Let me start by saying Samantha is the sweetest person ever! She is understanding, knowledgeable and shows compassion. I would recommend this place to my friends for sure. Her customer service is great.

Talk about nightmare, there are so many places to start I renewed my lease because I waited until the last minute to find a new place n they would not give a reference. Their $29 additional monthly benefit package gets you 4 filters a year no more.They charge you for insurance whenever they fill like it even tho you provide documentation you have insurance,than send you harassing emails on a daily. a tree fell down blocking an elderly neghibor in her home after 3 days neghibors moved it because they were waiting on a lower price. getting repairs done is a joke. lighting struck a tree 6 months ago it family fell down in the back yard.mold, rotting wood is not considered an emergency, they try to talk to you like a child telling you do you know how to read a lease when you tell them the same their reply is you can terminate your lease any time. in almost 2 years I have never been late on my rent. They sent me an email saying they received my notice to vacate which I did not send. These people will try to bully you on so many levels and if that doesn’t work they harass you on a dail basis.people who give them 5 stars must work for them.Update: 11/01/2024 The nightmare continues I will be filing a complaint with various agencies, I will be posting on various social media will update again once they are up and running with pictures and documentation. I am a 61 yr old grandmother who has never been late on rent payments there is no reason This company should be allowed to get away with this!

Finally the time has come to review this company as a whole…. I will first say. Not everyone is bad at their job. Unfortunately they fall into this company as a whole so i will give my homest opinion.My first month moving in. A pipe busted in the ceiling. Damaged my sons bed and tv and cabnet. Water flooded the room. They didnt replace any of my personal things i had to come out of pocket. Upon leaving the plumber said the whole house needed to be repiped but they wouldnt approve it…. Guess what. A month before my end date on my lease guess what happen. The cieling starting leaking again while i was at work and you guessed it. Flooded my sons room AGAIN damaged his belongings again!!!I lost ao much money replacing my personal things and having to take days off for contractors to come over.The summers were hot and the winters were cold as heck… why oh right the house was poorly insulated and they were told by 2 CONTRACTORS!!! that the attic needed more and the proper insulation because it didnt have the right one and was all deteriorating.The house had huge settling cracks inside and out. The siding was falling apart. The windows were filmed and all mitch matched.The duct never got cleaned and when i moved in the gutters were full of crap and debris but guess what. Now that im out theyre trying to charge me to paint the inside of the house and the door with my money. After costing me thousands of dollars with the pipes busting and me having to take days off.On my last month they needed me to take days off to be there for their unreliable contractors to come. I rufused and told them they could do it after i leave.Contractors left messes like no other and arrived late and left without even finishing the jobs. Thats the people this company hires.Had a leak flood my garage and damage more of my personal property then they came and had to replace that dry wall too.After the first pipe there was a huge stain and still never got it out after i told them to just replace the carpet they kept trying to go the cheap route and just clean it and that did nothing.This company is cheap and the management is as worse as it gets. I send countless emails that never got responses.Save your time. Your money and sanity.These other reviews are not real. Ive followed this company from their switch from Goal Properties. They have tried to build a new brand of a company but you cant so that with the same crap management and system.Now that ive moved out. You bet their trying to charge me for every thing under the sun. Their lazy. They never came and did a move in walk with me or anything. Now they want to upgrade the house with my wallet. That house is destroyed and is falling apart like no others. Look at the photos for yourself.Not to mention the second time the pipe busted they did another temp fix after another plumber told them again that it all needed to be done 2 days later another pipe busted in the restroom. What a disaster. Finally they went to repipe it all. It took 4 leaks for that to happen…. Remember that.

As others have stated trying to get Bridge Homes to make necessary repairs is a joke. When they are done the contractor only does enough to make it appear the job was done correctly. I have complained and sent photos on several occasions. After many complaints over several years about the linoleum ripping in the kitchen ,we finally had to pull it up after my 80 yr old mother tripped and fell on a torn piece. The linoleum is 25 years old. I have been living with concrete flooring in my kitchen and dining area for several years. We send emails and work orders on a regular basis, with no response. We have also reported frequently that the back patio cover is rotten and coming loose from the house which is also rotting. After a storm came through a month or so ago the gate side of the fence fell and broke. This was a double gate and we assumed that the same would be replaced. The fence and gate were replaced, but with a single gate. The contractor said that only a single gate was approved even though we have a trailer in the back yard. We came home just as he was packing up to leave. Even though the repairs requested have not been done the rent has gone up with each lease signed. Because of the kitchen cement and the porch cover falling Im embarrassed to have anyone into my house. We absolutely love the neighborhood and had intended to stay here until our last child finished school. After our rent going up $125.00 and still nothing done we are left with no choice but to move at the end of our lease. Fortunately we have saved every email, work order and picture since moving in 8 years ago. Im doing research now to find and contact the lady that owns the house, I feel sure that she will be mortified at the condition of her house. One picture is of the gross kitchen floor that is impossible to clean, this is after being cleaned with a bucket of soapy hot water and shop vac. The other is what is left of the 25 year old linoleum. The rest are of the patio cover. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because, when our a/c went out 3 years ago it was replaced in a timely manner and we were provided a portable a/c device.

