my mothers home. But once I spoke with Hunter Hill and had a couple conversations with him I knew I was in good hands. Hunter is such a great, HONEST, trustworthy and is an amazing human being. My moms health wasnt so great, he went out of his way to help her and took the time to explain everything. Along with helping me navigate through the selling of her home. However with Hunters help and hes patience of my thousands of questions and hundreds of text messages he reassured me everything was going to be OK, because at the same time I was going to the process of buying my 1st home. He was able to bump up my moms closing for the timeline that I needed and executed it. He also provided me with lots of helpful resources for my 1st home. Hands down, one of the most seemless processes Ive ever been through. We closed on my mothers house at the beginning of October it took 30 minutes at the title company and within a few hours the money was in her account. All in all I would say if youre looking to have someone buy your home, these people are legit!

Danny DiPetta is the most wonderful person to work with as a buyer of residential property. Just before Covid in March 2020 he came out & evaluated my property by Hobby Airport as I was ready to sell the Estate of my family we had owned for close to 60 years so I could move back to Northern California. I needed about 6 months or so before I was ready to sell & asked him if he would be able to wait until I was ready in the Fall, he said absolutely. Covid hit. That delayed the sale until now, April 2021. We stayed in contact through the year & I asked him to come back out & re-evaluate due to some valuable repairs/improvements that I had no choice but to do which changed the sale price. He came back out in March 2021 & agreed with the price I was offering. We executed the sales contract the same day along with a special sale apart from the property. I was in need of selling a classic car that needed restoration & he was able to contact a friend he worked with who was in the business as a hobby. Same day the guy came out, loved the car, purchased it with title transfer & towed it from my property. It was a super blessed day with a dual transaction that helped me move forward. We closed escrow quickly within about 3 weeks as I would be ready to move. I was funded the same day papers were executed. Excellent Escrow/Title experience also in Sugarland. I highly recommend PPS House Buyers. Their team is extremely professional, courteous, no rush as he mentioned to me they were there to support me in whatever decision I made. It was the greatest experience I ever had as this was my first owned property as being the heir of my parents estate. I know PPS will give the property the TLC thats needed in order for a new family to come in & hopefully enjoy it for many years as our family did as it was where I was raised. I had been trying to figure away to move from my home in Hockley Texas for several years. I needed a place to go, once I sold my home, but did not have the funds. Each time I would try to put my home on the market, people would low ball me and nit pick what all they felt I should do, before selling.
