Shana and Evan are great! Their local, family-owned property management service allowed us to rent out our old house while we relocated to a new city. Shana took care of everything for us as first time landlords, helping with tenant selection and rent collection to maintenance and repair work. They have a professional portal with thorough documentation of repairs and transactions. We are selling now, but I would use Shana And EHP again in a heartbeat.

Very poor experience dealing with this property manager and Shana Hill - pure stupidity and verbal abuse. When Shana couldnt block me moving out of my rental, she retaliated against me by charging me $382 to cover the costs of 3 lightbulbs and a refrigerator water filter. This charge was in addition to $3,500 re-letting fee. Egregious?

If I could give Shana Hill more than 5 stars, I would. Other people have told me how stressful purchasing their first home was, and I dont feel the same because I had Shana as my realtor. She prepared me by telling me what to expect before I started the process and was there for every question or concern I had a long the way. As a first time home buyer I was absolutely clueless, but Shana was knowledgeable and capable of taking care of every situation.When looking at homes, Shana would spot things I had overlooked, she knows about different neighborhoods, where I could get the best home in my budget, and helped me to paint a picture of my life in my house. She was honest and straight forward with me, telling me that I was looking in the wrong area or that I could find something better than what we were looking at. She motivated me when I was tired of looking for houses and encouraged me to keep looking for the perfect one. She knew my home was the one for me before I did.Almost a year later, I couldnt be happier with my home, and I have Shana to thank for that.

Arrived home1-2-18 2pm heater was out 😱 40 something degrees in house💨😱 Went online entered a maintenance request about heater. By 430 pm they had someone here to fix heater! The property we have rented for over a year now is managed by Evan. All our maintenance requests and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Weve gotten along well with everyone weve met at the Company, and would recommend these management services.

Shana was an awesome agent. She did her research and found me some really great places to look at. She was also very understanding of what I wanted in my home and worked diligently to find something I could call home.

DO NOT TRUST.The first tenant they sent me the deposit. For the 2nd and 3rd tenants they kept the deposit instead of sending it to me. Then they started repairs without an agreed upon price. They didnt call around to get estimates because it was inconvenient. For example, $650 for trash removal, $650 to install a light in the back when all I wanted was a simple battery operated light. They just went ahead and installed it without sending me any quote (it was expensive because their contractor had to install a 2x4 wooden pole???). Basically they kept all the rent and deposits on hostage to pay for these ridiculous repairs. I didnt get rent for 4 months as they billed ~$4,000 in repairs in about 2 months. I was never sent any invoices for the repairs until I asked. When I received them, it ended up being on an unprofessional Google word document. They also charged an excess of $430 in error. When I confronted them why I wasnt notified for the costs of the repairs, they justified it by saying it was an emergency and a hazard to the tenant, as not to breach the contract (anything over $100 must be approved by owner).It is unbelievable that they would argue that trash removal, motion censored light, ceiling fan chain were considered to be emergencies. When I terminated our relationship, they kept the security deposit instead of returning it to the tenant. They claimed it as unpaid balance for the repairs so they illegally kept the tenants deposit.Dont use this person or youll be scammed.

Shana Hill is awesome! In a week I had multiple offers on multi-home. Closed on the sale within 6 weeks.She was always available and ready to answer any question. I highly recommend her.

Evan Howell aka Akita, LLC had the NERVE to file an eviction (judgment) against me for a rental property (7715 Belgard Street) when he knew it had a BED BUG INFESTATION! Now 8 years later...I am having issues purchasing a home because of this judgement. BUYERS BEWARE! I dont know who he is now...but in 2013, he told me he would put me and my momma out on the street , when we withheld rent because he wouldnt exterminate the bed bugs!
