Binz Building

Be very cautious when dealing with Renting business in the Binz Building.Michael (or Mike) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke in an arrogant tone. His attitude, especially toward people of color, was unacceptable. I left a voicemail for Jay but never got a response. Because of their actions, I lost money and had to file a BBB complaint on the business who is currently renting..it simply untrained security guards working here or lack of supervision from owners/leasing office..Think twice before doing business/renting space here.

Michael was very rude and mr jay will not return no ones calls. Michael needs to know how to talk to people and stop acting like he is a rent a cop. Probably the most unprofessional security person i have ever meet. when i had legal business in the building and he couldn’t handle legal questions nor act right when he created a aggressive environment. The build on the other hand is fine and other security officers are fine and have respect. Michael on the other hand, you are the problem.

Michael who is the security guy is so unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and racist. He needs to be fired and the property manager Jay Quiazon, he will not do anything about it even if you tell him about it. He will lie to you saying I will look into it and call you back. The other security staff is nice

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had the worst experience in this building. Their Security guy Michael is so rude and disrespectful, racist. They force you to wear masks but their staff doesn’t even wear. They come in and out of the building without wearing masks and nobody says anything to them. They should be ashamed for having double standards !!!!! They treat so badly that you do not ever want to go back!!!

Michael the manager of security was extremely courteous and very helpful and we were successful in completing what we came to do with ease and on time! Thank you Michael!!!!

I have been very surprised and impressed with the professional service and responsiveness of Mr. Jay the Binz Building Manager, while taking care of my shipment issue. Thanks a lot for your professionalism.
