This review is way overdue!!!! If you are looking for someone to get the impossible done you have found him! I was looking to buy a home and sell my current home. Michael ending up being my realtor for the new house as well as buying the current home! The task was daunting at best and Michael held on to the very end! Never had an attitude and was always there when we needed him!! If you are looking to sell your home you have found the right person!!!

Overall, a good experience. Michael got right on the marketing as soon as we completed the listing agreement. I had several offers within 7 days of the listing. Michael negotiated the final contract terms with the buyer very quickly.He was also diligent in his follow-through during the entire transaction. He got documents to me in a timely manner. He responded to my emails quickly. And he kept the title company well fed for the most part.We closed the transaction as originally scheduled in the listing agreement. That in itself is a near-miracle these days.I recommend Michael if you are looking to do an as-is sale..
