Stay Away from this company and James Sinclair!!My experience with CMI Real Estate was a complete letdown. The lack of professionalism was evident from the very beginning. The team was disorganized and unresponsive, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful.They failed to provide accurate information about the properties I was interested in, and it seemed like they were more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find the right home. Their property management was equally frustrating, with long delays in addressing essential maintenance issues.I expected a lot more from a real estate company, and unfortunately, CMI Real Estate did not deliver. I would advise others to steer clear.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with CMI Real Estate. From the start, communication was poor, and the team seemed disorganized and unprofessional. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didnt seem to have a solid grasp of the local market.I felt that my concerns were constantly brushed off, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. The property management was equally disappointing, with maintenance requests going unanswered for weeks.Overall, I would not recommend CMI Real Estate to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate company. There are far better options out there.
