Requested pricing for a job over the weekend and gave him the details of what needed to be done which was replace water damaged flooring in kitchen cabinet. Keith gave me a quote based on what I gave him and we scheduled a time for him to come and perform the job. He arrived on time and inspected the job. As he was closely inspecting the job he pointed out some problem points to me that would become a problem in the future and gave me different options to go about it and gave me his personal recommendation. We went with his recommendation which required more work, tools, and materials. He went on with the work and did an outstanding job! Keith had a good personality as well. The quality of the work was excellent and no shortcuts were taken. On top of all that he kept his price that he originally quoted. I would definitely recommend At Your Services LLC!!

I hired At Your Services to replace a collapsed backyard fence. Keith does excellent work at a very competitive price, everything was done in good time according to an accurate estimate. No job goes exactly as planned, but Keith was quick to adapt to issues and kept me well-informed of delays and changes. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Keith is very patient and keeps suggesting ways to further improve the job scope. His expensing of materials is very transparent and the growth in scope is highly great news to get the house to be both functional and appealing to the eyes. Price wise, he is very realistic and always covers his work quality. Keep up the good work.

If i could give 0 stars I would.1) called July 14th to get a bid done on some items at a new property, got a very nice bid and excellent prices.2) called august 10th to schedule it out. Got told he could start August 15th (this was giving him plenty of leeway for the other job.3) called August 12th to see if he could see the property to ensure everything is still good to do.4) august 14th comes, was told he would start august 15th.5) august 15th, got told he would start august 16th.6) august 17th comes, got told he would start Tuesday 18th and would call that evening with photos and an update.7) called him august 19th with an update and was told that he decided to work nights (not even send me an update that he was going to do this) and when he went to the house the lockbox was gone. (Remind you, he had said he already shown up at the house to do a bid, apparently).I asked why didnt you call or text to ask me where it was or what happened? No response.8) so august 19th he comes in, does 4-6 hours of work than leaves. (Some caulking and changing outlets)9) called august 20th to see an update and was told he would show up at 11 am, i said okay. I ask when does he think the job will be done and he says august 26th. I said okay. I will schedule cleaners and photos. 3 hours later he calls me back and says I stressed him out and he wont do the job.With all that being said, there was always an excuse. Did not follow through, overall terrible customer service and highly recommended never to use this contractor. He stated he got in the business to do good. That is 100% a lie, maybe back then but Definitely not now.

He removed a basketball goal that my husband had installed (very securely!) more than 30 years ago. He did the job quickly, cleanly and safely and disposed of it. I would definitely hire him again!

Very courteous and great communication skills. Definitely recommend and will be using again for future projects!!!