Update: It has been several weeks and the shed has not been relaced. It has moved further and sustained more damage due to additional storms. It is becoming a danger to my neighbors property and my guests. They have ignored letters requesting rental adjustment and just canceled a second work request for the shed. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!Refused to replace a storm damaged shed for over one month after two separate contractors advised them it could not be repaired. They then send someone to repair it using silicon even though two separate contractors told them this should not be done. When I spoke to them how this was unacceptable they retaliated and are now threatening to demolish the shed since it can not be repaired instead of replacing the amenity included in my rent that has risen almost 20% since they took over the lease.

RENTERS BEWARE! Joke of a property management company. Left a hole in my roof and ceiling for over a month, fence got torn down due to weather and that took about 3 months to fix. Kept our deposit and said because we had to replace the carpet (even though had it cleaned for move out) also because they had to repaint the exterior of the house. Im sorry but renters are not accountable if you want to repaint the exterior because its faded. Once we moved out they were pretty quick to fix the things we asked them to just to put it on the market to sell it. THEY WILL SCREW YOU!

Very pleased with my whole experience leasing from Bridge Homes. I had to put in a work order bc the plumbing was backed up and they sent someone out immediately to correct the issue. I highly recommend leasing with Bridge Homes.

Formerly known as ‘Goal Properties.’ this is a company full of con artist. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. I’ve never dealt with such an incompetent company. The management and staff is a joke. It’s no wonder why they’re constantly quitting. Over the 3 years I rented through them they’ve had 3 different managers. Expect your rent to increase every single year but no renovations to the properties. Repairs if any that are done are cheapest. Every year I have to deal with the company they work with to approve your renters insurance called LeaseTrack. There’s always an issue as to why they can’t approve my insurance on time. Every year I have to be calling them multiple times in order to get it fixed and have my money returned as if I choose to work with that company to verify. So then what is the point of having a staff if I have to do their job?! They’re quick to take your money. I was forced to pay the fee charge for not having insurance or else I would be considered late on making the monthly payment since you have to do the full payment. I’ve yet to have received my credit back after multiple emails asking for update with management. Their properties are poorly taken care of, no upgrades, and have mold. I’m not surprised that they changed companies after all the lawsuits they’ve received from prior renters. Also expect for them to come up with excuses as to why they won’t give you your deposit back that’s a whole month’s rent. I will be contacting a lawyer. Enough is enough.

First, they wait until less than 60 days to inform us the house is being sold, and this was only after calling because we had not gotten a renewal letter. Now, I have been fighting for 2 months to get my security deposit (whats left of it) back. Horrible communication. I cant get any reply to my calls or emails.

Estefani has been my family’s MVP! She is the definition of excellent customer service! If I have a problem or anything comes up, I call that number and dial her extension and I’m not feeling worried at all because I know Estefani is on the other side of this call and is going to do her very best to make sure my family is well taken care of! When my business is finally up and running, my goal is to try and hire as much Estefani’s as I can! Because any company that has employees with the traits she has; they will always excel! Ive been leasing a home with them for a little over a year now and have not had issues until we needed repairs... My backyard fence has been knocked down for over a week, and I have two outdoor leaky faucets that force me to shut my main water supply off/on in order to avoid a high water bill... Two different companies have now been to my home to get quotes on the fence, meanwhile the fence is falling over more and more as time goes on, and no one is telling me as to when this issue is getting resolved. Same goes for my faucets. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a home. Do not rent from these people.

After reading the reviews, I wouldnt even consider moving into any of their homes. My Mother happens to live near some of these townhouses, and the area is very very low income and high crime. Not to mention, when I called to ask a simple question regarding why they are building these in an area such as this, the gentleman I spoke to was very very rude. I can clearly see that all the the bad reviews are definitely legit. I feel sorry for those who have had all of these horrific problems with these people. Hopefully, more and more people will continue to post any and all issues, and they need to be held accountable. SHAME ON THEM!!!

I would not recommend leasing from this company to my worst enemy. BUT if you have to… just be prepared to deal with 10 different people coming through your house for A MONTH to fix a leak. Moldy carpet? Be ready to deal with it because they won’t replace it. Broken fence? Be ready to look at that too because they won’t fix it either. And the cherry on top… be sure to write down the colors of the walls when you move in because they’ll say you painted it when it fact that was the color it was when you moved in. So no, you’ll never get your full deposit back even if they have absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF that you painted it. Oh and they’ll make stuff up on why they can’t refund you the full amount. We left the house immaculate and still got ripped off. If I could give this company zero stars I would. To the owner, don’t bother responding to this unless you plan on refunding us the additional $250 you owe us for painting over something that was there when we moved in.

I have had a really experience dealing with Gold Homes. EStephani Hurtado has been nothing short of spectacular. I give her a 10/10. She has worked with me and made my transition from LA to Houston smooth. She helped me with all my requests and has been very responsive. Communication isn’t there. I’ve reached out to the property manager so many times, for trying to charge me THOUSANDS of dollars after i moved out. They can’t tell me what they’re charging me for. and won’t respond to emails, calls, or texts. Never received an itemized list. AND they sent it to collections without letting me know first, or giving us a chance to pay it if needed. The company is a scam. and was “GOAL PROPERTIES” prior to being bridge homes. But it’s clear to see Nothing has changed.
