There was a company car in College Station. It was speeding and driving generally recklessly. I don’t want a company that endangers our community.
Supervisors stop stealing passengers to give tips to people who NEVER touched the passenger to begin with. This company is SO disorganized, have no ethnic values, lazy people, too many people and not enough tablets to START the job with., causing at least a 2 hour delay. Need the CEO to show up to see exactly whats going on, if he even knows how to do this job!
Your employee, Joyce Johnson, at IAH terminal E helped me today and I so appreciated it. I did speak to a supervisor of ABM at the terminal, and told him also. He was in the company of a young man whose name is Less. All of the gentleman and Ms. Johnson are employees who are making travelers at IAH feel good about being in or leaving from Houston. Thank you!
Checking bags at IAH and the rudest 2 people I have seen im n a lon while. Told me you gonna pay today. Referri mb g to a bag they say is oversized. I paid for it then they wanted me to stand back in line for 45 minutes to check my bag. Found a supervisor that told them to let me check my bag. Ive already stood in line. When walking to securithe one checking bags told me I have to go that way. I told her to check bags. Not her job to direct me where I go. She then said Im ignorant. I told her it doesnt matter what she thinks.... she kept mumbling and also said she was going home if she had to deal with people all day. Why does ABM hire these people. I see this mentality a loo ot from their emoloyees.
One of the employees followed me into the woman’s bathroom and threw water on me while I was in the stall. I went into the same bathroom a second time to make sure it was the same person and it was the same person with abm uniform. The whole experience was strange and scary.
Sarah Sandles was wonderful helping us to get to our gate since I have a swollen foot. Very personable and capable. She’s a gem
I loved this job...it was just unfortunate things such as death and childrens lack of a school bus that effected my attendance...wish i could go back... Joseph honora...the wheel master
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The people in the office dont care about your problems, and they will screw you on your paycheck. DONT WORK HERE
Go away and hang out somewhere else other than gate a7 at the IAH airport. Go do your job. They have been not working for almost 3 hours.
Terrible I’m driving down 45 North Fwy and this man not only cut me off but was driving recklessly in traffic I have my kids in the car with me and that’s terrible he didn’t signal at all and almost wrecked with not only me but with another car as well just to get onto Sam Houston tollway west

Arranged in advance for handicap transport between flights. Over an hour wait and no one came. Horrible service
